Dickens has dramatically transformed my lawn in just over a year. I went from having a weed infested yard to a beautiful lush tall fescue lawn. Luke has been great at recommending product to apply for desired outcome and has provided a vast amount of knowledge on product and application. Luke goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I had an excellent experience purchasing my Toro mower. I also had fantastic results using the tall fescue plan. I use all of their fertilizers and pre-emergents. Highly recommended for any turf advice.

Great customer service! I recently purchased a used riding mower thanks to the help provided by Luke and Todd. Im sure it would have been easier to sell me a new machine, but they understood my budget and exceeded my expectations. In the process, they inspected the unit, serviced the carburetor, replaced the oil and installed new blades. Im thankful for a local company that has great staff and is a resource to the community.

If you re looking for a zero turn mower you ve come to the right place! I want to give special recognition to Luke Katras. I came to the store about 10:30 on Saturday and he helped me decide which mower fit my needs. By 11:30 I had made my decision and 15 minutes to store closing I had to go pick up a trailer. Luke was willing to wait on me after hours and luckily by 12:30 I was leaving with mower in tow. I truly appreciate the above and beyond the call of duty he showed and he even helped me get it loaded in the rain! Thanks!

I encountered an issue with my Ferris Mower purchased from Dickens in Sept 2018. This spring it started to lose power so I took it in. Worked with Like Katras at Mt. Juliet location. As it turned out, the Vanguard engine had failed due to a defect but was still within the manufactures warranty period. Luke Katras worked closely with Briggs & Stratton. Initially, B&S. didnt want to replace the engine but rather provide rebuild parts. Luke worked very hard on my behalf and insisted that a rebuild was not satisfactory to me as his client and pushed to insure I received a new engine. This effort included a complete tear down of the engine and extensive photo documentation and communication with B&S to satisfy all requirements posed by the manufacturer in order to honor the warranty. Luke and his mechanic went above and beyond to support me and the end result I received a new engine. This never would have happened without Luke and his efforts. He always listened to my input and kept me informed throughout the 6 week effort. I am very pleased with the outcome. I can strongly recommend Dickens and Luke Katras at the Mt. Juliet location. I will remain a loyal customer to Dickens and to Ferris. Go see Luke for you mower needs as he knows his business.

Mount Juliet store is awesome. I ll drive the 32 miles from my home to go to this store when I have one that s 20 miles closer to me. The people at the MJ store are great!! Luke K. is the man, knowledgeable and prompt in getting you thru the purchase fast and easy.

Every time I walk into dickens the guys are very attentive wether we are buying a big ticket item or something small. The guys are always very knowledgeable. I haven t had a question that wasn t answered by a very detailed explanation or solution. Dickens is the place to go for residential or commercial needs!

Good service aways

On 7/26/21 I purchased a 54 RZ Spartan Zero Turn lawnmower from Dickens Turf & Landscaping in Mt. Juliet, TN. The salesman was Luke Katras and he was very informative and professional in every way. I mowed my 2.5 acre yard yesterday and the Spartan mower was by far the best I have ever operated. I couldnt be more pleased with my new mower! Ive been mowing yards for 60 years!

I own a business and I know how important customer service is and today the guys at Dickens Lawn and Turf in Mt Juliet went way above my expectations , I took my mower in this morning and by this afternoon it was ready, they definitely represent their company well, I highly recommend them.Not only was the mechanical service good but the attitude of everyone there was the difference.

Great local landscaping company. Theyre custom blended seed is the best deal around. You get the true pound of seed, not a bunch of seed covered in stuff.

What a great experience! Luke and Todd were a great combo and worked hard to get our mower up and running! I dont think it was an easy fix but this company worked hard, researched, and took the time needed to do it right. We will definitely be back for any lawn care service and products!

They do not know how to sharpen blades. They ground the point off three of 6 edges. When I asked why he said it was to remove burs. I was told this is how they sharpen all the blades. Check out the photos of the blades.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LAWN MOWER THERE TO BE REPAIRED!!! Unless you purchased the mower there very recently they do not have the knowledge or know how to repair it! Again do not take your mower there unless it is less than a year old and you brought from them.

The guys here are very helpful. They really know their stuff. Their PTT tall fescue blend is producing phenomenal results in my lawn. Im also purchasing my new Toro Time-Cutter there. Jeff is extremely informative and really makes the customer(s) feel welcome here. I Recommend you give them a shot at your business.

This was my first time to visit the new location in Mt. Juliet, TN. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted with a welcome from the two gentlemen that were at the front counter. The store was very nice, clean and well organized.

The employees at Dickens Turf and Landscape Supply are awesome. They can help you with your lawn or your commercial lawn care business, selling you everything the pros use but priced affordably.
