They blew the leaves, etc. through the fence from their client's property to the park on the other side so they wouldn't have to pick them up. Unprofessional and lazy. Use a company that has higher standards for sure!
I love working with Tatum Lawn Care. They always do a wonderful job servicing and winterizing the irrigation systems in our rentals each year. They are friendly, communicative, and affordable. We highly recommend!
3rd year in a row that they do not give you time to answer the door or call ahead for sprinkler blow out! They just go onto your property without notice! Creep in my back yard got a full view through my slider door, of me in my pajamas cleaning up my son’s puke(he’s home sick) while I then scramble to get the dog inside! All because he would not just give me two seconds to answer the door or call me ahead! Then when I yelled out the front and the back doors trying to get his attention he went to the side of the house and acted like he didn’t hear me. I wasn’t going to go outside in my pajamas while home alone and leave my dog and child inside to confront him! We live in a rental so I can’t control who the property managers use for the service but this is ridiculous! It’s the second year in a row I’ve called and they do not listen!
Lack of commutation, receptionist doesn’t know how to talk to the customer, having a weekly or biweekly service even if you just want a one time service is also kind a sketchy :( I understand due to costs and I was planning on tipping well too but with no one here and no one telling me what time they would come over is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Learn how to communicate instead of reading from script. Waste of time, so sad From being a personal assistant for 5 years, this has been the worst phone call of scheduling I’ve ever had. Be careful if you keep this up
Would give zero star!!! Terrible business call someone else!!! I called and asked them to set up lawn cuts for my companies office on a biweekly basis 1/3 acre. I was told they are to busy and are refusing to cut my lawn!!! What business rejects new business!! I would never recommend a company that can't handle their current work load!! NEXT!!!!
Charged alot of money to come out and make a diagnosis, said they'd be back to fix it. Two months later and no show and no call. Called to see what was happening, said they'd call back and a week later and no call back. We are finding someone else. Probably does good work but seems to be a poorly functioning business and it's not worth our grass and pasture dying waiting on them.
Emailed a few times, trying to get someone out to look at my project. Deana responded asking for the address, I gave it to her. I tried following up a few times view email and never heard back. A friend said sometimes they are old school, so I’d need to call. I called, spoke with a nice lady. She had Bob come out and meet me. Bob and I walked the yard and discussed my ideas. I even had a drawing of my ideas. He ended up taking my drawing and said he’d get back to me. It’s been three weeks to the day, neither Deana or Bob have ever gotten back to me. Sort of a kick in the stomach when I see them throughout the neighborhood, as I know they work out here. They just have zero follow through and communication unfortunately.
They did great work fixing our sprinklers but I called three times to get them to come out and install drip sprinklers for my gardens. They didn't return my calls or come out. Each time I called and talked to a person I explained that no one called me back. They would give me excuses and promises that someone would call me. They should just tell the customer that certain jobs, like installing drip lines, they don't do and update their website to list those jobs they don't perform.

They accidentally came out to my location and sprayed for weeds due to a miscommunication but resolved the issue without to much hassle. I will definitely keep them in mind for other projects.
If they come over they re fine. But been waiting weeks for sprinkler repair . They re very nice though.

DONT T BOTHER EVEN CALLING THESE PEOPLE!! I called to set up lawn mowing and an in-person walk-through to estimate on landscaping. They said they would call me back with a time for the mowing. They never called. I called again the next business day and was told that they didn t call because my address showed the middle of the street in Google maps . Explained (again) that it is a new address and was told they would have to send someone out to visually estimate a price. Promised they would call right back with a scheduled time. TWO DAYS LATER, they still haven t called back. Don t waste your time. Call anyone else. But a low mower of your own, anything but these useless jokers.
Came and repaired our sprinklers. Very nice and knowledgeable.
Scammer me and told me that they mowed my lawn when they didn t.

They promised to come out two years ago to to quote on curbing after about a year the owner finally came out said that he would send somebody out to get an official quote that was a year after that. now were going on the beginning of 3 years I have had my area ready to be curbed but its already getting into the cold season months and they have yet to even call or show up yet I see them drive by my property just about every day, they make it to a lot of other peoples houses out here but they never seem to find the time to stop by mine and do a small little- maybe hour and a half job surely they could spare the time. Maybe they could actually spare the time if they would eliminate 90% of their workforce and actually hire employees that dont fall asleep behind the wheel or sit at the bars or those who find dark corners to go take naps in. What a joke. They have become.
The boss came over to do an estimate for our front lawn. He did not listen to anything I said. He wouldnt answer my questions. And I think it was because I was a woman. But he might as well even acting like I was some stupid woman. Never will I use them. Even to get them to my house was like pulling teeth.
Amazing company! I couldnt get ahold of another company, so I called them they said they would be able to turn on our sprinklers sometime that same week and they literally came the next day and showed my husband how to do it himself and also made sure our sprinklers were popping up correctly! Highly recommend!
I have been using this company since I moved to moses lake for the spring and fall irrigation blow out services. After this year I dont think I want to use them anymore. After the spring turn on service I noticed a leak in my main lines. I called to see about a repair. I was told someone would call to schedule a time. After two weeks of no response I called and was told they dont do repairs until all spring start ups were complete. ( bad clue #1) after a few more weeks of not hearing I finally got a plumbing company to replace the backflow so the leak was fixed. Still no word from tatum. Finally they called asking if I still need help. (7 weeks after my initial call. I do still need some sprinkle head repair/replacement. I was promised that someone would be out that week and he would call to make sure I was home to meet with him. No quote on cost either as of this point. Well.. its now been 2 weeks and still no call. I guess they must be making so much money they dont need or want mine. Horrible customer service and not a good way to keep your business open.
Had a pretty significant issue, where a water line in my yard had sprung an undergorund leak and caused a sinkhole. Called all around town and everyone was booked out for days. Jim made the time to come by at the end of his day and diagnosed the issue and made sure it wasnt and emergency, and was back promptly the next day to finish it. What appeared to be a disaster was a quick and mostly painless fix. Maybe I just got lucky that the leak wasnt as bad as it could have been.. but either way, Jims (and Tracy on the phones!) skill, professionalism, and consideration for my situation made a difficult scenario much easier to deal with. Appreciate having a team like this in town, and look forward to working with them for all my irrigation needs going forward.
They just showed up and didnt tell me they were coming or knocking on my door. I get woke up by my nest recording a stranger walking around my back yard like he owned the place.

I had my sprinkler system winterized this past fall and when I went to restart I thought I had an issue. I reached out and within a couple hours had someone on site to walk me through the start-up process and explain what I was doing wrong. I really appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to help. Highly recommend working with Tatum Lawn Care!

Tatum Lawn Care is absolutely a top notch company. They are knowledgeable, skilled and have helped us with weed problems, lawn care, spider and pest problems. We are happy with the services they provide time and time again.
Owner showed up to look at my project. Said he would need to come back to do measuring for a bid. He never came back to measure or give a bid for a lawn sprinkle system.
