I switched to Willmarth after my last provider started cutting corners with our annual maintenance and our lawn was suffering for it. My neighbor's with much greener lawns than mine pointed me to Willmarth and I'm glad they did. Over the last 10 months, Steve (the owner) has helped fix our dead spots, suggested irrigation changes, and got our grass back to a healthy deep green. Invoicing is prompt and payments are easy to make using their website. Their annual plan services are comprehensive and thorough for my needs. Definitely recommend Willmarth if you're looking for someone that actually cares about your lawn!

We happen to think that lawn care is a worthy investment, and you will usually get what you pay for, having been through some bad experiences with lawn maintenance ourselves we know value when we see it, and that’s exactly what we have with Willmarth Property Services, Steven really cares about the work he does and it shows, from setting up proper schedules for irrigation to even in times when the lawn is stressed, he always lends a full explanation of what should be done and what is going on, we couldn’t be happier and definitely recommend his services.
I’ve always envied my neighbors yard so I had to give Willmarth the call. I prefer to cut my own lawn so I only utilize for fertilization and will certainly use for aeration this fall.. So far, I’ve been really happy with the service. Not only has it been great service but they even helped me out when I went out of the country for a couple of weeks and they were able to add me to the cut schedule. I used to use a big corporate company and I’m so glad I switched over to a locally owned business.

We were customers of another major lawn care service and after a year and a half we were not satisfied with the results we were getting. Within one treatment my lawn was lush green again. I was so pleased with results in such a short period of time that I have given Steven my lawn mowing and irrigation maintenance business as well. Steven knows turf management and in addition I have the personal attention to lawn care and detail that is so superior to the big name providers. Willmarth has been cutting my yard for two years now. He is exceptional in his attention to details, always spending additional time for our yard to look like Yankees stadium. He is one of very few that has the ability—and is willing—to cut my yard at my desire height of five inches. Willmarth also provides expertise on treatments, water maintenance, and other services that necessary to a healthy yard. Highly recommend for their competency with turfgrass care! I m very particular and not a regular customer. But I needed some help with fall work (aeration, fertilizer, overseed). They did a great job on my primary yard and my meadow. They took particular care to avoid sprinkler heads, lighting, etc., to avoid accidental property damage.
We were first time clients this year! Mr. Willmarth did an outstanding job this season with mowing, fertilizing and aeration. Our lawn looks fantastic!

Willmarth Property Services is run by a very knowledgeable professional. They cut your grass the correct height and vary the direction of cut. Steven of Willmarth Property Services has gotten my yards looking great! When I moved to this property, there was nothing but dirt, branches, leaves and no grass in much of my backyard. Now there is lush green grass and the rest of my yard looks so green and lush as well. He shows up every week to mow, edge, and weed eat my property. He does all of the necessary treatments to keep the grass looking great. In the fall, he does all of my leaf clean up which is a lot since I have trees surrounding my home. I love coming home to a well kept yard. He is very dependable, easy to work with, and has helped me find other dependable companies for other home projects I need to have done. So grateful and appreciative for people like Steven.

Wilmarth Landscaping does a great job taking care of our property. Weekly lawn care during the peak season and year round maintenance as needed. He takes the worry out of fertilizer and chemicals as we don t have to worry about anything.

I saw the sign in a neighbors yard, I callled and got a rapid response, and reasonable price for yard cleanup and leave removal. (Which we have done twice) Steven showed up when he said he would ( a really big star in my book) and did a fantastic job. Billing and payment were easily done on line. I still like to work in my yard but having a someone I know now, I may use more of his services!
