I have always been happy with Lawn Dr they do my lawn and trees and bushes. My trees and bushes are doing great. I have had compliments on my lawn. This year though I still have a lot of weeds in my back yard, clover & moss. The guys came just recently and put down weed killer but there are still many out there and it also killed a section of new grass that had come in this year from the seeding in fall.

1st year with them did myself previously. Had to call for second treatment as it was getting close to 8 weeks since my first one. They were very responsive. So far I am satisfied.

tried them for a year last year..i also did a lime add on whoch you pay one off individually as its not included its a pay per service. then they sent me 2 notices to sign up and save for 2024...never completed it or sent them back..randomly they showed up and did a lime treatment..called the office and they said the notices are auto renew..okay but this was lime treatment completed which was a pay on demand manually add service...didnt argue paid them for the treatment..since then even though i tell them to stop calling me they call me every other day and on weekends..yeah outside of National Telemarketing laws. STOP calling and sending me offers..not interested.. thanks btw made no difference in lawn compared to when i was maintaining it

My lawn went downhill after Hurricane Sandy went through, so last year I splurged ( no kidding here) to have it brought back to life. Everytime Tim comes he talks to me to let me know the procedure hell be doing. Grass has looked really good. Now trying to beat the dry spell. Im happy with their service.

STAY AWAY FROM THE MULLICA HILL OFFICE!! Worst customer service experience ever with the Mullica Hill office! Been calling for weeks trying to set up a time for someone to give me a proposal when I am home. Made several attempts to speak with manager Mike but no luck there. Also left many voicemails but no call back. Today I was told by the office it would not be a good fit for them to provide service to me. So basically they refused to provide me service. Should not punish someone because they are too incompetent to follow simple instructions and return calls. Also have a few calls in to main office with no call back. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau today to file a complaint against this joke of an office. It s illegal to refuse someone service for no reason.

Scammer beware scammer beware if you want to waste your money by killing weeds higher than theyll sell you seeding thats not guaranteed to work then after theyre done seeding theyll try to sell you the right seeding for $250 I hired them to fill in patches instead they made more patches dont want to fix it they just want to charge me more money to fix it I already gave him over $400 no improvement to the yard unprofessional company all I wanted was the patches filled in its such a small area

I had a very bad experience with this business. They damaged my irrigation system while seeding last month. The tech who did the seeding left a note apologizing but the company never reached out. When I reached out via email I received a terse response back that said we aren t responsible, it s in our fine print . They never came out to investigate but merely concluded the piping wasn t buried deep enough which you would not know unless you came out to inspect. The picture I sent them does not accurately show depth. And, when a customer reaches out to report property damage, I think that warrants a phone call and conversation. This small business/franchise operates, in my opinion, more like an unfeeling mega corp. I will never use them again.

The company is professional, organized, and uses lawn products that work! I have a lawn which I thought would never look nice. Within the first two weeks of my first application I saw significant results and had a 100% improvement. My lawn specialist Hunter has been great. He communicated well about what is being done and how to improve your lawn. Way better and less expensive than when I tried to do it myself. You can tell they care and they seem much more reasonably priced than others that do similar work. Very Dependable and Friendly

For close to 30 years I would be picking weeds on my property in Brigantine. My entire back yard was stones and it was a a summer ritual controlling them. A landscaper recommended Lawn Doctor for weed control. A back saver. For the past six years I have had the stones sprayed and have not had to deal with weeds!!!

Im happy with the service I receive. I use to love doing all of this myself, but now need a bit extra help. They do everything I need them to do from seeding, aeration and weed/pest control. My grass definitely looks a lot better than it did last year. They are always prompt and on time and leave an invoice letting me know exactly what was done. Good work!

I have been using Lawn Doctor for years. Years before I noticed my neighbors yard always looked great while struggled to keep my yard using big box store products with small success. LD s products and application is definitely far superior to what you can do yourself and without the hassle. The staff is always attentive too. Easy to work with. Give em a try.

Our backyard looks picture perfect. The grass is reacting perfectly to their product, however our front yard is patchy, bare spots and has some weeds with ant hills. I wish they would offer other services to correct. We receive a paper that says what they do. But nothing about what is wrong. They use to. Would be interested in additional services to fix the front lawn.

Ive used Lawn Doctor for about 5 years over the last decade and was always the same price each time. This year they added additional services costing me more money. I never opted-in to this and they refuse to take the charge off (a loyal 5-year customer is not prioritized here at all). They can just charge you without you explicitly agreeing to the service- very sketchy.

BE CAREFUL! NO GUARANTEE! NO IMPROVEMENT! Lawn Doctore treatments did not work and lawn looked HORIBLE. Neighbors left to other providers and had good results. We called LD Bobbi and explained after a 2+ years of lawn treatments they were not helping... that our neighbors lawns looked better and we had no improvement. Response from Bobbi was 4 treatments and you owe $390.00. 4 TREATMENTS...WHAT A JOKE!

Lawn Doctor has a set program for my lawn. They reliably come at the appropriate time. They dont miss deadlines. Its automatic and I dont have to worry about it. Basically, I just dont have to think about it.

Bernard usually does the chemical applications to our lawn. He will call to confirm if requested. He is most professional and pleasant, and our weeks and lawn pests are under control because of Bernard. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor of South Jersey for a beautiful lawn.

Our household has been serviced by Lawn Doctor for over 10 years now. They are professional and they arrive at our home to complete any and all the services that we have signed up for and we do not have to call for a visit. They come, get the job done, leave a explanation of what was done each time. Also, that is backed up by an email of services performed as well. We have year round services except for the winter months. When it is time to start up again in the spring, they are there applying what is needed to begin our season all over again. What is liked, we do not need to be home. They are very dependable, reliable, knowledgeable and professional.

This summer, after trying to care for our lawn for several years on our own, we returned to Lawn Doctor of Southern New Jersey and were so pleased with the way our lawn looked within weeks of first service. The staff notified me of what was going to be done when they came and sent by mail follow up information about all services. Our large yard looked better and better all summer. Even without a sprinkler system, just watering the old fashioned way our lawn was lush and green.

The products they use are great. Lawn Doctor is great a leaving the property neat and clean with a description of what was performed plus suggestions to keep the lawn looking great. I can count on them to come out on time and if needed will come out again if called.

I have used Lawn Doctor for years. They not only come on time for each regularly scheduled lawn fertilizer/weed service, but they also respond very quickly if I contact them with a question or concern. They evaluate the problem and either treat it at no cost, suggest (no pressure ever!) a solution for a reasonable fee, or tell me that it will resolve in time on its own. The staff is always friendly. I investigated other services and chose to continue with Lawn Doctor. I highly recommend them.

I placed a call to lawn doctor to have my front and backyard aerated and over seeded. Received my quote and agreed to the pricing, I discussed concerns and expressed that I DID have an irrigation system installed and that I would need to flag the heads and zone boxes and covers to minimize damage. Lawn doctor insisted I use there flags due to the height of the flag and would be visually better for the technician, lawn doctor dropped a bundle of white flags off at my house a couple days later, I agreed and the way I left it was I would place an additional call back to lawn doctor when I was all flagged out and marked off. My wife calls me at work like a week later and explains to me how lawn doctor is at the house and there packing up tools and it looks like goose droppings on the front lawn, to my surprise they showed up without any communication between myself and there office and aerated my lawn without any flags and or marking devices throughout the property knowing full well there was indeed a complete 6 zone 25+ head irrigation system below the ground. Irate and beyond disappointed I turned my irrigation on to the yard and I was checking for leaks and broken heads, I found a leak by two zone valves and I have some heads that got aerated over and now will not pop up. Upon several calls to the company and management literally laughing at me on the phone and yelling as clear as day we are not responsible and then hanging up the phone in my ear, I m disgusted with the ethics of this company and the standard business practice. I refused to pay this bill for this service they rendered due to them causing damage to my property and then having the audacity to send me statement after statement saying I owe this amount. I received a notification in the mail that they now sent my bill to collections due to non payment. I am writing this review today, for you homeowners out there to stay as far away as possible from a lying, no integrity having, piss poor company.

A one-star rating is too high for Lawn Doctor of Mullica Hill. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The tech hit our brand new fence with the aeration machine, in Sept 2020, and it has yet to be fixed (Feb 2021). I have emailed and called, over and over again. I am always told that they passed the email, or message, onto Mike, the manager. Mike has to be the absolute worst manager ever, as you will see from other reviews on here. He completely ignores the situation. I warn you to STAY AWAY from this company. Their pricing is decent, but they couldnt care less if they lose you as a customer. If you pay your bill, and have no problems, they love you. As soon as you have a problem, they ignore you. I cancelled their service and switched to TruGreen - Id recommend to look elsewhere before spending your hard-earned money on a company that treats you like complete trash.

This is the first time I used Lawn Doctor. I will not be using them again. I found out that there are other companies that people in my development use that are cheaper. The person never left a bill at the door or under the door mat. Never left instructions on whether I had to water the grass or not because it was weed and fertilizer. When they quoted me the price over the phone it was a flat $60. Now the bill is over $67 because she did not add in the tax. The fact that I had to take the time to call for the bill is poor service, she also should of included the taxes. I am a woman that has to watch my budget. I will be shopping around more next time.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!! They priced seeding my lawn for almost triple the price of competitor companies, and I emailed them stating I did not want their service at this time in which they received and replied back saying ok. Two weeks later they came anyway while I was not home, and did the work and left me a $1000 bill for work I already paid someone else to do for $350!! They refuse to call me back to remove their bill, and Im in threat of collections?! I even called corporate who refuses to hold them accountable. Absolutely horrible

Lawn Doctor has been servicing our Lawn for several seasons now. were very pleased with their service and as a result our lawn is doing quite nicely. Were not interested in more service than what we now have.

Ive used several different lawn companies and Lawn Doctor is the only one that completely gets rid of weeds.

I am supposedly being charged $47+ for. Nov and Dec bill. I was on the phone with a live person and paid my entire bill for 2020 ahead of time and there was no mention of an outstanding bill from 2-3 months previously.

I have been using Lawn Doctor for years. My neighbors on both sides of me have yards full of weeds. My lawn is beautiful thanks to Lawn Doctor. The services I choose are perfect for me. I always get a phone call regarding the coming service. The tech is friendly, knowledgeable and knows my particular schedule.

Best lawn service I ve ever had

We have had landscapers in the past who come weekly, but our lawn never looked great. Then we visited a friend who uses Lawn Doctor, and his yard looked much better than ours. So we started using them and our yard has never looked better. This is our 3rd or 4th year and IMHO our yard looks better than all our neighbors.

Ive had this company for a couple years, last year they messed up on our lawn. Spoke with representative, they advised it would be taken care of. So we decided to give them another opportunity. Last Friday 7.24.2020. I called them because we recently planted a tree of sentimental value to us. Well the tree was doing fine for a few months then the leaves started wilting. So after calling, they gave us confirmation they would come out as we are on their automated list and at that time they would also treat the tree. So they came out today 7.30.2020 supposedly did what had to be done to our lawn but DIDNT DO THE TREE BECAUSE IT WASNT IN THERE NOTES, MIND YOU I CALLED 2 TIMES, BEFORE THEY CAME OUT. ACCORDING TO THE representative I spoke too, same person on both occasions, she informed it was on list and she would make it a point that they were aware of our concern for the tree. GUESS WHAT THE TREE THAT WAS IMPORTANT TO US, WAS NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM. I MUST ALSO SAY THE WAY OUR GRASS LOOKS IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE ARE PAYING FOR. TOO BAD THERE ISNT AN OPTION FOR NO STARS.

Best lawn care

Whoever is in charge here is incredibly unprofessional. Do not use this service. I should note that the office staff was very polite and responsive to the extent of their authority when I spoke with them. That said, I called a few weeks ago to have an estimate done. I then called to make an appointment the day after receiving the estimate. I was told they would come out the following week. Monday of the following week I called to find out which day they planned to come. Was told by Wednesday - Wednesday came around and no one showed up, and no one called to tell me they wouldnt be showing up or anything about rescheduling. I called the office multiple times in the next days to try to find out when theyd come, multiple notes were given to the management, who never contacted me. Ultimately I had to cancel the service and go with another provider.

I would not recommend at all. For the yard armour they promised to come and retreat if no results. After not even 1 week I called because there was no relief, I was told That the tech did his job and if he comes out I will be charged. I spoke to mike the manager but after a very long disrespectful discussion he told am lying. And he wouldn t take it off the bill. Very bad service and people. Don t waste your money.

If there was an option for zero stars, it would be ideal. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Bad results. Please don t waste your money. I even spoke to Mike as he claims to be the manager, and things got worse.

After 25 plus years of maintaining my lawn and getting bland results I decided to try a professional and called Lawn Doctor. I m around $600 into it and the lawn has stripes all across it where it wasn t fertilized right. After trying to ignore it for a couple of weeks I called yesterday and was rudely told You should have called earlier. Really?? How about You should have fertilized it properly . They re in and out in 15 minutes maybe if they slowed down a little they d do a better job. Anyway the woman who answered the call snapped We ll set up a service call . Just saying, for $600 I d expect a lot more professional approach.

Very quick and efficient service. Mole problem has been taken care of . Aeration allowed my grass to flourish. I definitely am happy with the service. In time of Covid-19 I appreciated the contactless visits.

Have used Lawn Dr for a few years now, in the beginning my lawn was great. The past year or 2, weeds have come back. The service has declined, but the price goes up. Customer service of the office staff is horrible, calls and e mails are not returned. Called several times to speak with Manager or owner, was always told that they were not available. No returned calls. Would give zero stars if I could.

Their services are priced and packaged well, and when the person who does them cares the services are great. BUT... In the year i used them, the service person has left much to be desired. Example: mosquito treatment boasts perimeter barriers, spraying trees. Nope, some dude did random spraying on the grass for 5 minutes and bounced. Example... $600 hydro seeding. Supposedly a thorough seeding program for entirety of lawn. Nope... More of a zigzag, random striping of seeding that missed more than applied. TLDR... Save your money, use a professional... Will not be using them next season.

Terrible and disappointing service. The equipment they use ruined and cracked my new stone patio. Never received a call from management. Instead I had to call them 4 times just to cancel my services immediately. No offer to fix damage or pay for anything. I watched the technician on my camera system just damage my property with no care in the world.

Totally destroyed my lawn and didn t want to do anything . Blamed it on heat stress we watered the lawn every now night. My lawn is the only lawn in my street that look this bad.
