I failed to learn the names of the lawn care workers, but I can tell you they are very good at what they do. I appreciate how they've conscientiously worked around all the obstacles especially in my backyard and in the fenced area for my dogs. The edges of my driveway and sidewalk always look neatly trimmed and professionally cared for. I also appreciate how easy it is to pay my bill online each month. Looking forward to next season! Exception service by the team who comes to 400 Woodlawn Dr. Mount Juliet, TN. They are quick to get this address completed and always do a fantastic job with edging, blowing off the driveway, front and back area of house. Overall very happy with them and will continue to do business at the rate we have been quoted.
Arrive each Tuesday like clockwork, rain or shine (but never too early after a rain, don't know how they keep their schedule so tight but it is noticed and appreciated)!
Kevin and his team have done a great job for us this season! They made sure our lawn was trimmed neatly and always cleaned up before leaving. We have an area in the back yard without much grass and many rocks. They always make sure to manually trim this area so it also looks great. Highly recommend!

Brauss Lawn Service is top notch and refreshing to work with! I feel like my whole house has been refreshed. We hired them for a complete landscape overall. They replaced all our landscaping, planted sod, installed irrigation, etc. It was a huge job and they made it look easy. Not to mention everyone in there crew is super friendly, approachable and great to work with. They let us make slight adjustments here and there and were happy to do it. The design and plant/tree recommendations Brian made were flawless and exactly what we wanted. I was not disappointed once. They also showed up on time every single day and performed the work when they said they would. I highly recommend and would hire them again for sure.

I am a landscape professional and use Brauss Lawn Service for three different properties, including my own home. They are very organized, professional, responsive, and do excellent work. We highly recommend them. It is so nice to come home to a beautiful lawn every day. Kevin, Bryan, and crew are top notch.
Hired to aerate and overseed in Oct 2021, after killing off grass to reseed. There were HUGE bare areas where they did not place seed (only used a large machine...so grass grows in THREE strips....it looks absolutely ridiculous and is readily apparent. They were apologetic after I sent pictures (which I still have) and have promised for the last few months to fix this shoddy work. Chris has repeatedly given dates he would show (including this past Friday) which he has failed to follow through. Please use someone else...After almost 400.00...my yard looks horrible. I understand the winter weather and germination; but they have had ample opportunity to follow through. They had the audacity to send me an email for additional services starting March 15th. Save your money; use another lawn company. I never blast companies; but after the repeated lies I want to prevent anyone else from experiencing this type of poor service.
Over the years Kevin and the crew have worked around budget, schedules, deluge of rain making yards yard to mow. Sometimes the guys have too much to do each day and dont put the patio furniture back, but not a huge deal given they mow, trim and clean up doggie mess in backyard in the process!
Nice Guys. BUT... seems the only thing that we can count on for certain is when we receive the monthly invoice.. scheduled to mow on Thursday but it could be any day of the week without notice, very quick and NO attention to detail. came by a little over 2 wks. ago, after the cold weather we have been having, UNANNOUNCED, not the scheduled day and we let them know we did not need the yard done.. THEN THIS VERY MORNING, at 8:05 a.m., yes, SUNDAY, wake up to lawn mowers blazing.. shut them down again. If business is that bad then we suggest you find another line of work Oh, in case you have not surmised by now, we will no longer be needing your services..
