Milton and his crew came Saturday after Helene blew through and there was a lot of storm debris, leaves, sticks and such.They did a great job of cleaning up and then mowed, edged and did selected weed treatment.The yard looked 100% better afterward.The whole crew was very professional and friendly.Thanks for the outstanding service.

Our lawn was originally treated by a different company. After watching our lawn actually deteriorate, over a year with the other company, I discontinued that service and hired Della Casa . and I could not be happier. With each application, our lawn improved and in just 3-4 moths our lawn looks amazing. Recently our lawn was aerated and overseeded as was our neighbor with my previous company. What a difference! Unfortunately, I had to edit my 5-star review down to a 1-star review due to a constant change over of employees and a lack of communication. I terminated the weekly lawn maintenance because the crews constantly changed, and the quality and consistency dropped. Management never checks in with clients to see how the crews are performing or to see how maintenance is going. I still have issues with completed landscaping and hardscaping jobs that were never addressed. Some of the jobs were not completed based on what was discussed or promised. They are happy to take your money, but after completing the job, they offer very little help or follow-up. At one time, Dala Casa was a fantastic company who treated their clients with respect. Unfortunately, they are now full of empty promises and excuses from employees who dont have the courage to talk to you directly. Instead, they send text messages or have someone from the office who you dont know call to tell you they cant help. They would rather ignore problems that they create instead of handling them directly with the client. There are plenty of companies in the area that do a way better job and value their clients. Do yourself a favor and pass on Dala Casa.

We use DalaCasa for all our landscape and maintenance needs. They just completed our annual core aeration and over seeding and did an amazing job. DalaCasa are very professional in all the work that they perform including, design, installation, and maintenance and are very diligent, prompt, neat, and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I would strongly recommend them and have to anyone looking to hire a real legit and talented landscaping company.

Do not hire these people unless you like to pay too much for your service and get shotty service, as well as shotty customer service! I feel taken advantage of!

Should periodically conduct a customer survey with their customers to improve on certain areas of services provided. Need to do some customer follow-up. I have used Dalacasa for 7 years for yard maintenance ( fertilization, Aeration, leaf cleanup, shrub trimming, lighting ). They have done a good job, but manpower issues in 2021 caused a delay in some services. Slow with shrub trimming in 2022- again related to manpower - had to get it done elsewhere. Overall they do a good job. Continue to focus on customer service, manpower and follow-up. 2024 Continue to provide excellent service. Provide follow up and good customer service.

For anyone who just moved to the Charlotte region or is in need of a landscaping change from your old service to a new, this is a must read. After moving here from the north we were in need of a landscaper who knew their way around fertilizers and bush maintenance. We tried a few different landscaping and fertilizing companies, but for the most part, they didn t have the knowledge base or the attentiveness to clean up after themselves or return calls when we had concerns or questions. This is were Dala Casa came in and we haven t been disappointed in any way. After chatting with MJ at the home office, she listened to what our needs were regarding our lawn maintenance and sent out Maria, a true specialist. Maria was fantastic. Maria surveyed our lawn to decide what we needed, and she even set a watering schedule for our bushes for every season. I can t say enough about this company and those that work for them. Our landscaping has obviously improved, but the most important item here is Dala Casa s willingness to address any concerns or needs you may have. When you sign up with Dela Casa, not only do you get a good landscaping service but you get individuals that will go out of their way to make sure the lawn, bushes and flowers look exactly the way you want. So in closing, do NOT hesitate to contact them - you will not be disappointed! Everyone there from MJ to Maria to Josh (I m sorry if missed someone) will give you a lawn that you ll love to come home to.

We just moved to Lake Norman. I called DalaCasa and they immediately put us on their lawn mowing / yard maintenance schedule. They came out in 2 days for the first lawn mowing and did a wonderful job!! We are really excited to find a responsive lawn service company that cares!! Still a great experience after several months!

Nice-enough people over the phone, but gave me the runaround just to result in no help. They have three offices, including one in Mooresville, and one in Concord, but apparently no means to hit up South Rowan County.

The maintenance I received today was somewhat satisfactory. I underwent surgery so was unable to be home and when I returned I felt the yard could have been groomed better. The job looked like it was rushed with not much thought behind it. I hope the work moving forward will be better. Dala Casa Landscaping just completed a total yard make-over at our home. Our curb apeal has gone up 200%. They were on time and on budget. They did a better than expected job. Not only did they complete everything to profection in our contract, but improved other things that needed done to make the job uniform and beautiful. Having animals that allows us to prepare the yard for their lawn service, and make sure our dogs are not able to run free in the backyard while they are here. This is important to us. Their lawn service is always excellent. Their prices continue to be reasonable. We continue to be very satisfied and would highly recommend this company. We are new to this service. They were recommended by our daughter as being knowledgeable, timely, professional and a good value. Our initial service with Bobby was excellent. He answered all our questions and was professionally in his service delivery. All of our dealings with the office have also been professional with detailed answers to all of our concerns. The worst lawn care service I ever hired to cut my property. I had a beautiful lawn until I hired the Lake Norman location. Their grass cutting services was unsatisfactory; and the Customer Service personnel answering the phone lines were rude and unprofessional. The Manager over the customer service was also rude and unprofessional. Their only concern is taking your money. The grass cutting crew damaged my grass and one of the guys damaged my cement porch, and the manager refused to pay for the damage to my property. Home Owners beware!

We have been using this company for over a yr now. The difference in our grass from just a few session was incredible. We ve used them to install a French drain and pavers also an incredible job. Their men that come to us are punctual and polite. Costumer service is great.

I couldn t even get a quote done on my small yard because they are full . I don t think I would entertain a company too busy to even give a quote. They are literally cutting my neighbors yard right now. FYI - there are other lawn care providers out there, check with them first.

I placed a request for service, got an email saying they would reach out to schedule service. Waited 2 months sent an email got no response. After 2 days called and spoke to MJ who said there was a wait list, couldnt find me on the list but added me to waitlist. 10 mins later told me I was actually out of the service area and they cant service my property because Im to far down linwood rd when Im the first development off of linwood rd coming from 152. If Im out of your service area why wouldnt your website tell me. Wasted 2 months of my time. Very unprofessional.

This company has gone majorly downhill. They did our aerating and a overseeding last week. Didnt do the back yard and were there all of 10 minutes. We called to ask someone to come out and see how bad the job was. They didnt. Owner said he didnt care. For this we were charged almost $400. This company is horrible. They used to be good but not anymore. One of their employees even said they did 86 yards the day they did ours. Total rip off artists. Rates went up 30% while service went downhill 90%. Avoid them like the plague!!

This is my first year using Dala Casa, and theres been a dramatic improvement in the appearance and health of my landscaping. These are nice people who are customer focused and do what it takes to produce positive results. My only regret is that I didnt begin using them years ago. Theyre great with hardscape projects as well.

I have been a client of DalaCasa since my new home was built in 2015. I have always been treated with respect and made to feel like any request is a reasonable request. Peter, the owner, takes personal responsibility for resolving (infrequent) issues, and runs his company in a way that emphasizes customer service. I have the all inclusive plan, so that everything from the lawn to potted plants are taken care of without me having to lift a finger. This is a luxury, and I dont mind paying for it because of the quality of the service. I highly recommend DalaCasa!

We have known Dalacasa for 5 years - and they have taken us from barren dirt when we were building our home, to a fine lawn & a great irrigation system for our various shrubs and trees. I m revising this based on my recent experiences. I cancelled all of my the services with Dala Casa because for the cost, the services they provide aren t adequate. Beware!

I would NOT recommend this company! I spent two years trying to have this company control the weeds in my yard but they were unsuccessful! The first year, they did a supposed analysis on the dirt, and then treated the lawn accordingly, that didnt help. Then they said my lawn was so bad that they needed another year worth of treatments. They promised that it would get better, but it didnt. At the end of the second year, they stop returning my calls. When I called to canceled, they didnt even ask why I was leaving? This company is the worst. BEWARE!!

If you want results, this is your company. I ve tried four other contracting companies for yard fertilization and weed control, those companies either killed my Bermuda grass or weren t effective at all. Dala casa, almost instant results and a lush green yard! Highly recommend this company for all your lawn needs!

Great group and great plants and trees

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not respect the adjoining property owners of their customers. I didn t want to confront my neighbor right off, because it wasn t her fault at all and I didn t want her to be upset with Del Casa. So,I Spoke to the actual crew about not mowing over the property line, and was assured they wouldn t going forward. The following week they cut a couple feet over the property line a good 2 lower than what I do. I went to their facilities on Mazzepa Road and ask the front desk lady to please have the crews stop mowing over the lines. She was very polite an understanding and even pulled the addresses up on Goggle earth and agreed that there is no reason for them to not be able to tell the property lines, because of the two different types of yard and mowing patten and said she d have the crew supervisor call me. No call ever came and the following week was just as bad as the previous. I went back out to their facilities and got to speak with the crew supervisor who proceeds to begin arguing with me about what s acceptable to mow over property lines which is very interesting to me considering the law refers to that as trespassing. All I m trying to do get accomplished is for them to just do the right thing and mow the property line. This guy wants me to have the lot surveyed and marked for him. It s a subdivision, you really have that hard a time determining lines on these lots? This mowing season kicks off this year the same way. So I finally just went and talked to my neighbor and looked it over with her of how it was being cut and she agreed that they were in the wrong, We also found where they weren t weedeating around her house, as well as their dropping the blades on my side of property line scalping the grass where we saw them sew new grass last year twice because they mow so low. Come to find out they had also broken her fence gate twice and tried to fix it once, but now according to her refuse to fix it. So she called Del Casa a tried to get the issue resolved, and for one cutting it was fine, but for the past two weeks its right back to mowing over the property lines. A little frustrated, and the crew supervisor there is not even worth speaking too. All myself and the actual customer request is for them to do the right thing. I never tried to cost them a customer, I tried every avenue I could think to get resolved reasonable, but they think their to big to have to actually listen to property owners, so for that I wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Significant improvement in turf and bushes with their program. Responsive to needs and special projects.

Great job by Maria, Hayley and Dalacasa crew. Not only did they install my new perennials , they were so kind and generous to do my watering while I was away from home. Their patience, attention to details and going beyond the norm make them an elite team to work with. kudos!! high praise!!

We have been using DalaCasa for two years now. They do keep our lawn looking good and provide lawn treatments to maintain it. The bad is that they are pricy, and the treatments are charged separately from lawn maintenance. Sometimes they come through and are finished in maybe 10 minutes but charge full price.

DalaCasa has been maintaining our lawn (cutting and fertilizing) for the past couple years. Theyve been great!

We had a lot of trouble trying to grow grass and keep it weed free before we hired DalaCasa. Since we have been using their services our lawn has never looked better. We are super pleased.

Awful company. Do not use. Despite many complaints about the timing of their services in a dog home, they basically said they cannot be consistent w their services. Refused to communicate any alterations in providing services. No apologies offered for over priced service. Walk away!!!

We moved into our house last fall and the lawn was full of weeds . We started with Dala Casa this Spring. After 6 various applications I cant say I see any difference. The lawn is still full of weeds with lots of bare spots. I hope this changes or I will not renew my contract next year.

Dala Casa has been my favorite by far for weed control in Mooresville. They are courteous, prompt, and stay one step ahead of all of my landscape needs.

I must say Dala Casa and their representative Maria Marsh were excellent. Quick response, and quick turnaround to get the job done. Plus, they did an excellent job of taking our so so yard and making it prettier. Thanks again!

These guys took over when my previous caretakers werent meeting expectation. Ive only had one treatment each of insect and weed as well as a lawn cut. This is the best my lawn has ever looked. Im excited to see its potential with this company.

Worst lawncare service in NC. They ruined my backyard by overwatering it and fungus grew. Then, they continued to come out to cut dead grass. After being overcharged for lawncare, they continued to cut the grass that was growing. Response to owner You guys just love to blame other people for your irresponsibility. Non-compliance letters from HOA were mailed to me and the lawn looked terrible. It just rained this week so yes, the lawn is wet. The irrigation is shut off so there is no way that I am overwatering it. In the future, learn how to do your job.

Thanks to the Dala Casa team at Robbins Park for their great work. Everything nice and trimmed and all the leaves raked up. A nice Thanksgiving look. We are certainly thankful for Dala Casa.

We have had DalaCasa care for our lawn for over a year now. they have done a fantastic job. Theyve tested the soil, recommended treatments and our lawn has responded beautifully. We get complements all the time and weve been told we have one of the greenest lawns in the neighborhood. They are one time and care about our property and treat it with respect. Billing is accurate and timely, and they respond to questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.

Summer 2017 - plan by landscape architect implemented when too hot so despite very adequate attention on my part have had to replace some azaleas. Had problems with Japanese maple right from beginning and will most likely lose it - will know in spring. Nandina should be waist high by now, but it is just sitting. Otherwise very happy with Dala Casa. Many thanks for your work.

The staff really works to get the tasks done in a timely manner. They work to make sure everything is first rate! Any issues are addressed in a timely manner and we continue to be impressed by the results. Happy New Year

We ve been using Dala Casa for over 6 months for weekly lawn maintenance and overall are very happy. If there s ever a concern, they are quick to come out and address it. They also did a great job with fertilizer and weed control treatments but we discontinued use due to cost.

The best landscape company we have ever used!

The customer service folks, the mowing & turf care crews & the managers are professional & know what they are doing. No-one has tried a hard sell. I have found over 2 years that they do what they say and say what they do. Their advice is spot on. Our lawn, trees & bushes are thriving with the regime Dala Casa applies to our property.

This was the first visit from Dala Casa since engaging services and after all the rain. Yard looks great after the cleanup process. Keep up the great service!

I called today to get an estimate for helping with weeds and clover and they told me they arent excepting jobs in Troutman! Whats wrong with Troutman???

Honest, good people. We used them in the past for consultation services. They had no idea we were past customers when they found our boat registration identification. The crew was working on their clients house on their beach, when they noticed the boat ID washed up and took the time to have it mailed back to us. What a nice surprise and a reminder that good honest people do exist! ( :

I would much rather be writing a rave review about Dalacasa Landscape Management and the quality of their service but unfortunately that is not possible. We used Dalacasa Landscaping based on a recommendation from our neighbor to have our yard completely torn out, regraded, drainage installed and replanted with Fescue back in 2017. I paid upfront (my mistake completely) for the services around the middle to end of September. Unfortunately they did not plant my yard until the middle of November, which was too late for the seed to take root and have a chance to survive the upcoming winter and subsequent hot summer we have had this year (2018). When I asked Peter (Dalacasa owner) what would be done to help prevent this he stated in writing that they would come out in the spring of 2018 to overseed. Dalacasa never showed up to complete the reseeding even after repeated texts and a few calls with Peter. While this summer has been exceptionally hot and not conducive to the growing of fescue, Peter will tell you that the reason my yard died is due to the fact that I did not purchase the Dalacasa maintenance program. When I discussed this with Peter back in May he assured me he would have a quote sent to me that same day for a maintenance plan. Needless to say - I am still waiting. I sent Peter a text on 09/25/18, regarding the condition of my lawn and the fact that his company has yet to come out and complete the reseeding Peter stated in writing they would do back in the spring. I suggested that since one of his crews will be coming out here to aerate and overseed my neighbors lawn that maybe they could also come across the street and do mine as well. As of the writing of this review/complaint on 17-Oct-2018, I have yet to hear back from Peter or anyone from Dalacasa on this matter. While I firmly believe Dalacasa could be a great a landscape management company, they are severely lacking in the customer service area from the very top (Peter) down to the front desk. My advice to them is this - stop focusing solely on making as much money as possible without scaling your team to meet the demand. Start focusing on the quality of the product you deliver. Quality will always deliver more money and keep more clients than ripping people off and providing substandard services.

Please DO NOT USE this Company. They have made a mess out of my neighbors yard. They have flooded my backyard and caused much extra work for both of us. After speaking with a manger they told me that they would correct the problem but finished the job with defects in place. They are completely incompetent and clueless as to how to manage grading and drainage.

Best landscaping crew around. Great knowledge and communication. Locally owned and operated so you are always speaking to someone who is willing to help. Highly recommended

DelaCasas employees Tyler and Matt give excellent landscaping service. They go above and beyond their duties and give great attention to detail on our property. We are very happy with the service, especially to have good workers like Tyler and Matt taking care of our property. Overall, DelaCasa provides excellent lawn care service. I would highly recommend the service.

We are extremely happy with our new landscape by DalaCasa. Peter designed a very eye appealing look that enhances our new home. He spent time with us explaining about the plants he chose and also worked with us on the plant preferences we had. The installers worked diligently to expertly execute the plan. They were courteous and cleaned up the area above and beyond. Their customer service department is first class which is run by Maria. Asked to have my shrubbery trimmed. All the hedges were trimmed, the shrubbery was cut back and rounded. All the clippings were raked up and carried away. They did a great job and we were very appreciative. Very professional.

My lawn is 2.5 years old, started from seed alone. DalaCasa has been maintaining the fertilization and weed control for 2 years. A few months ago, a gentleman delivering sod to a nearby new home construction site remained in disbelief while viewing my lawn and being informed it was not sod. They do a great job!

We started working with DalaCasa 3 years ago when we first moved to The Point after researching a number of landscape and lawn maintenance operations. The work they have done to make our yard attractive from the curb, the landscaping they completed around our pool, the care and maintenance of all the plantings has been exceptional. They greened up our lawn, help some struggling plantings back to vibrancy, and re-worked the irrigation system. All of their efforts significantly contributed to our success in selling our home in one day, the first weekend we placed in on the market. Quite remarkable and we are very appreciative of how responsive they have been to all of our requests and inquiries. The money we invested with them and the service they provided was well worth it.

My husband has maintained our yard for years. It s always been beautiful, weed free and green until a couple of years ago when we began getting brown spots in it. No matter who he talked to, or what he put on it, they never seemed to really go away. He could keep it under control but that was all. One evening he decided to get on the internet to see if there were any new options for treatment and that s when he found DalaCasa. After having a lengthy and informative conversation with them he decided we needed to give them a try. That was one of the BEST decisions we have ever made. Not only is our lawn greener, but after just one treatment the brown spots started to fade. By treatment two they were gone! Thanks Tony! We love DalaCasa!

Excellent service, easy to work with. Two years ago, my lawn was one of the worst in the neighborhood, now, with no sprinklers, I have one of the best lawns! I used some of the other companies for lawn maintenance, but they didnt know what they were doing. If you see a perfect yard, odds are they use DalaCasa.

I have used dalacasa for year-round landscape care for around 3 years now. I even used dalacasa for a extensive and very expensive overhaul of my flower beds (north of $5,000) At first service was decent and my yard and landscaping looked about how it should for how expensive my service was (300$ a month). As time went on my yard and flower beds looked worse and worse, plants died early on and they didnt replace them, they quit pulling weeds and all the plants they put in my flower beds, along with the mulch, have deteriorated. They talked me into this japanese plum tree as the highlight of my landscaping which cost like $600. This expensive tree looks about like charlie browns christmas tree a year after they planted it. Dalacasa said my flower beds were getting too much water from the irrigation and thats why my plants havent blossomed, but they have always set the irrigation schedule. They have broke heads off my sprinklers, cut through utility lines and my dogs invisible fence wire. Dalacasa told me I had a zone in my irrigation that the pipe and sprinkler heads were broke and thats why part of my lawn looked bad, and quoted me thousands of dollars to fix it. I called a different company who came out and fixed and repaired everything for 100$. When dalacasa would come and blow the driveway clean of dirt and grass they would blow it all over my vehicles and make no attempt to miss or avoid them. After a storm they would actually blow the mulch that might have come out of the flower beds away from the flower beds instead of kicking it back in the beds. I made complaints and asked they fix some of these issues but not much has changed. I have canceled my service. They have some nice people within the company, but the work is abysmal, and they are extremely pricey on all service levels.

We LOVE Dalacasa --- They are the most professional and courteous landscaping team we have ever hired. Our yard looks the best it has ever looked in the 6 years we have been here and their prices are very reasonable. We are very impressed with Dalacasa!

I am very impressed with the performance of DalaCasa does for me week after week. Ive used DalaCasa for a little over a year and there has been a dramatic improvement in how my yard looks. The crew pays attention to the details and I am pleased each week with the results.
