Thompson Lawn Care in Mooresville

My parents contacted your company about doing a weed and feed service. A representative of your company came to their house in Advance on 2-18-22. They were told they'd be contacted about a price. They even called yesterday and left a message. Here it is 2-22-22 and so far nothing! This is very unprofessional! If your company didn't want the job, the representative should have told them the day they were there and not lied to them. Update 3-22: They finally did get in touch with them and my parents did have them come treat the yard. So far, it looks better than it did.

Brian and his team have been taking care of my yard for years now, and I think they are the best! Brian always goes above and beyond even when he is busy! He finds time to squeeze me in and is VERY professional and know his stuff better than anyone I have ever heard in landscaping! He is also fair priced, hard working and communicates well with what you need to keep your landscaping up long term! I HIGHLY recommend Brian!

In response to nicks review.. Thompson landscaping planted the trees on what we thought was our property line. Once property line was established we were in contact weekly with Thompson landscaping to get trees moved. We also kept nick up to date weekly. Yes it took a longer than expected but it wasn’t with malicious intent May and June were extremely wet months in our area which put all landscaping business behind schedule. I know this because we called numerous ones to try and get trees moved sooner. Thompson Landscsping was extremely professional and I would use and recommend them again and again

If I could rate with a zero or negative number I would. This company illegally planted trees in my yard almost 60 day's ago and is in rush to remove them. They didn't find out where the property line is and missed by feet. They tore up my yard with their equipment and didn't fix the damage they did as well. When I had called they didn't seem concerned and told me I had to wait 4-5 more weeks because they are behind schedule. Not my fault nor my problem. I highly DON'T recommend using these guy's.
