Pacific Style Landscapes provided a proposal in a timely manner and accomplished the agreed upon services professionally without oversight by us, all at a competitive price.

Pacific Style Landscapes did a complete renovation of our yard and we give them a 5 star plus rating. They re-contoured the yard, installed French drains, put in a new paver patio and retaining wall, re-built a fence and gates, laid new sod, build a privacy screen, and did new plantings with an irrigation system. The result was beautiful! Logan McKay has a degree in landscape architecture, and it shows. He listens carefully in working with his clients, is detailed oriented, and is an artist when selecting plants, installing hardscape, and working with wood.

The first project we did with Logan/Pacific Style was our front yard. Picture a lumpy lawn (more weed than lawn) a corral fence (what are we? Horses?) and a brick walkway wide enough for one person. Barely. Gone is the corral! We have a beautiful, white flowering dogwood, perfectly positioned. Large boulders, artistically placed. The plant selection is wonderful. We now have a wide stone walkway. Did I mention all new drainage? Problem solved. We love it every day. The next project a year later was our sad back yard. We only wanted Logan to do it. The back consisted of a grass hill that endured a water main break cutting through it at 75 gallons a minute. Then the weeds moved in. We still had to mow it. Now there are terraces, planting beds, steps and a stone wall. I am a gardener and have had so much fun planting the beds. It s all coming to fruition. Flowers and veg. Lots of bees. We re turning that brick walkway into an outdoor fireplace. Plus no more mowing! Thank you Logan and Pacific Style for you professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and hard work. Great crew all around.

Pacific Style put in a stone patio and retaining wall for us. They did an exceptional job. They were on time, courteous, and well prepared. They had to work through rain at times but pushed through. It was fun watching their progress and conversing with the crew on a daily basis. We are extremely happy with their work and how awesome it looks. I would use them again.

Wasted two weeks planning with this company on a retaining wall only to be told they are no longer interested in the job. Now I have to let the other company which I said I was going with someone else to, now I need them. I cant recommend these guys unless you want to be disappointed.

I have worked with several different landscaping & lawn maintenance companies over the years so have a fairly broad perspective of experiences. First, it should be noted that Pacific Styles has 2 separate divisions - the lawn maintenance as well as the landscaping design & installation department. I just finished a large landscaping project with Logan & his team and we couldn t be happier. Logan s knowledge, enthusiasm, & can-do attitude never waivered over the span of our project (approx 4 months). It included design, pavers, water feature, fire pit, irrigation system, sod and some very large plantings. His team are all incredibly pleasant, hard-working men. I think their pricing is about par for the area, but they excel at clear communication & striving for customer satisfaction. I have, & will continue to recommend them to others.

Pacific Style Landscapes,Inc, has provided outstanding maintains in all aspects necessary for more than ten years. There crew, led by Will, are so well organised that they manage to complete all aspects needed for the community in one day every week. This includes all yearly needs as necessary (moss control, fertilization, aeration, mowing, edging, trimming hedges and tree trimming to 15 feet, litter and debris removal. In addition, they manage the irrigation system that services all 89 home as well as three Public areas. In addition, we have a calendar that lists what will be accomplished on what days. Pacific Styles is in a class that few other landscape companies can match. They have the crew, they have the mechanical needs, an the leadership. Very, very disappointed. Hired them late summer of 2017 and I was excited after the owner, Steve, came out to look at our garden and give us our estimate. After that visit, communication was a trial. I was told that we would have one lead assigned to our property who we would work with and that never happened. I asked repeatedly to have mulch put on the beds and never got a price or the work done. I was assured that pruning and feeding would be done when needed and that did not happen either. During initial clean-up I was asked if I wanted a particular shrub pruned. I said yes. The crew left 15 minutes later and to this day that shrub has not been pruned. They had been shown clearly what needed to be done, which were weeds and which were wanted plants, and then I found them cutting down my Russian Sage while in full bloom. By June 10th of this year, my roses were not pruned, none of my flowering shrubs had been fed or pruned and their last visit had been in the first week of May. They were supposed to be here every other week in Spring and Summer. I sent emails and left phone messages regarding work needing to be done that I never received answers to. I was never assigned a regular day or time so never knew when they were coming. When I finally sent an email telling them I was firing them, and why, I still received no response. If they didnt want to work our yard (and it is a challenge, no lawn, all flower beds and gravel paths) then they should have said so in the first place. The worst customer service I have experienced in any industry in a long time. I do not recommend them as they seem be all talk and no action.

Pacific Style Landscapes recently completed a landscaping/paver project for me and did a fine job. They were well organized, on time and reasonably priced. Their project manager Logan McKay was a pleasure to work with and handled some unusual logistics without difficulty. I highly recommend them.

Call them to report a terrible driver and they hung up on me
