Tim's Lawn And Landscape Service Inc. in Mt Airy

We used TLS for our private residence. We couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. We had them out for our spring cleaning and mulching. Tim’s crew worked all day between the rain showers to get approximately 12 yards of mulch laid. We highly recommended TLS for all your landscape needs.

I cannot say enough great things about Tim personally and the service his company provides. We have hired TLS to do two major landscaping jobs in at our home in Mount Airy now. The thing that initially impressed us was his actual designs. He actually listened to what we wanted and came up with perfect designs the first time in both instances. His plant selections were spot on and fit the property perfectly. The installation went smoothly, on schedule, and on budget for both projects. His foreman and crew were extremely professional, a pleasure to have at our home, and paid attention to detail. I was extremely impressed with the preparation work they did prior to installing the landscaping. It was far above what I expected. The custom paver walkway they installed is amazing and complete changed the look and feel of the entrance to our home. The low voltage lighting design and installation is also amazing. The pictures really don't do the finished product justice, and I know it will all look even more amazing next year. Tim delivered exactly what he promised, if not more. I wish all businesses operated the same way. I'll do business with him again in a heart beat if the opportunity arises. He's also just a great guy and someone I would have as a friend. I included a few "before" photos as well at the end for the sake of comparison.

My experience with Tim's Lawn & Landscape Service has been nothing less than stellar. The proactive updates from Cori are on point and the service is exceptional. My initial meeting with Tim was impressive and their consistent integrity and responsiveness is a breath of fresh air. Since we contracted with TLS, I see that other homes in our neighborhood have employed their services. I highly recommend TLS!

TLS did an amazing job!! I couldn't be happier with the final product. Tim has done work for a few neighbors and I needed a patio for under our new deck. I had one quote from the deck company's subcontractor, but I wanted to get a quote from TLS. Tim very professional, came out quickly, and his price and materials were much better than the other quotes we got. Tim took the time to work with us on the design, colors, styles, etc. He was at our house for at least 2 hours when we started going into the details of the project. TLS very professional throughout the entire process. They put in am amazing patio, cleaned up everything, and reseeded all of the areas that the machinery had to go across my lawn. Attached are some pictures. Before pic and after pictures. We might put a pool in as well and you can be sure I'll be using TLS to do all that hardscaping as well!

We cannot say enough good things about Tim, his crew and TLS, Inc.!!! From our first meeting to discuss the patio design, Tim was timely, professional and very knowledgeable. Throughout the 2-3 week project, the process went beyond smooth. His crews arrived every single day around the exact same time and worked so hard. The finished product is nothing short of amazing, better than we ever imagined. We now have a beautiful backyard oasis between our new patio and pool! We highly recommend Tim and his team to everyone!!!

We contracted with Tim's Landscaping Service this year to replace an old and rotting wood/gravel walkway. From the beginning, its been a pleasure to work with Tim and his team. He came out to estimate at our scheduled time, was prompt with the estimate and answering my questions and his office staff was great at keeping me up to date on start dates and any unavoidable delays they had. The walk way turned out even better than I had hoped. But even better was the fact that when they were doing the second stage, they alerted me to an issue with our septic, recommended a company who came out and fixed it quickly and then managed to shuffle their schedule to finish up our work quickly. They identified other issues that they were able to rectify quickly as well (rotting fence posts and retaining wall). I'm so pleased with how the work turned out, It solved a major issue with the prior walkway from our pool deck and now is a beautiful addition to our yard. Highly recommended!

Tim and his crew did a fantastic job creating a whole new look for my driveway with mulch beds, bushes, and rock side channels. They also created a beautiful rock walkway and timber steps so that I now have safe, attractive access to my entire yard. Not to mention the new mulch beds - my entire yard has become my paradise again! And the dogs love it too. They are an excellent crew and help you solve your landscape challenges.

Tim and his team did an amazing job on our new patio. They were efficient, hardworking and very professional. Their work was great. Even when we had last minute changes to our design, they made it look better than I even imagined. Highly recommend!
