Green Scene Landscaping in Mt Pleasant

Called them Thursday about rock chips in my new car window after they used a weed eater near it and talked to somebody who was going to look into it but haven’t heard back still… I don’t recommend this company because of dishonesty and no respect for its customers. I’ll make sure it’s known all around town don’t worry! Not a sorry or will try to be more careful nothing!

I had landscaping service by Green Scene. Staff are very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. They promptly switched and re-plant the flowers upon hearing my feedback. I highly recommend their service. And I have no negative experience like others in the previous review.

Never gave me an estimate. Came out, took measurements, went over plan, then nothing. Waited over a week called back, was told would call me with details, nothing. Another week and a half, called back, still nothing. 😥

This is a wonderful nursery and the staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. I had a variety of questions and they had the answers. Will stop there whenever I need a special plant for a specific area. Great selection and they carry things the other stores don't.

I used this company in the past. Unprofessional and low quality of work. Don't recommend to anyone who is looking for a landscaping company.

I was estimated 20-30 for my lawn to be cut. They charged me 70 for a the cut with no explanation or contract. They cut half the lawn because they said there was too much trash on the lawn... when I went to clean up the trash it was not even a quarter of a small trash bag full. The whipping job was horrid! Took a week to come back and fix it. Just got a quote from All Seasons and they are charging me 70 a month with edging. Green scene is the most unprofessional and bad customer service business I have dealt with in a while.

Green Scene did an amazing job on our mulch this summer. The price was very reasonable. It was completed in about an hour. Highly recommended.

The staff in the yard, and the crew that installed my order were nice, helpful and I give them high marks. Avoid the office staff who act like you are disturbing and annoying them, at least the lady who is on duty whenever I seem to go there. I want to order more things next year but will look around.
