They were hired to do some yard cleanup and small tree removal. They did a good job other than the stumps could have been closer to the ground. My issue is they were on site for 4 hours and I am going to estimate that it took another hour to unload the debris. So for 5 hours of unskilled labor I paid $1825. Way overpriced for the time it took to complete!!
John and his crew did a fantastic job edging and mulching our flower beds. He kept us informed when the mulch and his crew would be arriving. They worked tirelessly to complete the job and cleaned up before they left. Our flower beds look great! Thank you😄
Didn’t finish the job! Came out on Tuesday to remove shrubs and take pile of wood. Removed the shrubs, stumps are still there, ran our of room for the pile of wood. He said he would be back (even left his rake as a good faith that he was going to return. Paid $900 for an incomplete job! Now I will have to pay even more to get someone else to finish the job! In response to your response it was not one day, you were here on Tuesday, I changed my review on Friday night. Don’t know what number you are calling, because the only number you have has an answering machine, and that’s besides the point, you said we didn’t need to be here for you to finish the job. I also posted my first review on Tuesday, so I didn’t change it a few hours later, try 3 days later and heard nothing from you till I changed my review.
Well the communication first off was awful had them plow driveway for 125 dollars they did 2 swipes didnt do the turn around in driveway had there been a actual conversation not texting this could have been cleared up were supposed make a path to back porch they made one path to the car not the porch should have paid my grandson 125 dollars to use snowblower would have gotten a better result live and learn

Agreed contract price for properties was changed after first mow. Prepaid for the service at the second property and it was never done. Efforts to correct this immediately were met with excuses and confusion. Worse mowing service experience I ve ever had.

Very well done, my front walkway was deep cleaned and the difference is incredible, I honestly hadnt noticed how filthy it really was until after it was cleaned and looked brand new. The attention to detail was impeccable and the service was very friendly. Highly recommend and will be calling again in the future.

John arrived on the day I called in desperate for help with leaves that I couldn t handle myself. It was a SUNDAY even!! Peter & John are excellent in their communications. I never have experienced better communication from a company! John was hard working to point of my telling him it was dark and freezing and to call it a day!! He wasn t only hard working & pleasant, but both he & Peter are compassionate human beings this world needs far more of for sure! I also winded up having John shape up the house shrubs, bushes & even smaller trees that had gotten out of control. He also addressed cleaning out my lower gutters I can t do for health reasons. I definitely recommend SNAPPY! John works and works hard; he doesn t dawdle around or take breaks. Even when he had to go get more gasoline, he respectfully let me know before going & was back in a jiffy! The teamwork between Peter and John is excellent, prices fair, & work done, plus some in timely manner! They re a pleasure to have work on your property! Call SNAPPY & you ll be relieved you did!!
