Cruz Landscaping and Tree Service in Morganville

We had a neighbor offer to have two trees cut down own our property line with a different tree service. The craters left behind were terrible. When we were ready to cut down two ginormous dying trees in our front lawn, we did our research and hired Cruz. Their prices were the best 1st of all. The professionalism was invigorating. They cleaned our property up so nicely. They even cut the trees into manageable pieces free of charge for a neighbor who was in desperate need of fire wood for his home. Their stump work was impeccable!!! We were able to successfully grow grass over the empty spots with ease and crater free. The owner himself walked us through every second of the process and kept us informed. We will never ever use another landscaper or tree service other than Cruz again!!!! Thank you to the whole crew! They are amazing!!!

Probably the worse tree service I have ever seen. They had to come to our house three times to do the job correctly. One of the reasons was none of them speak English. The other reason was they don’t have the right equipment for the job. Also they do not have safety equipment either. That’s a big problem for homeowners insurance. Better look into that. On top of it all they don’t clean up well. This was part of a package deal for solar panels. Sun purity is the company they partnered with. I don’t recommend using them either. Terrible customer service.

Great affordable tree removal. They were able to cut down two large trees and grind stumps in a tight area close to a fence. Friendly, efficient and professional. Mayolo Cruz runs this company admirably. Highly recommend them!

Hired Cruz to remove Bamboo and was assured they can do the job. We provided the “Rhizome” barrier that was needed that used to contain any future growth to protect our neighbors yard. We agreed on 8,000 dollars and paid 12,000 in cash . It turns out they did not have the proper equipment to do the job and Mr. Cruz also asked for some of our “Rhizome” barrier so he can complete another job. After repeated calls and both a regular letter and a certified letter by our attorney he has failed to respond. The Bamboo as of today is surrounding our pool and yard in and around our Garage we are forced to hire another company to remove the Bamboo. We would not in any shape way of form recommend Cruz landscaping at all.

Hired them in early spring to remove a tree. Crews dropped a branch on my pool and put a hole in the cover in multiple places. They said they would replace the cover. Weeks later they came to measure my pool. I followed up numerous times still nothing. I had to buy my own cover. As of may 19, 2021, still haven't heard from this company after reaching out several times with the cost of the new pool cover. I guess I'm not getting the cover replaced.

Highly recommend Cruz. Used them for a large tree removal. They were high quality in every regard. Their crew was professional and highly skilled. Did the scope we agreed, on time with good clean up. Will use them again and recommend.

Mayolo Cruz, the owner did an exceptional job. He responded to our call and not even 24 hours later had his crew out to my home to remove 6 trees that were each at least 60 feet tall. Everyone one if his employees are extremely respectful, very cautious with our property and extremely professional. I will never call anyone again for any landscaping and tree removal quotes. By far best service and best prices around.
