I've tried close to 10 different lawn care services over the past 20 years, and none ever came close to how great my lawn looks since having Shawn and MN Lawn & Landscape take over this year. Shawn ALWAYS goes above and beyond on his services, quality of work and communication. I haven't experienced the level of service Shawn provides with any other fertilizer, weed control, thatching, or lawn mowing service previously used. I was looking for a new service doing everything from mowing to fertilization. My neighbor highly recommended Shawn...and Shawn has delivered...every single time. So why the difference? Communication / Process: I know exactly when Shawn will show up. Shawn estimates on line, contract is online...everything is transparent. I immediately get a recap of what was done, or how much fertilizer was used and the cost emailed to me after the service is complete. Credit card is charged...it is a seamless experience, which is easy and important to me. Mowing: From an aesthetic point of view, Shawn's mowing leaves the lawn looking great with the nice lines involved. The next week, he mows in the opposite direction. After mowing, he trims...every area around the property and even edges the driveway / sidewalk AND the curb. He blows off the clippings to finish the job.
