We had been a customer for years, even after they removed bushes they were not supposed to. Even when they messed our schedule up at the start of every year. They just decided to drop us as a customer because we did not want weekly service. Funny thing is, they continued to service our lawn 2 more times after they dropped us. Suggest you look elsewhere is you want reliable service.

A pleasant experience from beginning to end. The landscape design was beautiful, Tim was professional and receptive to changes, and the installation was done exactly when promised. Our yard looks 100% better.

The owner, Tim Valentine and his office Manager, Bernice are very professional and respond quickly to questions or concerns The lawn crew is reliable and punctual with scheduled service;; they do a thorough job and leave the property looking very presentable. The company installed a rock bed watershed management ditch for us and took special care to use some rock we already had and placed it where we wanted. The ditch looks good and does a reasonable job of water control. We live on a sloped lot and realize that not all water is going to be channeled. I would give a 5 rating but I believe no one is perfect.

Mooresville Lawnscaping has been taking care of all my landscaping needs for over a decade. Tim and his staff are without question the best in the business. Honest, reliable and totally dedicated to their customers. They absolutely pay attention to every detail. My lawn always looks like a picture taken right out of a magazine. I couldn't be more happy with their service. If I could, I would give Mooresville Lawnscaping 10 stars.

Tim and his team have been great to work with. Our lawn looks superb and he's in the process of giving the whole yard an overhaul as we change things out from a severely over-planted situation when we bought the house in February 2019. Tim's recommendations have all been super helpful and appropriate and always in our best interest.

Don’t use if you’re looking for lawn care and open & honest communication! They cut our grass for about 3 weeks. After a previous rainy week, I asked the team leader not to cut because they left ruts in the grass the last week because it was so wet. After 2 weeks of no shows (Tim told us the grass had to be cut every week), I called. Tim said my husband told them not to cut the grass anymore. It was me, not my husband who spoke to the leader. I told him specifically why I didn’t want the grass cut. Tim said he’d send the crew back the next day. 4 weeks later the crew has yet to return to cut my grass. They still cut my next door neighbor’s grass. I’ve called Tim several times. It always goes to voicemail. He has NEVER returned my call! I’m not taking it personally because I see other clients have had similar “non-responsiveness” from Tim. DO NOT USE find a better service provider who cares about your yard and is willing to communicate!!

I have received very poor communication with this company. I had to call several times for an initial follow up. My billing statements/invoices have been consistently inaccurate, and the owner Tim Valentine seemed perturbed that I didn't need the fertilization services that I asked to be removed from the proposal. I didn't know that I would be reprimanded for changing my mind. I've also had to call to verify when services were going to be completed. Very disappointing & frustrating experience!
