They were dishonest on pricing, services rendered, and billed us for hours they weren’t actually there. No customer service - they will promise to give you a call back when you have questions, then fail to do so. Worthless company, use someone else unless you wish to be scammed.

These guys are terrible! They knock over or cut off the tops of plastic sewer pipes, miss spots on the lawns don’t sharpen their lawn mowers, so that they just flatten the grass instead of cutting it, , blow the cuttings onto the porch . They let the grass grow on top of the sewers, so that water collects. They may be inexpensive, but that is the only reason anyone hires them.

Highly do not recommend. Very dishonest and disorganized company. Get someone else to do your lawn work. I originally requested a quote from them on lawn mowing for the season due to a foot injury I had and couldn’t do the lawn myself. They quoted me at $65 a mow to which I accepted. They came out once and charged $200 saying the initial mow costs more then it’s $65 a mow and I said okay and went with it. 2 months later they still had only been out 1 time. I contacted them to find out what was going on and was told by Karen in their office that I only signed up to be mowed one time I never signed up to be mowed again. I asked if I was supposed to schedule with them each week or every other week and they said they come out automatically. I showed them the emails of when I first signed up with them and them stating I was signed up for $65 a mow each time and mowing for the full season. They FINALLY started their automatic mowing but charged me another over $200 for a “first mow” again. Then after the first mow they started charging me $78 a mow instead of $65. I brought this to their attention and was basically given the attitude of oh we forgot we said that which again was mentioned to them when I contacted them about why they hadn’t been out. They corrected those already billed to give me a credit on my next mow. Which again next three mows again charged $78 per mow instead of $65 to which they said oh we had a glitch. At this point it’s at the end of the season and they said they credited my account again and will go off my last mow. Okay great. They came out again and were here for maybe 10 minutes. They blew a few leaves around then left not even mowing because it didn’t need mowed because this was October 20th. I then get a bill for $150 for that “last mow” on October 20th they charged me the $65 for a mow that they did not do and then said they had to charge me for an hour of leaf blowing for two people because they had to leaf blow my yard for an hour so they didn’t damage their equipment. I was not present that day but had it on camera them being there for 10 minutes not doing anything but charge me for a full mow plus an hour of leaf blowing. Then they come out again even though October 20th was the last mow they came out again October 31st and did the exact same thing. Were there 5 minutes doing nothing especially since it had snowed so they really couldn’t do anything and charged me another $150 for leaf blowing and mowing. When I asked why they did that and charged me all of this especially when I did not request leaf blowing their response was as stated in their contracts and policies they keep coming to mow until they are told to stop and if there are leaves they blow them around to not damage their equipment. I am now out that $300 for two times of them doing nothing because they never gave me any policies or anything they even said that I wasn’t a customer for 2 months when I was. Save yourself a headache and money and go with a different company

The guys are all friendly enough; But I can not believe how many times I have seen grass blown all over the porches and left... and I have never seen a "Professional" lawn company shoot grass out onto the parked cars. I don't enjoy brushing grass off of my vehicle everytime they come through here.

Called and spoke to CSR on 4.19.21 set up a drive by/walk through quote for 2pm on 4.20.21 for 2 acre lawn that needs weekly mowing and edging. Was told I didn't need to be present and that I would hear back that evening or the next day, haven't heard a word from anyone to-date. With initial customer service like this, I can only imagine the hassle dealing with the company all season would be like.

James and his crew removed a large tree, grounded out the stump, cleaned up the site, filled with soil and seeded. James responded promptly to our request for a quote. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked non-stop throughout the day. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Thank you!

We had some bushes and flowering trees trimmed this summer. The crew did an excellent job. They were efficient and polite. Our trees and bushes looked great when they were done. Just be sure to get an estimate in writing before you get a job done so there is no confusion about how much you will be charged.

Very disappointed! We had them do yearly maintenance on our lawn mower and they put on new blades. Not only did they put the blades on wrong (which then burnt our grass when we went to mow) but they also were awful about times they were supposed to pick up the mower (sometime Tue. turned into Wed. night at 6). When they took our mower in to fix the blades we didn't hear from them at all about the problem or returning the mower. When I called the shop lady promised that our mower would be delivered that day even if she had to deliver it herself because it had been fixed and sitting there (fixed because they installed wrong) they did not follow through on this promise, no mower was returned to us that day. I called about 8pm that night leaving a message stating that I wanted our mower returned the next morning and someone to call me ASAP about how to handle our situation. The mower was dropped off without any call or notice. No apology, letter, reduction off our bill.....NOTHING. Unfortunately we paid our bill in full before we ever mowed with the mower, lesson learned!
