Matt and team did a super job of replacing our dog worn back yard grass, as well as replacing some aged boxwoods against our garage. They also added more irrigation sprinklers since the middle sections were not getting enough water. Including before and after pics, though the work was done in Jan so the new sod is dormant. Great communications on work timing so I knew when they were planning to be here.
MP Landscape Design is the real deal. The owner Matt, along with his team did a great job with our home. We purchased a home that needed landscape design improvements and we heard about MP Landscaping. The team exceeded our expectations and we are very pleased with their work. Matt Preuss and MP Landscaping were excellent to work with! We had spoken with another company about a year earlier, and based on only a review of our plat map, declined to work with us stating we did not have enough yard to do anything with. However, Matt was able to create a beautiful, functional design that makes our back yard highly useable now. He showed us we have more square footage than we realized! Matt was very responsive and the entire process happened quickly. He was at our house frequently to oversee our project and communicate with us. Matt has excellent design skills and we were just as pleased with our result as the results we saw on the MP Landscaping website. Highly recommend!
MP Landscaping collaborated with my wife to initially design our entire home landscape desires. His execution team led by foreman Jose did an outstanding job cleaning up a property that was totally disgusting after years of neglect by the previous owner. They then meticulously put our landscape vision into motion and made numerous adjustments with no complaints and a smile on their faces to make my wife’s expectations become a reality. We will continue to use Matt and his team’s services in the future to tweak what has already been done. Our home won the landscaping home of the month right after completion as our community was very impressed by the results with people stopping by to say their appreciation for the transformation. The only advice I would give anyone doing a large project like this is to make sure you involve yourself in ever aspect of the project researching what works and doesn’t work, make lots of notes and follow, follow, follow.

Matt and his landscape crews did a great job installing a beautiful travertine floor under our newly- constructed pergola. They also put in easy-care and nicely balanced landscaping around the travertine tile. We were in a time crunch hoping to get finished for a holiday family gathering and Matt delivered. Matt and his team at MP Landscape Design were INCREDIBLE! We needed an upgrade to our landscaping and wanted to add lighting to the front of the house, back of the house and along the dock. Matt came out and immediatly had some great ideas. He truly has an eye for design! His team came out and executed everything perfectly. We called MP Landscape to help clean up what had become a bit of a jungle in our backyard. We had a general idea of what we wanted, and Matt took that idea and created something far better than what we had imagined. *Recommend detailing which plants are being installed and where. Majority of our plants, trees etc. are dead. Have been since before winter Wow. We are so pleased with Matt and his whole crew. We used MP Landscape Design to install our landscape lighting in our front lawn and back yard with our newly installed and very large pool. The lighting is absolutely amazing. Our neighbors gave us compliments that our backyard looks like a resort at night. When one of the recent hurricanes came through we had a large tree come down. It took out one of the lights in the process of falling during the storm. MP Landscape fixed the light quickly without question. We are planning to reach out to them to re-design and install new front yard landscape. We highly recommend Matt and his team!
We hired Mount Pleasant Landscapes to create a whole back yard landscape plan, including outdoor kitchen, pool, landscape, and entertaining space. They provided a 3-D virtual design which helped us visualize the plan - very helpful. Then they helped us coordinate our pool and deck design into a cohesive plan, integrating three different contractors. They responded quickly when we had questions, listened to our ideas and concerns, and kept both on quoted budget and timetable. Their workmen were polite, professional, responsive, and most importantly respectful of us , our neighbors, and our property. As you can see from the photos, they created a beautiful entertaining and relaxing space for us. We could not be more pleased with their work, and we heartily recommend them. We are especially ecstatic about their artificial turf installation!

Matt located very hard to find low fruit bearing olive trees. His lighting design for these and an old majestic oak at the front of the yard resulted in stunning landscapes. Highly and enthusiastically recommend his services!
