I am not very pleased with the service. All i want is a call prior to arriving so i can unlock the gate. Been disappointed once already. I called to find out when my next treatment was going to be, Jennifer told me within 2 weeks and yes we will call you prior. Been over 3 weeks no call no service. I made a mistake and paid in full. I would like the manager or owner to please give me a call. I would prefer a full refund and go with a company that actually does what it says its going to do.
