A couple of years ago, I posted a review with 2 stars only, with no comments. I apologize, as this was mistakenly done. I wholeheartedly give NaturaLawn of America 5 stars! Marcel is so knowledgeable, honest and professional and I always feel like Im being treated fairly. I have used them for 10 years to treat my lawn regularly and the result is that weeds are controlled, and my lawn looks green and healthy.

They have been quite professional. I am very happy with the yard being maintained to my satisfaction..

I have used this service for 4 months, before I started there service my lawn was is way better condition then what they have left after 4 months . I am now may have to install sod due to high volume of weed... The worst part is, despite we sending multiple emails with photos no one has responded and all they have done is remove there yard signs to avoid ebarsement. I would suggest to stay away from this.

We live in Raleigh, NC and have used NLA for the last two years. They are great to work with. They have taken our lawn from a weed patch to a beautiful, lush, green lawn. They are also so knowledgable. They know when to provide which service and are alway ready to answer my questions. We love our rep too!

Very very bad. I tried them for a year and they destroyed our yard. I kept telling the owner that the workers would be at our house so quick that I questioned the work. In fact I often questioned if they applied anything on our grass at all. He finally came out to our home and saw it for himself. The lawn was destroyed. He worked on our lawn himself and told me that he fired all of his workers. I stayed with him and our lawn came back to an acceptable level. He has re-staffed the workers but the company wont return messages.....extremely rare and it takes forever to get a return call. I have sent emails over a week ago and phone calls that they just do not answer. The girl in the office promised me a return call from the owner last Friday and I waited into the evening, and nothing. This is after several emails over a week ago. It just doesnt happen. If the owner thinks you are calling for a reason he doesnt want to talk about, he wont call back. I was trying to talk to him about brown patch...a quick call, but no response. This really has been a nightmare lasting several years. I do not recommend this company at all. I have found a much better company and they are so much better on returning messages.

I had heard good things about the results provided by NaturaLawn of Cary and had agreed to switch my lawn service over to them even though they were more expensive. I had requested that they contact me in advance of starting my treatments so that I could personally meet with the technician to go over my specific concerns. Well, they came and treated the yard with no advanced notice and I have no clue what they actually did. Following the treatment there was a billing dispute in which I was called a liar and treated very condescendingly by a person I believe to be Marcel who has ZERO customer service capability. I was promptly informed that my contract would be canceled and that I could go elsewhere .which I will certainly do. I strongly caution against this company and their lack of professionalism. You will find very few negative reviews from me, but I am sharing this here and will share with everyone I know to avoid this company.

The regular maintenance pricing is reasonable and the staff who came out to our house are polite and friendly. They definitely improved our lawn versus no service but weeds persisted. The problem being when they first came out they said by seasons end it d be completely clear and I quote, no problem . Yet 2 months in we got a new story. A handwritten note on our receipt saying we d have to pay $75 an hour to have the remaining weeds hand pulled if we wanted a weed free lawn. So therein lies the problem with organic lawn care. Our lawn improved but only to a certain point after which I had to do the work myself to get the lawn up to our standards or pay substantially above our service price. I liked the company but if I m gonna do this much work anyway, I d rather not pay someone to spray my lawn for 5-10 minutes every month or so. But if you re willing to pay them the extra money I m sure they ll deliver 100%. Edit: Dropped a star after reading the owners response because the weed in question was absolutely there during the initial service. And even if it hadn t been, no company should make a promise of service results unless they can deliver 100% without blaming seasonal weeds on being wrong. Sounds like a case of saying what people want to hear and crossing their fingers for the best. Not very professional.

Horrible experience. First year was mediocre. Service agents mean well. But knowledge and skill lacking. Subsequent year was terrible. Most grass is dead and/or dying. Shouldve dropped service sooner.

Quite happy with service. Had some spring bluegrass that would green up before my bermuda lawn. Tried to solve by treating on my own; no luck. NaturaLawns treatments wiped out the bluegrass weeds completely - its gone. Lawn looks great, polite and professional service.

We have enjoyed working with the home service consultants at Natural Lawn of America. They are available to answer questions any time and especially when they come to the house to provide their lawn service. They try to help find the most efficient and beneficial way to have lawn that looks like carpet. We get so many compliments. We also appreciate that they use as few chemicals as possible during the regular treatments and are concerned about the environment as we are. That is the main reason we chose them and now, three years later, we are very happy with the service they provide. Jan

This service has done a good job with my lawn. They are attentive to my questions and concerns. They leave me written information and respond to my emails. I recommend them strongly.

I used another similar company for two years and essentially saw no changes in my lawn, which was filled with weeds and quite sad looking. I then switched to Natural Lawn of Cary, and this spring my lawn looked like emerald velvet. When Ive had issues (brown patch disease), Ive been able to talk to Marcel and have the problem remedied. Im very pleased with the service and with knowing Im doing my part to cut back on pesticide use in the world.

I cannot say enough good things about NaturaLawn Cary with Marcel and his staff. What a great group of caring individuals. NaturaLawn of Cary goes far beyond my expectations with great employees who speak highly of their company. That speaks volumes in my book plus it is such a joy to see my lawn coming back to life after a tough summer.

My husband and I have found Natural Lawn Care of Cary to be very responsive and attentive to the needs of our yard. They will even stop by, on non-scheduled visits, just to check to see the effects of the previous treatment and make sure they are addressing any issues that arise. They always return calls promptly and take the time to explain treatment plans for the lawn. Marcel (the owner) has spent considerable time with us, in person and on the phone. We now have a lawn that gets frequent compliments from our neighbors. We are extremely pleased with their service.

I switched to Natural Lawn of America after using the well know national brand for 10 years. Although the price might be a little higher the results are significantly better than before. Well worth the cost.

I was using a different lawn service and decided to switch, I was exceptionally disappointed in the way my lawn look using the other company. Early 2017 NaturalLawn came out and looked at my lawn, sort shook their head and said they would give it a try, but best to just maintain until fall. Well, this is the best my yard has looked in a long time. They were able to bring it back, well before fall, This is the first time in years my grass has been grass through August. Now they have re-seeded, things are looking good, and well hope the improvements keep coming. On another note, we have a dog and cats. The former company was supposed to call before coming over. They never did. NaturalLawn sends me an email before each visit so the Dog and Cats can be inside when they come. They Always explain the service and make sure my animals are safe.

LAWNCARE----Natural Lawncare of America put fliers out in our neighborhood for a promo offer of $24.95 for weed/fertilization for first application. I spoke with the owner, Marcel about the specifics of the service (nice guy) who explained to me there was no commitment or contract required for service. Great! They came out, treated the lawn and I got a bill---for the WRONG price. I called, they corrected it. Got a new invoice, paid it online. Great! Then I got a call and an email shortly after that initial service that my next treatment was on its way. I called, left a VM stating we were informed we were not under contract and would not like an additional service until we called within the recommended 4-6 weeks to request one for the $40 price, if we chose to do so. Today, I get a call saying we owe them the difference in cost from the initial promo offer and the regular monthly if we choose to cancel. Cancel what? was my question! The owner said you are under no contract but that initial promo fee is with the intention of signing up. NOWHERE WAS THAT STATED IN WRITING OR TO ME OVER THE PHONE BOTH TIMES WE SPOKE. I expressed my dissatisfaction re: this hidden policy that I was not informed of and he just didnt seem to care. Its not a lot of extra $$$ (additional $18), thats not why Im writing this. Its a shifty way of doing business IMHO. Besides, its been only two weeks and there are still weeds on my lawn. It rained 24 hrs after my first treatment so it probably didnt work anyway.

I had moved to Raleigh 4 years ago and not used a Lawn Service that entire time. Things were looking ragged. I contacted Marcel Goetz of NaturalLawn of America in Cary and have been very pleased with their service and especially the results. At the end of 1 year, I have a green vibrant lawn that I am now proud to claim as my own. The rates are reasonable and service prompt and timely. Leaves in the way?; they blow them off and then treat. If you are starting new or looking for a change, I highly recommend Marcel Goetz at NaturaLawn of America in Cary, NC.

My lawn did not improve over the year of treatments. Part of the lawn was markedly worse. I tried to contact them, but it was a week or so before they even got back to me. I kept up with the entire year of treatments because thats what I signed up for.

We have been a customer for about 2 years. Company has done an amazing job keeping weeds out of our yard. We tried other companies before, but nothing seemed to be effective. Going with the natural treatments made us feel comfortable but also gave us great results. Always responsive to calls and requests. Highly recommend.

Be ware this company. they have worked on my lawn for one year. my lawn is still horrable. also when I asked to cancel service, they send guy on exactly same day then charge service fee. because they have my credit for core areation service what I paid early. be carefully, when you cancel service, make sure there isnt any money what you already paid. I will tell all of my neighborhood about this company. also I will go commutiy meeting next week to tell them about my story.

NaturaLawn of America has helped me get my yard back from being a wild pasture. They are knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining why and how they perform treatments. I give them an A+

My lawn has never looked better. My neighbors compliment me frequently about the health of my lawn and I have received Lawn of the Month from my HOA twice since I started using NaturaLawn. The technicians are courteous and always let me know what treatment they will be applying and answer any questions I might have. Im especially pleased that I can accomplish this while minimizing the use of harmful herbicides and pesticides.

Since moving to Apex over 13 years ago I have had three lawn services, with NaturaLawn being my choice for the last 5+ years.
