I would give it no stars, if I could. My private practice treats people with ptsd. We have asked them to come before 10 am so they don't interfere with our sessions. We have asked their crew, the staff, and their crew manager a total of six times. They refuse to accommodate us. Imagine being in session processing a firefight and suddenly a roar of a weed wacker, lawn mower or blower begins. I have explained to Eric's that this is what we do and we need their support. They just don't care. Last week they were outside our windows for an entire session. Can't wait to replace them with a service that respects our business.
What a great nursery they have here. Also always got the best prices on river rock, crushed concrete, stone, sand, and gravel. I'm always on and out no matter what I'm getting in here.
I recently decided to do a landscape project. I went to several nurseries before reaching out to Erics nursery in Mount Laurel. First, I spoke with Lauren on the phone. She was nice, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. When I arrived, she showed me to the shrubbery that we talked about on the phone. the prices were good. The quality was good. Then I spoke to a gentleman named Eric about the installation. Erich was extremely helpful on site. We discussed the project and together we came up with the plan. They arrived at the time they promised.and did a great job. Anything they disturbed while doing the installation they moved back and cleaned up. Everyone was friendly and nice and they really made it a good experience. Thank you, Lauren and Eric
Lauren I’m the nursery is absolutely wonderful to work with. She has such a magic touch with the flowers and is able to create beautiful arrangements for your garden. The past 6 years I order all my flats from them and my garden always looks spectacular. My flowers last until late October at times. Can’t recommend Eric’s enough!!!!
We had used Eric's for years and on the last visit to our property to treat our lawn they accidentally cracked and chipped a large chunk of our 3 wk old concrete patio. We reported along with camera photogenic they agreed to make repairs, after many calls and emails and getting nothing but "yes mam" we took them to court and won but they are awful at meeting their responsibilities. Stay away !!!
I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Eric’s. They fixed my irrigation system , redesigned my entire landscaping, including adding a decorative wall. They even found a solution to my drainage issue on the side of the house. I could not be happier with the professionalism with everyone involved and the outcome is beautiful.
Fantastic landscaping company. They are second to none---all the way around. The crews are knowledgeable, professional and dedicated. Eric has employed the right people and must be mentioned: Loreano, Darnell, Alex, David, Delmar and Luis all went above in behind in designing and completing my drainage project. The project was requested to eliminate small lakes of water that form as a result of my property being lower than parts of my development. The project was consuming, involving digging deeper than anticipated and confronting issues which arose that the outside companies, ie, PSEG and Township water and Comcast failed to mark. However, it presented no problem to the project moving forward. That is because these people know their profession. After the installation, it doesn't even look like anything was done!!! Thanks to all the gentlemen who completed my project!!! Much appreciated.

No respect for your personal property. And trying to have a conversation with one of the workers is also very disrespectful.
Eric and his team are a great representation of what a scoundrel would look like. Ignorant and uncommunicative . After reading some of the other customers reviews , doesn t look like I m the only one sharing this feeling .
Nice plant selection including some native plants, blueberries, fig varieties, herbs, vegetable starts, shrubs, trees and ornamental evergreens. Very pretty displays.
Eric s Nursery is an excellent local nursery. They have great collection of healthy plants. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are very competitive. I love to shop and support our neighborhood nursery.
They are always helpful. The gentleman yesterday inside took his time and answered all the questions I had about stones. I didnt feel rushed at all. We will be back this week to order the stones. Thank you

Fabulous!!! In dealing with Kerry at Erics, We couldnt have found a more professional, talented, hard working landscape architect. Her presentation, follow-through and oversight of the landscaping/hardscaping and paver repair of our home has been nothing short of spectacular. She and the workmen were punctual, competent and extremely pleasant to work with. Id use them and easily recommend them.
I had to replace some trees in our yard and went to Erics for suggestions. They were very helpful and made some gave me some ideas. We finally picked what we liked and the trees look healthy and stable. Kerry noticed that my landscaper did a lousy job filling up the holes from the old trees and left a mess. They cleaned it up and now everything looks much better. Kerry was a pleasure to work with and I hope to continue working with her come spring.
Excellent experience with Erics! Kerry is our landscape architect and she has been lovely to work with. She is very responsive and schedules whatever work we need quickly. Ive used Erics for landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, lawn cutting, as well as putting in our landscape lights. I am overall very happy with their work and their pricing is fair compared to other local companies.
Eric s Nursury provided excellent service to my home in Mt. Laurel. They were efficient, timely, and reasonably priced. Eric s Nursery did my whole spring clean up with 5 yards of mulch etc.

I hired Eric s to extend a sports court they previously installed for me. My problems began after Ryan came to survey what I was looking to do. I should have known when I had to chase him down for the quote I was promised, I was in trouble. Suffice to say over the following two months, I had to repeatedly chase people down. At no time did they do what they said they would do. A job that should have taken 2-3 days went on sporadically over 2 months. During this time they caused damage to my lawn. The concrete they eventually poured was not pitched correctly and was overall sloppy. While pouring the concrete they damaged an electrical line running to my shed which needs to be repaired. In the end I had to fire Eric s and had to have them remove the concrete. Upon removing the concrete they damaged an irrigation pipe which needs to be repaired. Overall one of the most unprofessional unresponsive companies I have had the displeasure of working with. Over the course of the two months despite emails and phone calls, I was never contacted by management of Eric s as I had requested. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If there was a negative scoring system available, I would give the them negative. Poor customer service. They came to put grass seeds in my yard, on their way out ran over and crushed my beautiful flower bed in my front lawn. Was shameless enough to give us a run get their manager or anyone on phone, make us wait for weeks, and still not take care of it yet. Not ready to remake it as it was because of their excuses and policies. Still waiting.

Got free delivery of delightful rhododendrons. Delivery person, Jeffrey, was accomodating with the placement of large rhododendrons that had to be taken to the rear of my property. Thank you!

Had a consultant come to my house for a project, but no one followed up with me. I called them and left them several messages for Caroline and the Mgr but No call back. Just poor customer service. If their communication is this awful before the project I can imagine what a headache I would ve have if I had hired them.
We go here to fulfill many project requirements especially when it comes to larger plant material and quality plants. Staff is always helpful and pricing is competitive.
First time here with family to pick out Xmas tree. It wasn t busy at all. We were the only ones there and received zero customer service. Nobody was around and when we did find someone they walked away from us and didn t even say hello or ask us if we needed help. Very sad. We left and went somewhere else that greeted us and made us feel welcome.

Bad experience. In spring, Had them come and turn on the sprinklers and check and fix any leaks. They changed a bunch of sprinkler heads saying they needed to be replaced. Before the person left, my wife noticed a leak on shut off valve but the person left saying he will be back but never came. Also suspect a leak in a head but multiple reminders later no one has showed up eve though the office staff says they will call back. Disappointing service from a local company. Stay away and get someone reliable.
At Erics you have a wonderful selection to either go through the Garden Center find small or large plants and trees for any season through the year. You can find plenty of mulch, stone, and other bulk products that you may need. They do deliver within reason and in a timely fashion. You can also have trees and plants installed, irrigation work, hardscaping, nighrscaping, and dont forget snow removal. Definitely a place where you can get almost anything to improve your garden and home.
