A Cut Above Landscaping in Mt. Juliet

I called A Cut Above Landscaping a few weeks ago and spoke to Eduardo. He seemed interested in doing the work I described and said he would come to my house on the following Wednesday to give me estimates. He did not show up, nor did he call. A little over a week went by and I called again. Eduardo apologized and claimed he lost the information. He said he would be out on Thursday to take a look. He did show up and we spent time going over my needs. He seemed interested, equipped to do the jobs and said he would have quotes for me in a couple of days. I didn't hear from him for over 1-1/2 weeks so I called again. This time there was no answer on his phone so I left a message asking him to contact me to let me know if he was interested or not. I still haven't heard from him so I assume A Cut Above isn't interested in my business. I think at least I earned the courtesy of a phone call.

I was referred and scheduled an appointment with Eduardo. The appointment was made a week out. Eduardo did not show nor did he respond to reminder text. This was a waste of my time and very unprofessional.

My partner and I manage several HOA communities and investment properties in and around Nashville. The communication and commitment to excellence we receive from A Cut Above is unmatched. They are honest, hard-working, and detailed. Keep up the awesome work, guys!

Eddie the owner was amazing. He did my estimate/assessment himself. He understood what i wanted and his team was outstanding.

Carlito, Jose, Javier, and Jimmy are the greatest crew ever. After they architected the retaining wall around our pool and physically moved the massive chicken coop they went above and beyond the call of duty. These great fearless men of steel managed to lasso our 400lbs hog "Eleanor" and pull her into the trailer that took this little piggy to the market. Thanks again guys, bacon sandwiches for everyone!

A Cut Above Landscaping did another tremendous job maintaining my lawn this year. They don't just cut the lawn and drive away - they take the proper care to ensure the lawn is free of debris, cut in a different direction each time, and clean up the sidewalks and porches consistently and thoroughly. The guys are always responsive to my suggestions. Billing is easy. I highly recommend them!
