Had my shrubs and trees treated for the winter with fertilizer and insecticide. First application, so I can only speak to technician service, not to applied products . Techs arrived at appointed time, explained w hat they were going to do and got to work. Their equipment seemed to be top notch, and they completed their work quickly and efficiently.
Clayton and Daniel did an excellent job hanging our holiday lights. They worked efficiently and the house looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Senske and Clayton and Daniel in particular to anyone who wanted spectacular holiday lighting.
Unfortunately, I had a pretty mixed experience with Senske. When I initially signed up I asked to be notified when the tech was headed to my house so I could be there when they provided the service. This was not done for the first couple of appointments, but then they seemed to figure it out, but I never knew when they would be showing up on a given day. The biggest issue was when they applied a treatment on one of the hottest days of the year and killed about 25% of my grass. Even with daily watering it never came back. To their credit, they did make an effort to fix the issue, which involved some overseeding in those areas, but this didn't happen until mid-October and the seed never had a chance to take hold. The techs seemed very young, and they have admitted to having internal issues due to a recent acquisition. So, I would say if you're considering them, set your expectations low.
If I could give Senske Services zero stars, I would. The customer service here is terrible. Reaching a manager is practically impossible—there’s no direct contact information for management, so I’m always stuck with customer service reps who “promise” to send messages to management but nothing ever gets resolved. One customer rep said in the notes, it showed that a supervisor called me on 9/23, shortly after I called in to them, which is not true, and is a lie. I have no missed call or voicemail from Senske. Please note, this is my 3rd or 4th time calling them and having the rep leave management a “note” and haven’t received any contact back. It’s like they’re trained to keep customers at arm’s length. To make matters worse, they signed me up for a contract I never even agreed to! I never officially signed up, yet they still claimed I was bound to some agreement. The lack of transparency and professionalism is astounding. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!
Hi. I haven’t rated this service because – at this point – we have been clamoring for escalation about the mole situation and I am pessimistic that whatever was done about them today will have any effect. The last two attempts to discourage them by using the worms and smoke bombs literally made things worse the very next day. We went from one mole hill to dozens in the time that I have been asking for help from you with this. Our front lawn now looks terrible and my gardener has had to put in some traps, which was ultimately the only thing that helped last year (thus not in fact due to anything you guys had done to help us at that time and now history seems to be repeating itself). I am hugely disappointed by the response time from you guys on this as I’ve called multiple times and explained that it was getting worse and worse by the day and it seems to take forever each time to get someone out here. This problem, which I called out to you in early Sept ever has gone from relatively minor to a full-bore onslaught that has ruined our front lawn. Despite my pleas to your company to escalate to traps or some other means that might actually work, the previous attempts consisted of doing the same worse-than-non-effective thing. So for all of these reasons I am taking a wait and see stance to see if today’s service is at all effective, though it will be hard to tell if it’s the traps my gardener put in or something you’ve been able to do after all. (Just found out I am in fact forced to give a star ranking after all in order to submit this feedback - I would have liked to have had the option to submit without the star rating so that I could see if today’s service helped)
Jonathan started my service by knocking on my door to announce his arrival. Greeted me with a smile and great attitude I asked him if he would wait a minute so I could bring in the bird feeders. Very professional! I look forward to seeing him again for cranefly application. 😁😁
I get such good service from Senske and all their techs. Sean came out today for weed control and checked in before the start of his service and again when he finished. I know I'm getting the best every time I schedule with Senske Services
Sense Services and our recent technician Nick do an incredible job of caring for our mature landscaping at our home. I rarely have to do anything to care for the health of our plantings and they look great year round. Thank you for the excellent service and professional workmanship from the crew.

Our backyard is a woodland garden and we used to get rats. Our Tech, Chris, visits regularly and the rats are gone. We get a call 2 days before the visit so we open our gate. Very satisfied with their service and Chris is courteous and professional. I recommend him and Senske if you need their services.

We just signed up with Senske in March of this year (2024). Jason has been out 3 times to service our lawn and he is doing a great job. The lawn looks great. It is green and healthy with virtually NO weeds. One reason we went with Senske is we had a LOT of moss, especially in one area of our lawn. I hired someone to rake it all out so Im hoping with Senske on the job, the moss will not return next year. FYI, the yellow patches you see in the photo are Poa Annua, which is a grassy weed and is impossible to treat with post-emergent chemicals.

Started of great but last fall my back yard started to die off. I have been asking g Senske to assist ever since. Over the course of the last 4 weeks I have called customer service asking for help and have been promised several times that a supervisor or manager would call. Radio Silence, so now I am calling twice a week for a response. No change. Poor service after you pay your bill, beware.
