Very thankful for the folks @ A.M Woodland. Almost every year someone approaches our church with a need for temporary help with lawn care or snow removal, and the owners have consistently offered to donate time, materials and equipment to help those need. Im thankful for businesses like this that not only do high quality work, but also give back to their community as they are able.

I am using A M Woodland for my weekly landscape and lawn care. They go above and beyond other services I have used. This summer I had them do some landscape work. They took out a large area of old plants, designed new beds, put in interesting new plantings and added another landscape area. The workmen doing the planting were very careful to work around existing landscaping while doing a marvelous job of putting in the new plants after removing the old ones. My property never looked so beautiful! I highly recommend A M Woodland for landscape work and yard maintenance.

Our particular town noise ordinance is 9am. Yet A. M. W. has been out there with 2 stand-on mowers, 2 blowers, and more all going at the same time... AT 7am. Not everyone works 1st shift fellas. And blowing leaves out of the property youre working on into neighboring yards is a great way to get a bad review. Please leave your home address and what time you go to bed so your thoughtfulness can be reciprocated.

The workers were respective and did an amazing job. The management team was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to my questions and offered many interesting and unique designs. We have now used AM Woodland for 2 jobs over the past 2 years. They have installed a patio, landscaping, drainage and lighting. They have been great from start to finish. Andy came out, had a look, listened to what we wanted and came up with a plan. They had a team out within 2 weeks. Justin was there on site available for questions and to help with installation. They are professional, fair and turn out a great product. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to have them do more jobs around the house. We used A.M. Woodland to fix a drainage problem that was causing water to enter our basement. They installed French drains and a water/ice shield along the foundation. After the recent record rains, we have no water in the basement and our yard is draining beautifully. A.M. Woodland was fantastic to work with. Andy assessed our situation and presented clear options and gave us a detailed and fair estimate. I asked A.M. Woodland to fix the terrible drainage in my backyard. Kirk came by to assess my backyard and presented a couple options. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. They regraded the yard, installed a French drain, and laid sod over the the yard where they worked. A couple days after they installed the drain, we had a massive rain and my yard drained like it never has before. My yard looks great and, most importantly, is dry! A.M. Woodland was fantastic to work with. Highly recommended!

I needed sod put in and a spring clean up on VERY short notice. AM Woodland came and saved the day. My yard is the best in the neighborhood and my kids have a yard to play in again!!

I already have 5 more projects for this company. There are not enough stars to express the quality and the individuals that came to my home. They corrected a bad drainage issue in under an hour and I cannot wait to have them return for the next projects this year. I highly recommend them and the quality they brought.

We decided to work with AM Woodland this year for lawn maintenance because we were willing to pay extra so we wouldnt have to do any of the work ourselves. We recently discontinued the service because it wasnt any better than what we had gotten from other companies who charge quite a bit less. Bryan told us they were different from a typical mow and go company (his words) because they did all the work that was needed without being asked. However, we had to contact him several times to either remind him about work that needed to be done or ask him to come back and redo some work that he admitted wasnt done well when he saw it. They have a separate weekly charge for weeding, but several times I found farily tall weeds and clumps of grass in the beds after they left. Were not sure whether Bryan over-promised or the crew under-delivered, or maybe a bit of both.

AM Woodland recently completed work on our drainage and a new patio. The work was meticulous and professional. Very happy with our new space!

AM Woodland just completed a drainage project in my yard. Weve had drainage issues since we moved in, our yard would flood in moderate to heavy rain and leave standing water for days, our downspouts were all clogged in the ground (they went into pipes in the ground underground somewhere), and my sump pump would have to drain into my yard because the pipe in the ground it went into was also clogged. Kirk came and looked over everything and made some recommendations for dry wells and new underground drainage with new downspout drainage and sump drainage as well. He said after they were done, the sump pump would barely go off, which I was excited to think about. The project was completed about a month ago and I have a smart sump pump that tracks my pump usage in an app. Before the drainage was done, my sump pump would go off 200-300 times a day on average, and if we got a heavy rain it would go off 1500+ times (yes, 1,500). Now that the drainage is done and the ground water has drained and stabilized, my sump pump only goes off 15-20 times in an entire day, and during some recent heavy rains, it only went off about 10 more times than average. This is absolutely incredible. These guys did a really great job, and the crew working in my yard was very professional and polite. I would absolutely use them again for future projects. We are also working with them on a future three season room project, and so far the work theyve proposed is stellar, the design is gorgeous, and we cant wait to move forward. Thanks to everyone at AM Woodland, especially Brian and Kirk, really great guys to work with.

At my initial meeting with Bryan, I was told that the grade of my property would need to be measured before an accurate assessment could be given regarding a remediation plan for the water issues. After not hearing from anyone for a week, I reached out to Bryan the following week and was assured that this would be done in the next few days. Another week goes by and I have still not heard from anyone. I chose another firm who actually showed up. I then took time out of my day to email the CEO to explain how and why he lost my business. No response. A complete waste of time.

I have been using A.M. Woodland for about 3 years now. My lawn has never looked better. I work crazy hours and dont have the time to maintain my lawn. A. M. Woodland Outdoor Design handled the design and building of our deck, patio, landscaping, driveway and sidewalks. A huge project, and they were amazing! Their design ideas were beautiful and functional. The quality of the work was excellent. The town inspector commented that their workmanship was well above requirements. The timing and coordination between the various project phases was outstanding. There were a couple hiccups (not surprising with a complex job) but the key take away is that they responded immediately, made appropriate changes and kept the project moving forward. We had a gigantic drainage issue in our yard. Every time it rained, my husband and I held our breath and waited for our basement to take in water. We knew we had to get the problem fixed, but we also knew it was going to cost a pretty penny. I called four different companies for quotes. A.M. Woodland was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but it was immediately clear that Andy was the most knowledgeable of anyone that came to quote us. He explained what the problems were with our drainage (or lack there of) and explained what could be done to correct it. There were a few different options and he quoted each option, and then re-quoted every time we came up with a what if. I truly felt that he understood what a financial burden this was going to be on us and he wanted to make sure that we felt comfortable in trusting him. He wasnt putting an expensive band-aid on it, he was making the problem go away! And he did. The job started when he said it would and finished when he said it would. His crew was friendly, hard working, and respectful of our property. With the amount of rain weve had in the last few weeks, we surely would have taken in water - a lot of water - but nothing; not a drop! Now my husband and I can sit and enjoy listening to a storm come through instead of running around gathering up buckets and mops!! Andy made every penny count and we could not be more pleased with the results. I would recommend him and his crew with out hesitation.

We worked with AM Woodland to design a landscape plan and patio to integrate with a new screen porch addition to our home. Our intention was to shop around for an installer after the design process but we were so pleased with the design, we immediately chose AM Woodland to do the install. Ive asked your guys a few times over the last 2 days if they could remove the pile they put into my driveway. I can deal with the no clearing when my car is in the drive. But putting a pile in the driveway is pretty fd up. *Edit* Seems Im not the only one in the HOA having issues. *Edit 2* After asking for the name of the company and the phone number, they cleared the snow.

We have used A&M Landscaping for years. They always show up when promised, the job is completed to my satisfaction every time and the price is extremely reasonable given the amount of work completed. We have over 60 bushes/hedges that line our backyard and they cut them perfectly twice a year. They also cut all our other bushes around the house along w mulch all our garden beds. Ive been very pleased over the years.

We started using A.M. Landscaping for plowing services. Our home landscaping really needed some help, and they showed up on time, fought the bees, did some hard scape, and are wonderful for fall and spring trimming and clean-up, replacement and mulch. We are not quite ready for all of the newest and best ideas to make our outdoor living space, but they are definitely keeping up with the latest. It is wonderful to find people who have the skill and attitude to complete the job in your timeframe, budget, and with results better than imagined.

A.M. Landscape helped us achieve the beautiful lawn we were always wanting. We had an area of our yard that contained a ton of overgrown weeds that morphed into a small meadow. They pulled all of the weeds, tilled the soil and put down sod so our entire yard was all grass. They also did a spring clean up and aeration as well. Their workers did a great job and from start to finish, working with Rick and the A.M. team had been fantastic. Highly recommend!

There is nothing these guys dont do. Andy is very flexible and works with you towards a solution. His crew is very friendly and genuinely cares about doing quality work rather than just moving on to the next house. I contacted AM based on the recommendation of a coworker. I found them to be prompt, professional and proficient. My project was the removal of some overgrown trees and shrubs and seeding the areas so that grass would grow in. I contacted them thru their website requesting an appointment for an estimate. Their production supervisor, Rick, came out for the quote within a couple days. The price quoted was very reasonable, and once we accepted the proposal, the work was completed 4 days later. The crew did a great job with absolutely no hassles, and cleaned up after themselves completely. I will definitely use AM for any landscaping I need in the future, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone without hesitation. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Andy and his team installed beautiful reclaimed granite pavers for us. 900 square feet. The quality, timeliness and cost of their work was excellent. I highly recommend them.

We could not be more pleased with our newly planted tree by A.M. Landscape Design! We needed to replace tree that was removed near our front door. It is not easy to find the perfect tree in mid fall, but Rick at AMLD managed to do so. It is just beautiful. He was mindful of our many specifications and budget for the new tree. It was also done fairly quickly and the men who came to plant it were very knowledgeable and courteous, they cleaned up our yard and walkway thoroughly. Finally, it is just beautiful to look at!
