WOW....soo incredibly happy we called them to cut our trees. They chipped them all, ground the stumps and cleaned up more than we anticipated. It was amazing to come home to such a neat clean yard free of trees and stumps. Would use them again (if we had more trees) and highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tree or two cut down.

The crew was fast, clean, and very patient with maneuvering their equipment down our narrow driveway. In addition, they were courteous and double checked with us during the job to make sure they achieved our desired results.

This crew came to the house, set up, protected the grass, trimmed 1 tree and cut 1 down. Fast, clean, efficient. Other than the trees being taken care of, wouldnt know they had been there. Excellent job!

We had three 75+ year old, huge maples in our backyard that were a hazard (large limbs were dropping off) and were not easy to get equipment to. After receiving a couple of quotes, we chose The Tree Surgeon. The work was completed on time for the price they said it would be. They had all the right equipment to do the job without harming our lawn or driveway. The clean-up after the job was complete was extensive and it was easy to tell that the crew really cared about doing a great, professional job.

I have used a couple of different tree service companies in the past and have never written a review but The Tree Surgeon is worthy of a post. This is a professional company from start to finish. As a family owned business you really see the care for their employees and customers. The process to call and set up an estimate was a pleasure working with Kristen. The owner himself, Mike, came out and we walked the property talking about each tree and what I was looking to do. He listen to me and shared a few suggestions along the way. Then provided me a fair estimate. The crew came in the morning and was done by the afternoon - one 3 story tree removal and 3 major tree trimmings. This crew was professional and knew what they were doing. They had professional equipment that did the job right and safely. Most of all the trees and yard looks beautiful -- I could not be more happy. I will absolutely being calling The Tree Surgeon in the future. Highly recommend.

They did a great job of trimming my tree however they left a large piece of plywood and never returned to pick it up. They have not returned my phone calls.

This company went above and beyond what they were hired for. The owner and his crew removed one tree, removed 2 stumps, and trimmed our very large trees that hid our home. Once they were done, they cleaned up everything including the roof of our garage. Unbelievable! It was amazing to watch. I called it a ballet in the trees. A few of our neighbors have complimented the work that has been done. One neighbor that was out on his nightly walk, did a double take when he walked past our home. You can see our house!!! Great company!! Great crew!!

They dont show really any of the property nothing from the inside not good at all for anyone what are you hiding

This is the 2nd time Ive had tree work done with this company. Very pleased with service both times. Great tree trimming/shrub removal. The yard was cleaned up great. Employees very friendly. I would definately recommend them for any tree work you may need. I know I will call them again.

Had a tree that was sick and dying and wanted to see if it could be brought back to health. Response was quick and honest, and it was decided to remove. Had another tree and stump grinded as well. Service was excellent and price was great. Also they were very responsive to emails and provided suggestions for a replacement tree. Definitely would recommend, and I will definitely use them in the future!

The workers came out and trimmed my tree, as I requested, and did a great job of cleaning up. I contacted this company to service a very large job at my home. They are not well equipped to service customers. They do not have the needed equiptment or qualified personell to service as advertised. I was not provided a timely quote as advertised. In fact, I was completly dismissed without explanation and instructed to try contacting them again in 2021. I would never consider a company that refused to provide any effort to help at all. Update: I took the time to provide a detailed description of my very large job. In good faith, I provided my private email and my private phone number. While this company did not have time to call me to consider any portion of my job or provide any customer service whatsoeve; the owner did find time to abuse my personal cell phone number by calling me at 7:00 AM to harass me about my review. As far as the disrespectful reply from the owner. I give fair and favorable reviews for good service. I am a loyal client, I pay my professional help fairly and I tip very well. I would never consider personally disrespecting anyone. The 7:00 am phone call was harassment. You treated me like my home is in the ghetto and you couldnt be bothered to consider my area. Had your tone been different, if you made any attempt at respectful conversation; I would have understood. Anyone can view my reviews; as for being a negative person and serial bad reviewer, I have given very few bad reviews, this company just happens to be one of them. Also, I couldnt help but notice that you pretend not to know every customer that gave you a bad review prior to mine. It only attests to your actual lack of credibility.

I had a major project removing 8 trees including 4 large maples. Not only did Mike and his team do a great job but they also went up and beyond in many ways. Literally every tree and bush was trimmed and my yard looks amazing. They even helped my neighbor out removing a dead tree that was just off my property line. The tree surgeons employee was negligent to my property and cable wires after I specifically in person told him they were visible and please do not cut. I also placed bright pink flags to show them the location, they were cut anyway. I called the company twice and emailed with no response to my concern. I had to mention a bad review to get a call back and finally got a call with a attitiude that we cant do anything about it! Was very inconvienced with having to deal with comcast for repair aand no internet for security cameras for three days to view my senior veteren father when I was not home. company has a bad attitude and did not offer compensation in any way.

The Tree Surgeon provided amazing service for our giant tree in the front yard. Within just weeks of calling, we received a quote, and the service was completed. The cleanup was done so well, we couldnt even tell they had come out, besides the fact our tree was trimmed!
