Never have had to use them for tree service - But on New Years Eve they made a trip to Oak Park to rescue a cat that had been stuck in a tree for days. Local police and firefighters didnt come out to help. Oakland county wasnt in their service area but went the extra mile to get this beautiful cat down. That tells me a lot about this company.

William and his team from Young Masters Tree Service took down 5 trees at our home this afternoon. As we expected, our property was respected....no damage to lawn or landscape. All leaves and sticks were raked and removed. This is the third time we have used YMTS, and we wouldnt hesitate to use them again. William came out early on a Sunday morning to come help a neighbor get her cat down from a tree. He was very quick about it and it was obvious that he has experience with these situations. He was able to help the cat get down safely, and the kitty is now back inside with his mom. Very much appreciate his help!

What can I say? This experience made my day. It can be challenging and stressful to find people to do this type of work, but William and the crew made it easy. From the first phone call right through cleanup, everything was top notch. Communication and coordination was smooth and effortless, the work was flawless, and the price was very fair. We have a bigger job coming up soon and I can t wait to see how they restore my old elm to health! Update: They came for the Elm today and it went from an unruly mess and possible hazard to a beautiful and healthy tree. Also, I told somebody who has a lot of trees that I had just found the best tree service around, and he told me he already had somebody. I said no, these guys are really the best, and we re talking some more and he says just a minute, who are you talking about? I said Young Masters. He said yeah, that s mine too

We had a large elm that was damaged in the spring ice storms that needed to come down. The job was done quickly and the clean up was very professional. They also trimmed some branches from the maple tree that were over our roof & driveway. I highly recommend Young Masters!

William and his team did an outstanding job removing a huge maple tree from the backyard. Young Masters acted quickly to my frantic call for help after a huge limb fell between the houses. I would give 10 star review if allowed!! They rocked!!

Worst experience ever on any kind of estimate. Does not establish times in advance. Waited more than a week for a call which I missed. Called the caller back. No answer and Mailbox would not accept msgs. Called home office again and waited 6 days for another call which I missed and called back in half hour with same results. Called office again and they explained that if they dont get an answer when they are in the area they dont respond. For the record, my job is less than a mile and a half from their address. What a joke. Wasted more than 3weeks on this nonprofessional company. Would give zero stars.

So, so rude. In response to the reply, I was not rude. The time frame was 9:30am-11am. At 12pm we had to call you all to see if you were coming or not. After I received a text telling me youd still be about another hour, I sent 1 reply. My text was exactly this You guys were supposed to be here a couple hours ago and youre just now letting me know this. It was not rude. The way you spoke on the phone was confrontational. I wasnt excited I was catching my breath from running inside to get your phone call. When Im late, I let people know and reschedule when necessary.

Everything about William and his company is not only prompt and responsive in service and calls, but they are honest as the day is long and are extremely hard-working whenever they have done work at our property. We ve had a huge lot of hedges pulled from the thick roots around an old deck, trees trimmed, and trees taken down and they even were quick to drop of a load of firewood when we lost power last February. Called this company at 3:59 pm the day after a storm took down part of a two story tree in my front yard. Tree was on my neighbors garage, fence and on my gas meter. They were very responsive and had someone out that evening to price it (8:40 pm) and back at 8:30 am the next day to remove the fallen half tree and take down the still standing (ready to come down any minute) other part of the tree. Stump was cut as far down as they could go with the rocks in my landscaping, loose branches all removed and leaves raked and blown away. So grateful for their speedy response! I though their prices were more than fair. I have some additional trimming/removal that needs to be done and I will be calling them again!

The Most Genuine Service!! My Kitten was stuck in a tree I had given up hope..I called around Detroit and no one could help, some places told me to wait until he comes down. Which he was already stuck up in the tree for 2 days with a snow storm coming!! Let me tell yall I reached out to this company and without Hesitation they came out and rescued my Kitten Chase. Great experience with William! I had an incident where I needed my iguana saved out of a tree. He showed up to the rescue and got the job done. I am so grateful for his kind heart towards all animals (and reptiles).

The job wasnt done the way we discussed and agreed upon and things that were promised were not completed but charged for. I was charged extra and most of logs ended sitting in front of my house. Completely disappointed. William likes to insult people too to hide lack of professionalism. This is how your driveway will look like if you piss them of.

If youve ever tried to do your own tree trimming/removal, you know what a difficult task it is. It can take several days to take down a tree (working alone) -- then what to do with the tree limbs, and the stump?? You will be amazed at the speed and efficiency with which YMTS gets your yard looking the way you want it. Flower beds, and other landscaping nearby that you dont want damaged? Hasnt ever been a problem for us. They are very careful not to tear up the yard, or leave any debris or garbage behind. You should spend your weekends enjoying your yard, not toiling away in it. Why spend your time doing something that these professionals can have done before lunch?

We used this tree service to remove a 70+ year old silver Maple tree from our 2300 sq feet backyard which includes many existing gardens with retaining wall border, chain link fencing, pavers and deck work. We were very impressed with the quality of knowledge, skill and massive crane work performed effortlessly with precision accuracy.They arrived at 8:00 and left at 1:30. Without hesitation we give this service and pleasant crew a AAA rating.
