Winkel Lawncare is amazing! I first hired them in 2016 to take care of my aging mother’s lawn. They have done a fantastic job. Next when I needed a complete tear out of old overgrown landscape they exceeded my expectations. They truly care about the client and providing a quality job. I will be a customer for life!

The father quoted my husband and when they came to do the work, they did not do what was asked. When politely asked about this, they told us we were under quotes, threatened to dump things in our yard and told us they’d take us to court when the conversation was anything but polite and questioning as to why the quoted work had not been done correctly. They Came off as utterly insane and completely unprofessional. Having a contractor as a father and having worked with many professionals, this company was the WORST. Still have the horrific texts saved which I am willing to share with anyone curious about this company. If I had not been very pregnant at the time, I would’ve pursued court.

They did a leaf removal for me last year and did a great job. I then asked about tree removal estimates and he gave me an estimate. I told him ok and we can set the date. He has been giving me dates since Jan, putting me off, telling me i am next on the list, given me more dates, and now 5 dates later and it being May he has told me to call another company. No rhyme or reason. If they didnt want the job first should never have given me their own estimate and second could have told me months ago instead of dragging me around and now not answering my calls, texts, or emails. I find this very unprofessional and will spread the word.

Winkel's removed an Ash tree on our property that Emerald Ash Borer was killing. I emailed them about getting an estimate and they came within a couple of days. I was emailed and estimate and I agreed to the service as long as they could do it before winter. They agreed and came within 10 days to remove the tree. What I liked most is that they kept us up on everything with a few days notice. Communication was excellent. The tree was removed and they cleaned everything up very nicely. We received the invoice for the services within a few days. This is how business should be done.

Winkel Lawn Care did a great job this weekend. I understand they were behind a little because of the depth and weight of the snow, but as always they get the job done and do it very well. Always answer my calls promptly. Best in the business.
