This company is always ready to react to any problems or needs. The workers readily adjust to your requirements and the office staff makes it all happen seamlessly. Recently I called them at 4 pm with a problem needing rapid attention and they were out first thing the following morning resolving it. Their work is meticulous with no details missed. Always excellent cleanup following all their work!

tired of these people showing up and not mowing the lawn. I was told yesterday, after leaving a patch of clover, that they do not mow weeds. There were strips of grass not mowed. I asked why. If I mow it, it will die. I told them if they do not mow clover or grass, I do not need their service and asked them to leave. This was after the supervisor arguing with my daughter that our yare was not to be push mowed. She explained it had been push mowed for weeks since the large riding mower tore up our yard. He argued that it was not in the notes and had not been done. She placed a call to the office. The first time they came, the guys sent did a good job. Throughout the season, it has been a constant issue with the yard not mowed in area, trimming not done, yard being damaged. Will not have them back. I should not have to constantly argue to get the service I requested the way I prefer and I should not have to mow after they have mowed!

Mike and moose did a phenomenal job couldn t ask for better lawn care! I will definitely recommend and get more services from Augusta!

2 year customer....uneven yard.....dug up hill side....last cut...trimmed way to low in back...burned down to ground....hit/destroyed $150 light 6 inches in mulch off grass....left....never said a word. Emailed same day....zero reply.....called today....was told manager will get back to us sometime. Totally unacceptable

I used Augusta Lawn Care to help me get my place up to speed after moving in to my new home. I was impressed with the young men doing the job, their professionalism, work, and communication however I have to say I was a bit disappointed in the admin side of things. You cannot and do not have communication with the person quoting your job and when you call to ask questions you are sent to a call center. I did not have the ability to chose when the work was done in terms of wanting to be home or not because I was told they just schedule it... Thankfully I was able to be home when the work was done at my house however I do not think the young men were properly equipped to do the full job nor was the person who quoted the job on scene. Upon calling and giving feedback the call center informed me basically it is what it is. That is fine I just wont be using their services again. Id rather pay a smaller company a bit more to have the job done right the first time instead of paying what I paid for a job half done.

Jason was a very responsive and cordial young man. He would always go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied and he also provides tips on how to keep our lawn better going forward! Found out recently that Jason was let go because he was to pro Customer and that management thought he was not in favor of the procedures they wanted him to follow. I do not reccomend this Company.

Zero stars. Beware of overgrown fees (that are not transparently disclosed over the phone) which quadrupled my initial bill beyond expectation. They also signed me up for weekly services when I blatantly requested bi-weekly which resulted in me calling back prior to the second visit where I told them to not send anyone anymore. They took this as dont send anyone this week and continued to send two more times (while I was out of town). After calling, they have rewritten the narrative despite reviewing my prior calls and now a $70 bill has turned into $400 in fees. In an age of pricing transparency and quality customer service, look elsewhere.

The Augusta Lawn Service guys are the best. They have done an awesome job for us. The office staff has issues with getting invoice out and applying payments. We were emailed, we are sending you to collection email, even they had cashed the check for the invoice. We no longer use them because of this. The worst part when we called to cancel, they didnt even ask why or what it would take to keep a customer. I guess they have enough of them already.

Find another lawn care service. I have been a contracted customer for 2 years. I had bunnies in my backyard and posted a sign in the yard for the mowers. I even spoke to a mower to show him where they were. Didnt matter. After they left I went to check the bunnies and their dead bodies were scattered all over the yard. And the mowers just left. Didnt remove the dead bunnies or say anything to me. Called customer support and they said there was nothing they could do. I then cancelled my contract.

They have psychos driving these trucks. I didnt let a truck over in traffic and the guy followed me to a red light and got out of his truck to come to my car and confront me. Ridiculously unprofessional.

The team was very professional and enjoyed getting my yard cleaned up before the spring started. The yard had years of leaf built up, weeds, sticks, fallen branches all over the 1 acre property and was a mess. They were great to work with and saved me so much time and energy!! They trimmed the trees, bushes were pruned, cut the grass beautifully as well. The yard looks great! You damage my house last year. You took my call and requested the owner to call me, Then block my phone number and the owner refused to call me back and you cancelled my service. I had a few projects for you and gave you referrals, Poor customer service. Too scared to work out a problem.

Augusta is overpriced and unprofessional. Their work is mediocre at best and they don t clean up good after work has been done. Also, they don t care about their customers. I have a small yard that takes them 10 minutes to cut and they charged me $100. Then I received an email today saying they re going up to $200 with no explanation for the increase. I quickly canceled my service with them. You should try a different landscaping company, you ll be happy you did.

Augusta has been a great service and a great value this year. We intend to continue to use Augusta for our lawn care needs and have plans for larger projects in the future.

Will be using Augusta Lawn Care every time! I just so happened to be working from home while they came out and cut my lawn. At one point I saw Matthew double checking his weed eating to make sure he did it right, but then after he was done, I stepped outside to thank them and he asked me if I saw anything that needed to be fixed. And I nit picked a little on something, but he didn t complain, he just did it how I wanted it, made sure I liked it, and told me to have a good day! Now that s customer service! Like is this Chick-fil-A or lawn care? And he got it done real quick!

9/7 Response to Owner feedback from 9/7: Unfortunately, yet again this is not true. As previously noted, there were no camera alerts or missed rings from Augusta during the supposed last visit. Also, I have a saved voice message that says you all were cutting off our service. It was attached to the email that also said you were not going to maintenance our lawn for September with a potential suggestion to pass us on to someone else. To be clear, Augusta cut off our services as previously stated. Happy to share if needed, or if anyone else reading this review would like to hear it, it has been saved. I hope you all get some help and pointers from John as he had created a solid business model. Seriously, a fantastic, trusted partner. And thanks so much for the well wishes with our new lawn maintenance company that I researched and located myself. Unlike Augusta s service, they have proven to be excellent! 9/4 Original Review: Please take my advice and do not hire Augusta to maintenance your lawn. This company used to be top notch when John Y. was the owner (roughly 7-9 months ago before he sold it/retired). He truly cared about the customer and never cut corners. He would even come out with his crew from time to time, coach them and ensure they were doing a good job. Augusta started out average I suppose this spring but steadily declined over the summer. There was stuff left all along my fence line in multiple places. Over the course of a week, I informed them of all the areas they missed. I sent a few pics as examples (too many to send) and all of them were not corrected. I also noticed damage to my fence, very similar to what they had done before (they corrected the first time) and raised my concern. They are the only crew who have ever worked on our yard and they said they didn t do it. We went back and forth over the spots they missed for about a week-they said they came out one morning but my husband and I never saw them. We were home at the time they said they came and there were no camera alerts showing they were there. I informed them of this and told them I would be unavailable until noon the following day because I work. Less than 24 hours later I received an email saying they decided they were no longer going to service our yard anymore. No discussion, no warning, nothing. We have an infant and both work full time, therefore, it s hard to find time to do our own yard work. It was a bit stressful at first but in the end they did us a favor. The very same day we were able to find another company with better rates and far superior results. Maybe Augusta can handle something extremely simple but if your property lines are anything different from a square or more than 1/5 acre they will likely struggle. And if you call them out on what they missed (and continued to miss) they will cut you loose. And they still charged us for the last job that they didn t even finish. In my opinion, save yourself some frustration and go elsewhere. I can only hope they call John to ask for some pointers so they can get their act together.

I made an appointment on Friday to have an estimate for landscaping and lawn maintenance for the following Monday. Monday morning I received a call that they would need to reschedule for Tuesday. On Tuesday they arrived an hour early and I was not at home. No one called to let me know they were coming nor did they call after they left. I had no idea that they had even come to the house. I called the company and rescheduled again for Wednesday. After spending about an hour going over all parts of the project including including revitalizing the landscaping and recreating lawns plus the maintenance, he agreed that they were capable of handling every detail that we discussed and he would have an estimate to me within 24 hours. I never received an estimate within 24 hours or 48 hours or 72 hours, no email, no phone calls. After calling the company on Monday, 5 days later, I was told they would have the estimate to me right away. I received an estimate in the email that was for overseeding aeration and fertilization for around $900. I called the Augusta Lawn Care of Mooresville back and requested the estimate that we had talked about, which was not the estimate I received. I was told that the project was too large and they have decided not to to do the project.. Just to show you the professionalism of this company, I never received a estimate for the project that we discussed nor did I ever receive a phone call telling me that they have decided not to do the project. It was only after my 2nd call to the company late Friday afternoon that I was told by a gentleman answering the phone that the project was too was too big! And that is the end of that story and the end of me doing business with Augusta Lawn Care of Mooresville. I predict they will not be in business very long with this type of service. I was asked about them using sod, but I have used sod before with poor results, so I declined the request to use sod. I was told that they did not do any work with irrigation, which I replied that I have an irrigation company that I use. I want to know if they cut and irrigation lines during the process of changing landscaping, they could repair it. About hardscapes: I was told they did not do hardscapes. I replied I will do all hardscapes myself. Its BS that they did not choose the job because I wanted Sod, Hardscapes and Irrigation. I never requested these services. I did ask and was told by Chuck, the estimator, that they did not provide irrigation or hardscaping.

This is a honest review on why not to use this service, I emailed them telling them to give me a estimate on my house to cut my grass, after that one email they said they arrived to my house and mowed my lawn, I then received a bill from them, I was also contact by my community for not having my lawn taken care of, and even sent me a picture of my house not being cut. So I contacted the company on why they charged me if my lawn wasn t cut. They seem to have arrived to my house and then left without doing anything, and I got in contact with my house community manager and they told me my house still needed to be cut, so the company charged me for doing nothing and kept on charging me on a monthly bases even though they did not do their jobs, I will be filing a lawsuit against this company and I have all the evidence from my communities manager. You do not scam me and try to get away with it. I am working with my attorney to get this settled. You will be hearing from my attorney this week.

Augusta Lawn Care of Mooresville was amazing! I have been struggling to find an affordable, reliable, and high quality lawn care provider so I tried Augusta. I am EXTREMELY impressed. They were on time, friendly, and did an amazing job. Needless to say I will definitely be using them from now on.
