PRORUN in Mooresville

My son graduated college and moved 3 1/2 hours away. He couldn't just come home and help me with the insane amount of yard work that needed to be done. He was super excited he was able to purchase a Prorun backpack blower for me for Christmas, to make it easier on me without him there to help. I was able to finally use it when the weather got nice. It worked amazing, but It then, lost compression and wouldn't start. I contacted Prorun. And the Customer Service was the best Customer service I think I have ever received from any company. So helpful and kind. And once they had them back in stock, which was very quick, they sent me out a new one.
