Very efficient! Great equipment!

Last year was our first year using Naturescape for weed control, aeration, and overseeding. They called a day before coming out EVERY time. Our lawn looked amazing ALL year. Prior to switching, we used another popular service for nearly 10 years. They could NEVER eradicate our weed issues (particularly creeping Charlie). I had to call them 3-4 times after EVERY application. This other popular service destroyed our lawn. They had a huge chemical spill right on our front terrace, creating a HUGE dead spot that couldnt be recovered for an entire season. We couldnt be more satisfied with Naturescape and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for weed control service!

BEWARE!!!! This company attempts to double bill with finance charges. I have used this company many times over the past 6 years, recently they seem to be extremely unorganized and totally unprofessional! In Oct. 2022 had our yard arration done. Received and paid bill of $79.00 in Nov. 2022. Received another bill for the same service in Dec. 2022, Jan. 2023, Feb. 2023, and March 2023! Called several times ...no answer so left messages. Finally after several attempts I finally spoke to a live person. After explaining the entire situation several times they proceeded to tell me that it is my responsibility to prove to them that I indeed paid my bill because they dont have access to November 2022 bills! What a joke NatureScape! Just wonder how many elderly this has happened to and they just wrie another check! Really bad business! Next stop is to the BBB!!!!

Naturescape did an Aeration on my lawn. While doing it the employee hit one on my baby Aspen trees putting a large gash in the tree. I understand that accidents can happen. But getting to the point why I would recommend this company is because the next day the manager come out and sincerely apologized about the mistake and asked What would you like us to do to take care of this? I said it would be best to replace the tree and with no argument he said Then that is exactly what we will do. He said he didnt want to put a band-aid on the problem and was up front about the issue which I greatly appreciated. I have been doing business with Naturescape going on fifteen years and in those fifteen years there have some been problems but they have always been quick to correct the situation. Lastly they do great work. We are all human and wont always be perfect. If youre looking for a company that you can trust I would recommend them to help maintain your yard.

Naturescape has provided lawn treatment (fertilizer and weed control) in addition to tree/shrub fertization & mosquito control. The are responsive to contacts & weve found the mosquito & insect control quite effective. Weeds began to appear and they responded quickly. Will see over the next 2 weeks how effective this treatment is. Appreciate the personal contact made by Dakota. Updated review: what began as an appreciated working relationship soured badly later on. Naturescape scheduled a second round of identical application less than two weeks after a first one. I contacted them immediately, requesting that this second round be canceled and was assured that it would indeed be canceled, acknowledging that this scheduling was done in error. Nevertheless, that second application was made anyway. To make matters worse, Naturescape has continued to expect payment for an erroneously scheduled duplicate application that I directly requested (by phone) to be canceled. Ive contacted them once by phone & various times by text or email afterward upon receiving billing notices, explaining that these charges are wrong, however, theyve done nothing to correct their own error. In fact, theyve even sent the matter to collection. So now, Im being badgered by a collection agency for a matter that was 100% their error. I do NOT recommend doing business with Naturescape of Peoria. Third update: Have been contacted by Craig at Naturescape and the extra charges situation has been resolved. Craig has kindly & professionally highly recommended the new managers for the Peoria/Morton office (that also serves Bloomington/Normal.)

I waited 10 hours for someone to remove snow in my driveway. Nobody showed up. Even after being told twice they would be here today

BRANDYN DID A GREAT JOB. I COULD SEE THAT HE REALLY CARED.WOW!! HE IS A KEEPER. I WANT HIM TO SERVICE MY ACCOUNT EVERYTIME!! HE CHECKED IN BEFORE LEAVING TO SEE IF I WAS SATISFIED!!

I would NOT recommend using Naturescape. When I called to set up a lawn mowing service, I was told I would receive a text message the day before they planned on coming to mow, and they would come every 7-10 days. They showed up on Wednesday, April 27th without any warning. 7-10 days go by, and on Monday, May 9th I called to see when they were planning on coming, and spoke to Barbara. Barbara stated she would check and call me back. I called back on Wednesday, May 11th, and spoke to :Lee. She stated they should be there by Friday, May 13th. I called around 3p on May 13th, and Lee assured me that they would be there, and they mow until dark. At this point, it had been 18 days since they last came to mow our lawn. My husband called today Monday, May 16th to cancel the service (because we ended up having someone else mow) and they were very caviler, and didnt care as to why we were cancelling or upset.

Have had issues with them saying they will be out on a certain day and they dont show up, When you call them they respond they had 4 Employees call off work & will reschedule. They rescheduled to come on a different day, And it was the same thing all back over again, they didnt show up!!! To top it all off I had shoulder surgery and every time they say theyre coming out I have to move stuff so they can get into my yard. Super frustrating to pay for a contract and consistently have no shows.

My friend used Naturescape this past week and she was very impressed with their services. She stated that the young man who mowed her yard was very professional and did an amazing job. She recommends Naturescape for all of your landscaping needs. I will definitely be utilizing their services for my own yard. Thanks!

The guys were very nice and polite and covered the areas for mosquitoes very good.

We have been very satisfied with the spraying and fertilizing of our trees and bushes. Its nice knowing that Japanese beetles are not destroying our property.

We have been with Naturescape for many years! The receptionist is very polite. If she doesnt know the answer she will find out and call me back. The service men shows up on the day I was notified they would be here. I love that they call me the day before so I can make sure yard is picked up.

I should have switched to a different lawn care provider years ago as last year was the icing on the cake for me. My lawn has suffered over the years and I believe that it is because of the poor quality of fertilizer and treatments that are being used on it along with poor responsiveness to my concerns of the appearance. Every complaint is met with your lawn will need to wait at least another 10 days before we will address this. Last year, I waited way longer on more than one occasion before anything was done. Im just tired of the excuses and a horrible looking lawn. I just signed a contract with someone else, mailed it on Monday and they were already here treating my grass on Thursday! Why dont you improve your product, offerings, and your responsiveness? You can charge more if you provide excellent results and service.

I have used this company for many years (close to 10 years) for mowing, lawn care, and snow removal services. Used to be reliable with great customer service. Last few years have declined. This year has already been the worst. They havent mowed in over 14 days. I have called 5 times in total and spoken to multiple people regarding the service. One lady was very kind and even called me back to tell me she was trying to move me up on the schedule. I called again when they didnt show up on their scheduled day. Spoke to a very rude lady. She actually accused me of lying and told me I had never spoken to anyone(yet, i have proof of an incoming call from heir company!) Then she hung up on me!! I called 2 more times (every day they didnt show up!) As of right now, I still dont have it mowed. I am so unhappy!

I just have the mowing service and they (Particularly Ryan) has done an excellent job on my lawn. I have not tried any of their other services but open to doing that. This is the first year I have had a lawn service. To me the people doing the actual work are the key... I also have to compliment the office staff as well. Would recommend their mowing services for sure.

The office person was very knowledgeable and professional and they came out right away to get my service completed.

Dependable quality applications every time and I have confidence it will continue..I switched from brand X service and am glad I did. I cant do it myself for less money or energy.(I tried)

Very happy to recommend their services . My lawn looks like a well manicured golf course . Ryan their manager , and Isaiah came and aerated & over seeded my lawn today . They were on time , very friendly , and careful with their work . I have had other lawn services and this one is simply the best ! Prices are very fair and I will hire them again .

Ive always had great service from them! I cant hardly believe Im hearing this negativity! They will call me to let me know theyre coming, because of my dogs. If they need to come in between applications to spray for weeds, no charge!
