The women on the phone was an excellent woman understanding what I wanted from the beginnings thank a lot Sara great women! The man Rafael was great to work worth helped us build our fence and deck.

Scheduled a date to come out and give me a bid, canceled without telling me, and just sent me an email without any identification with a quote instead. Quoted me $6000 for a project that they admitted when I laughed at them on the phone that they were going to pay their own team about $900 max for- single day job with 2-3 people. When I was laughing at their sales woman on the phone, she kept going "but the labor costs are $300 a person per day!" as if she hadn't already admitted it was a single day of work for 2-3 people, which I knew going in to the call. My competing offer I was trying to see if I could get a bid under was for $1200. Absolutely insane ripoff scumbags that should get absolutely no business from anyone if this is how they comport themselves. What a joke.

We had them install a landing and steps and remove a broken hot tub for us and they did not disappoint at all! Rafael and Sara came out and gave us a quote on Friday and the crew came and did the work on Wednesday. The landing is super solid and really well made. I would go back to them in a heartbeat!

Rafael and crew are exceptional. Our new fence is perfect; beautiful and of the highest quality. I can't wait to work with these guys on the next project.

A-1 service from these guys putting up a stretch of new fencing with a gate for a vehicle. They were very quick to do the job and the price was excellent. Plus, the work looks really good!! I'm going to pass out their business cards to my friends in the Mt Vernon area that have properties.

This is for a composite deck. Rafael and Sara showed up early for the bid, gave me a clear bid and timeline before leaving, but also gave me great advice on what I thought I wanted and improved my project. All construction was done the right way and well within the timeline they initially gave me. Rafael did exactly what he said he would do. Two weeks later, I am still 100% satisfied with the work of RT Total Lawn Care.

Rafael and his team were great! He came to our house to give us a quote the day after I contacted him. From there, he had his team working the next week, which was only a few days later.
