Hayden and the whole crew did an outstanding job on our Front porch Paver project . Hayden helped us pick out the materials that best fit our house style .

Biafore did a great job on our steps and porch, we have a beautiful spot to sit, drink coffee, and enjoy the birds and squirrels thanks to them. :) Haydin, our designer, was an excellent communicator. The crew was polite, consistent, and they got the job done quickly. Their prices seemed right in line with others in the landscaping business.

Love working with this company!!! Super easy to communicate with via email. Mike and Hayden have done a fabulous job designing the landscape at our own home as well as our rental properties. We also use their lawn care and maintenance landscape services (Nick is wonderful) -our yard is in the best shape it’s been in years!!! Highly recommend!!!

We called and talked to someone at Biafore, and then someone was sent to our house. The man that came to the house was nice, and took notes and said someone would review and get us an estimate. A few weeks went by and we heard nothing. I called and left a voicemail in mid-March, and received an e-mail end of March from Carissa Napier that she was sorry for the delay and would have an estimate to us the following week. A few more weeks went by and we heard nothing. I called and left another voicemail, and have never heard from them again. This is an unreliable company.

When I first inquired about getting an estimate and having someone come out, I promptly heard back. The person who came to check out our yard was a bit unprofessional, but he surveyed the yard and took measurements. We never heard anything back. If a simple phone call or e-mail are too much to ask, I wouldn't trust them to handle a project.

Love the quality of the plants and the selection. Over the past months I have needed a specific house plant (ficus tree) for my business as well as zone hardy plants for outside. Andrew helped me each time find the perfect plants. Love the attention to quality and native bee, butterfly and bird friendly plants!

Set up an initial appointment. Day of the appointment, I stayed at home, waiting on them. They never showed up. Never called. Called them, always had to leave a message. Never got a return call. Finally, I reached them on Messenger. They said they would reschedule, but I never heard back from them, even after repeated attempts on my part (I would send them messages on Messenger and I could see that they were read, but they wouldn’t ever respond). If you can’t get them to your house when you’re trying to give them money, I can’t imagine what their customer service is after you have paid them.
