Dan's Lawn & Landscaping in Mt Airy

They have been MIA for two weeks and have not responded via phone or email. Not a way to keep business.

7 years of great service and their prices barely increase. They are like clockwork in their mowing. I have always been happy with their work.

Terrible, just terrible. Grass will be cut poorly. Did an extra stick fall on your yard? that will be an extra 50% of your lawn cutting cost. Did they miss an area and you request it get cut? extra 50% of your lawn cutting cost. Ask for a quote for something? They automatically show up without asking with trucks, only to show up on the same day as the company you actually hired. But don't worry, you might get lucky and they cut your lawn twice a week until you say something because they don't know how to use a schedule or communicate. Owner writes in all caps and half the time it is in the title of the email, I'm surprised they even know what email is. You're dreaming if you think there is a payment platform either. This "company" is ran like a high-schooler is trying to get some summer cash. Edit for owner response: I am not talking about a cleanup job, I used this company for 2 years as a biweekly lawn mowing service and ran into issues on numerous occasions with quality, adding extra to the bill, etc.

We have been using Dan's Lawn & Landscaping to mow the grass at multiple houses we own. They do an Excellent job! They show up every 2 weeks like clockworks to mow and edge the beds. We have a dog and one thing we greatly appreciate is the fact that they always close the fence gate to our rear yard when they are finished.

Totally exceeded our expectations. Great service. Yard always looks top notch.

This company was horrible! I could have cut the grass better! The mulch was uneven and a lot of it was in my grass and not were it was supposed to be! They are so unprofessional and don’t care about there customers!
