They showed up over a week late for the first weekly mowing without letting me know how late they were going to be, so I had to have a family member cut the lawn as I am wheelchair bound, which the company was well aware of. When they finally showed up, they did that first cut free of charge. They never provided the estimate for other lawn and snow services I had requested. They never showed up for any more weekly mowings and didn't respond to texts and phone calls.

Steve came out and gave us an estimate, we accepted it and he said his crew would be out in 7-10 days. It’s been over a month and no one showed. I have left messages with no return call. If you are too busy to do the work you told a customer you would do at least have the curtesy to tell them instead of not showing or returning calls.
