We moved to MP in Feb. Our irrigation system needed a lot of work after years of neglect. Yardworks was able to diagnose and fix what 2 other companies couldn't. Their technician Tim is very conciencious and thorough. Great working with them.
I had someone come out and look at the yard and they never got back to me with an estimate or a plan…I followed up with John F. about a week or two after he came and he told me it would be another week before he got back to me…that was a month and a half ago now.
Yardworks has been exceptional in the design and installation of our yard project. They have exceeded our expectations and were professional the entire project. John is amazing! His design gift and attention to detail made this project the best experience for our family! He thought of everything and had many great suggestions for all aspects of the yard.
We worked with John to design the backyard of our second home. If you are not native to the Lowcountry, John is the person to walk you through a redesign. He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave great options which have thrived in our new yard. He was open to all my ideas and concerns. Best of all, John gave me a design that fits my needs now but leaves me room to make my own contributions once I live here full time.
We've been a customer of YardWorks for 14 years and have always had positive experiences with the company. Scott Walker, who is the manager for our area, could not be more accommodating whether if it an issue that needs attention with the maintenance or simply answering my questions about possible ideas for our yard. The other services that we contract for are done at a reasonable cost. We couldn't be happier with their over all service.
We switched our landscaping service to Yardworks about 6 months ago. What a difference! Their service is excellent and our yard is flourishing. Nathan is the manager who coordinates all yard work services making it seamless for us. All we needed to do once they took over was enjoy our beautiful landscape and watch things get healthy and bloom. Happy to recommend them!

Where do I begin... I had paid these guys a premium to do my lawn maintenance for a couple years. For year one, they were johnny on the spot - always catching every detail. For year 2, my lawn started to die, they were in and out in 5 minutes and were missing every detail. I spoke to the owner and complained and he told me with everything going on with the immigration, he didn't get his Mexican's on time. Therefore, their work level declined and they weren't able to provide the same level of service. What??? Mind you, he still charged for that same superior level of service. No discounts for doing a bad job.. also, nickel and dimed for every other service they provided. They decided they wanted to cut the bushes next to our house, down to a nub. This would apparently cause them to grow back more lush. They didn't. Many of them died. Owner came and looked, but did nothing to replace them..We decided to give them another chance and hired hem to do our front yard sod, that was certainly caused to die by their lackluster service throughout the year. Too much of a coincidence.. We paid a premium to have them do it with their guarantee. Also paid a premium to have them re-grade our front yard. That didn't work out for us. Water was pooling at the bottom of our yard on both sides, after their re-grade. They put the new sod in and from the get go, I knew it wasn't right. Bare marks on day one. They didn't fill them. They sent emails telling me they could not guarantee the yard, because of a tree in my yard. Not what they told me in the beginning, when they were quoting and selling me.. Long story short, the owner finally offered to cover half of the sod re-install, Got the quote from them today and apparently all their labor rates have gone up and the price of 5 pallets of zeon zoysia is now $2781, just for the sod and no services attached.. All in, quote was near $4k . cover half. Ha! More like cover his cost and still give him a healthy profit. The owner comes in with a strong Christian story. He's worse than dealing with a criminal. STAY AWAY - trust me. Here are some pics of lawn that was installed in May. These pics were taken in July.........

I am very pleased with and can t say enough good things about Yardwork s. I use them to do basic yard maintenance, lighting, irrigation, fertilizing, removing old plants and installing new and tree trimming. There is actually a team of very capable, personable and hardworking people looking after my yard. I feel they take as much pride, or more, in my yard as I. I highly recommend you consider using them.
Isle of Palms beautiful beaches ..sunny skies .warm weather and home of the very best landscaping company in the world! New driveway ..new pool surround ..watering system install and maintenance AND lawn and garden care extraordinaire! What more could an old lady from Pittsburgh ever need? Maybe another Super Bowl win?
Yardworks is always responsive and keeps up with the yard services beautifully.
They had a branch fly out of their truck and hit my car, called them immediately while following behind their car. I did everything they asked Emailed them pictures, showed them my car In person, got a quote They then gave me the run around for over a week, After doing everything they told me to do the ceo bill said I should have called the police or flagged their driver down even tho I was on the phone with their management and was not told to do any of that. Now I m left to fix my car out of my own pocket when they didn t properly tie down their load Extremely unprofessional

They are very good with your Landscaping
We ve used Yardworks for a couple of projects in addition to providing regular maintenance on our yard. The first was installing a French drain to resolve a terrible flooding problem in our garage (caused by a previous vendor). The finished product worked perfectly and the floor is now bone-dry even in the heaviest rains. We also had had them plant shrubbery and install sod after a hardscape upgrade. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. We ve been very happy with the service and would recommend them highly.
I agree, dont waste your time. We ordered small plants on July 15 and a few Podocarpus. We paid on July 30 and a few weeks later they delivered and planted the small plants that were half the height of the ones we ordered. They never came back to plant the Podocarpus. We called three times and they kept saying they are coming next week. We just called and the lady who answered was a b...h. So we have been waiting for two months.
We are very happy with our experience with Yardworks.. Nicki Troupe and Santi are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. Niki spent a considerable amount of time with many stops to our home to answer questions, and their rendition of our project included all of the specifics we discussed. The installation crew (Eagle and his co-worker) were fabulous as they worked tirelessly during 90 degree days to get our new patio in place. A few minor areas needed adjusting, and they were completed to our satisfaction in a reasonable period of time. We did receive quotes from two other local companies, and the pricing was similar. Their quotes, however, were not the level of detail we received from Yardworks. The reason we chose Yardworks was because of Niki Troupe and Sandi and their attention to detail. The other companies were quick to walk around and give us a quote. One company had absolutely no follow-through with their estimate. Thank you.

Big on promises. Short or meeting commitments and responsiveness.
Dont waste your time. They did not get back to us for 48 hours after we attempted to get them to mow our yard and then only to refuse because they are currently too busy. At least they got back to us...
