These guys are pros!!! Polite, professional, and they left my yard immaculate! I was impressed how little damage there was despite the heavy equipment! They made it look easy and they were affordable! Ill refer them every day!

Called outdoor 3 times over span of a week for them to do hard landscaping for me. Everyone I got William on the phone who assured me that the person in charge of landscaping will email me some questions and set up time to talk/meet. NO RESPONSE FROM LANDSCAPING after 1 week. I even submitted an online request on their website. Still NO RESPONSE! Honestly if they can t even return calls for new business don t know how good a job they would do if they were hired. Would strongly recommend avoiding this company

I got many quotes before meeting Jeremy. He was very kind and knowledgeable, and the price was so excellent for the work done compared to other quotes I got. I highly recommend Jeremy and plan on using this company in the future as long as he is around.

I used outdoor digs last year for a seamless backhoe rental, and figured I would ask them for a quote for 4 gives trees (one of them, dead) on my property. The price was so beyond reasonable and they took care of it in a day. I got to know Jeremey a bit- he is an arborist who learned from his father who did this while life. He takes his job very seriously and you can tell he just loves the trade. When I asked if they were insured and licensed, I was shown more certificates than I could have imagined existed. 10/10 experience. Now my neighbors want work done.

We have used Outdoor Digs twice now to remove large overhanging trees from our yard. Jeremy and his team are simply the best. They worked us into their schedule within 2 days and not only ran an efficient and clean worksite they advised on trees that could cause danger and should be addressed to avoid future issues. We will only trust and use them for our future outdoor needs!

Really disappointing experience hiring this crew in the Fall. They wrote that the service would be $57 an hour and less than 2.5 hrs of work resulted in an initial invoice of $1200. Apparently its $57 per person and they included driving times (mistakingly). There was no apology for their mistake and took weeks to resolve. Furthermore, my perennials were blown on so hard they were no longer upright.

Nothing to do with their work, but one of their trucks wanted to merge into an exit late and tried pushing me off the road. If you want to drive like a scumbag maybe don t do it in the company truck.

Terrible company. Terrible workers. Loud and noisy in the morning. Damaged my property. There are dozens of landscaping companies in Nj. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service the crew that came out showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. They left my yard neat/clean and removed all the tree trimmings and debris. Plus you can t beat that they are affordable and cheaper than most tree companies around. I would highly recommend and refer Outdoor Digs to anyone that needs tree work.

Excellent company and would definitely recommend! Got a quote the same day I called for a dead tree. They came on a day that was convenient for our family, cut the tree and cleaned up way faster than I expected. They were very professional and pricing was very reasonable.

Jeremy from Outdoor Digs responded to an urgent request to remove trees from a family home in Sparta . He and his staff were exceptional from the beginning to the end of the big job removing 10 trees. The entire staff worked hard from start to finish . They left the property looking pretty much untouched despite having to move tons of equipment and trees all around the property . We were very satisfied with their work .

Jared and matt are great guys. Coming from another big known snow removal company, to outdoor Diggs was a real easy decision after meeting with them . They take care of their guys and honestly care about every one of them. The biggest thing I like about digs is their SUPER attention to detail in both snow removal and landscape . I d recommend anyone I know to work for them without hesitation!!

One service not listed that this company does well is snow removal. From large front loaders to sidewalk blowers and salters, they are capable of any and every task snow related. If snow is your issue these guys can help solve it

SNOW! The outdoor digs management makes having 100 of machines working in harmony is something to be apart of. When working for hours on end it helps to be part of team who dedicates it s self in having the most state of the art snow equipment as an operator. Would highly recommend working with the digs team , as a contractor or a persons. Pays on time !

You cut our lawn for two years. Every year in July, you would rework your schedule and we would get left off. Just when we were going on vacation or traveling. BOTH years we had to be informed by our neighbors that you had not mowed our lawn in several weeks. Yes, you refunded some money to try and make amends. Lousy service, lousy cuts, absolutely the worst. I will post this on Google to make sure your potential customers see it, because you cannot fix your own service issues. You cannot even keep your mailing lists straight. You keep sending us emails to review your every year. Come on. Really? Good Riddance. I ignored the others, please take me off your mailing list.

Im sure this company does lovely work. their customer service is wonderful because i just got off the phone with them. im visiting the area and im shocked how this community & county allows the extreme unhealthy noise to take place at their homes. its an assault to the nervous system and it does effect your health.

Outdoor Digs was phenomenal to work with! They did a large project for my company and completely transformed the school we manage! Jareds vision is second to none and has an awesome sense of style and direction for what you are looking to achieve. His installers were top notch and left the place clean and clear every night so that there was no stone unturned! He even had his crew working during the school day and they were very respectful to the students and faculty. (All girls high school which speaks volumes for how trusting this company is)

Im sorry I have to update my earlier review, given our most recent experience: There were several small pieces of work outstanding that the company promised to get done in fall, including some plants paid but missing, others that died within days and the company meant to replace under their warranty, and yet others that had been planted erroneosly and needed switching for the original plants we had purchased. Its December now and despite several inquiries none of that work has been carried out. Whats worse, after one text response in September reiterating their commitment that the work will be done, the company did then not react to any of my (very occasional) reminders by text, email, voicemail, or phone. Net result: Its too late in the year now to do the planting, weve paid for work never delivered, and are disappointed. Not the way to keep - satisfied - customers happy and make them recommend the company. _______ I had contacted and compared several landscape design companies in the Morristown area. Outdoor Digs proved the most competent, kept Initial appointments, and produced a design and plant Options that reflected what we wanted. Jared spent ample time with us to listen and understand our needs and preferences. Beyond the core landscaping work, planting, and a beautiful patio which turned out much nicer than wed anticipated, Jared could also help out with excellent professionals to cover related work including Irrigation, carpenting (wood pergola), and chemical treatments of grass. i.e. Outdoor Digs does not just do their job then leaves you alone, instead they are very helpful and really keen to produce overall customer saisfaction. The reason I give four stars is that, after a lot of momentum initially, the work did draw out a bit and several appointments and timelines were missed. n fairness, weather didnt help this spring but we missed several deadlines and were left with the feeling, at some point, that other customers had been prioritized when work was already very delayed with us. All in all though, I would highly recommend this company. They also replaced plants that didnt turn out ideal, and whatever the issue Jared would always come and explain and offer alternative Solutions until the customer is happy. We will definitly continue to employ them for our upcoming landscaping needs.

When I needed to upgrade our landscape, my friend advised me to turn to Jared of Outdoor Digs . Oh boy, how right she was! I contacted four landscapers in order to get their estimates. Only Jared gave full attention to our needs and came back with a great design and an estimate that was very reasonable. The work followed just a few weeks later. The crew of Outdoor Digs consisted of young men who knew their work, who were very professional, efficient, and pleasant. Jared supervised the work personally and was very accommodating when I wanted to make changes to the original plan and he even added a few plants without additional charges. I am very satisfied with the final outcome. I will definitely use Outdoor Digs in the future and highly recommend Jared and his crew to others.

I would absolutely recommend Jared and Outdoor Digs to anyone. As a matter of fact, I have already done so several times, including to my friend Margaret who also lives in Summit and wrote her review here! Jared clearly loves his work. He loves his plants, he knows what they like, he knows colors and creates a beautiful palette where there was none before. His workmen also clearly care about the work that they do. They planted the plants properly, they built a fantastic new wall for me along my driveway, and they addressed my drainage issues successfully. Jared went above and beyond at my house too. He trimmed, he clipped, he even gave me free plantings! At all times he was here inspecting the work and doing much of it himself. And it was all done in precisely the time he promised. I am most happy with Jared and Outdoor Digs.
