So far after my initial contact, Tim has taken the initiative to follow up with a quote on email. After communicating about what day would be good for me, he came out for the first time today. I asked them to come in and clean up my flower beds, spread new mulch, and put weed killer down with weed guard and wood chips in my orchard. They were quick and I came home from a work trip with my yard looking great for summer and it is now low maintenance! If I wasn t on a plane I would add photos.

The crew arrived when they said they would. They worked non stop to get the work done and one of our neighbors saw what they were doing and hired them on the spot. We are looking forward to our rejuvenated lawn. We are already planning another project for Tim and crew.

They came out and did the first initial look at my property and then we spoke over the phone to make sure we were on the same page. They were able to come out the next day and finish the job! The lawn looks great and saved me a lot of work for my first round of yardwork

The Augusta Lawn Care guys do a fine job mowing. If I have a question they either answer it right away or call me back in resonable time with an answer.

This is a terrible company that does sloppy work and and wants to overcharge. I had Augusta bid job after my roofer drove truck over my french drain, culvert and drainage ditch. Tim looked at damage and bid job. I contacted office to say yes I would like work done. I was told they would contact me to schedule. Several weeks later I come home 9am to someone working in yard. I was a little frustrated with no contact just showing up but I did not stop progress. About an hour later, worker knocks and tells he is done, asks me he if I wanted to look. I pointed out several problems. The french drain was still exposed, I could see clearly the tire marks from stuck truck, rocks and logs in a pile. Worker complained of it being muddy and he was out of soil so he would have to come back. He left a sloppy muddy mess. No one ever came back. I contacted office several times. The only communication I received was a threatening email to pay or fees would be added, my bill was just over 30 days, but the job was unfinished. When I finally spoke to Tim, he said I did not explain what I had wanted, I should have asked for more dirt, and if I wanted the job done they would have to rebid. I felt this job was self explained with the huge tire marks I wanted repaired. I am not a landscaper I did not under bid the amount soil needed for the job, that was your job. Augusta wanted to rebid original job to finish. Now because the insurance has already paid once I have a hire another landscaper to fix drains and fill with soil. Thank goodness I did not sign up for maintenance service!

I called and they actually answered the phone which wasnt always the case with a couple other places I called. I received an estimate the next day, accepted and then had my property cleanup done the following week and my place looks great now and looking forward to them mowing this upcoming season. Called for a bid. After all their measuring from digital views of your property they give you a bid unless its too big and irregular, then supposedly someone will do a drive by. No contact. After all that NO BID...NOTHING EVER....Would not recommend this service.

I really dont like leaving bad reviews, because i know everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but Im pretty unsatisfied with this service. I called for weed Removal in our gravel driveway and under a tree, and for the weeds to be cut back along our fenceline. We were quoted almost a thousand dollars. The area is maybe a quarter of an acre or less in total. It seemed really high, but i thought since they were going to actually REMOVE all the weeds from the gravel, and there were alot, maybe that was reasonable. We tried to schedule a time to talk in person, but i work 8-5 and they said they would just stop by and then send a video. They stopped by and sent me an invoice with the words Weeds PULLED/Removed, and there was no video. I was excited to get home and see all the weeds gone. When I got home, all that had been done was the weeds were cut down short. Looked like someone just went over all the weeds with a lawn mower. And the fence line had been weed whacked, but only halfway down the fence, and then they just stopped. It was really strange. I took pictures, and replied to the email invoice telling them i was unsatisfied. No one returned my email. I sort of forgot about it. But Then i got another email a few weeks later saying my invoice was overdue. So we called and told them the situation. They said they would put the payment on hold and have someone get back to us. Another couple weeks went by and we got sent another invoice with $100 off. I emailed back and said $100 off wasnt enough. I got told it had been too long, and that weeds grow fast in washington, so it was unresonable to ask for more money off. So i paid the $780 bill. I will not be using Augusta or recommending them to anyone.

Response to my initial inquiry was very quick and I received a quote shortly afterwards. It took a few days to get on the schedule, but the workers showed up on the designated day and did a very professional job. They checked in with me about the details of the job and made sure they were on the same page. Upon completion of the project they walked through it all with me and got my approval that everything was indeed completed to my satisfaction. Workers were clean, quiet, very polite, and acted professionally at all times.

This company did not do what we paid them to do. We mow our own lawn now and it is 100% better. We had paid them monthly to do mowing and weeding but they did not keep the weeding up. We asked them to do the weeding every other week but they never came back to do the weeding. About a month later they give us an estimate of over $500 for something we already paid for. Beware!!!!!! We hired this company to keep our lawn and bushes in nice shape but paid for it to be done and we were abandoned.

Deceptive pricing. Poor communication. Rushed and sloppy work. Will never use again .

The General Manager for the Burlington location is polite and kind. The crews did not have clear communication to get the yard job done correctly and with high standards. They had to return to correct their mistakes. This cost them extra money/time and they did not accept this was a natural consequence for not doing the job right the first time. Poor weather conditions were not factored in before choosing a day to to the job (frozen ground, high winds). Crews missed areas when they thatched and thatched areas not a part of the job. My initial review was positive. At the end of the job, it is negative. I received multiple emails saying I would be sent to creditors if I didnt pay the remaining 1/3 of the balance before the job was completed. Very disappointment in the end.

I originally was super happy with their response time and their estimate. I agreed to their estimate of $150 for our yard that lines the sidewalk and the street since it was overgrown, then agreed to a $45 follow up visit. But then they decided to take it upon themselves to come once a week and charge my card before my invoices were due without my knowledge or agreement. I reached out to the company and they were far from helpful or apologetic which was really disappointing, especially from a smaller company. I really wish we had a better experience with their customer service.

Augusta was great at communicating with me via email and calling when it was necessary. Worker Jesus showed up on time and went right to work. He had a great attitude and communicated well with us on how wed like our very tall hedge topped. He was safety conscious and considerate. Jesus got stung by bees in the hedge but continued to work. I would recommend him and Augusta.

Update: The company did reach out and sent the general manager out to complete work. The work was completed to satisfaction, and they honored my request not to interact. Additionally, a substantial credit was provided to the invoice, which was not expected, and certainly appreciated in recognition of the situation. Original Post: Quoted $470 plus tax. Beds needing weeding badly, pulling morning glory around the fence, tree trimming, edging, etc. A thorough fall clean-up. Never hired out before for it, and just knew I couldn t tackle it myself because of time and energy so I didn t question the price. Told they would arrive around 8:30. 9:15 arrival time. Didn t really care, but surprised me a bit. One guy, alone, which seemed weird considering how much I was paying and how much work I figured needed to be done. Wedding was done with a tool of some sort that didn t pull anything, but essentially scalped the top off. Trees trimmed decently, though he had to get up on a ladder to the very top and was alone. I was worried for his safety. Couldn t reach the center top of one tree so I ve got two random branches reaching into the sky. Weeds were decently cleaned up, but using a rake, quickly, which took a bunch of bark with it. Then didn t fully rake the rest of the beds. Not all weeds were pulled. Attention to detail and pride in job are obviously not company values. Despite being included in the quote, no edging occurred at all. Employee spit chew juice several times on my sidewalk and exposed concrete driveway. I provided feedback through the survey and let them know I would not need follow-up service. I d gotten a quote for some spring work I wanted done which was over $2k. If they d done well on this, the work would ve been theirs and if I needed ongoing services would ve been a loyal customer. I communicated to send my invoice, I d pay, and then request no further contact. My invoice arrived via email a few minutes later without so much as an apology or acknowledgement of an issue. Next time, I ll offer a school sports team $500 to send a few teens over for a couple hours to do the same work and I m pretty sure they d do a much better job. Avoid.
