Maple Landscaping & Lawn Services ent in Moorestown

I recently bought a house in NJ and was searching for a lawn care provider. After calling nearly 14+ services in my area who were not available or not responsive, I got through to Maple Landscaping. The owner Andrew seemed kind and said he would come by and look at my lawn later in the day. He never showed. I called the next morning, he apologized and came later that day. He checked out both our front and backyard but did not seem like he really wanted the job. He quoted us $250 for standard yard cleanup (sticks + spiky seed pods) and mowing. I quickly agreed as I was desperate to get the lawn taken care of at this point. He said someone would come the following Mon/Tues. Nobody showed. I called several times and left a message to please let me know the status. No callback. I think it was extremely rude to waste an entire week of my time, no call no show a scheduled service, and completely ghost me with zero remorse. I'd never believe this man has been in business for years as he comes off as extremely unprofessional, lackadaisical and doesn't really seem like he knows what he's talking about. Perhaps his passion for maintaining a solid business and taking in new customers has died down. I ended up finding an app called Lawn Starter. First service $19 and $89 biweekly. Scheduled in 1 day. They did a fantastic job and finished in less than 1 hour.

Maple Landscaping cuts our neighbors lawn. On their last cut this past week their tractor ripped up a 2’ circle of turf on our driveway strip. On calling the owner I was told after mistaking the day the damage was done, that he was not responsible because I got the day wrong and they didn’t cut that day. Very condescending and refused to give me his name. Nice business practices and customer service Maple Landscaping!

Our landscaper retired and recommended Maple Landscaping. We sent in paperwork to have them do the same as previous landscaper but they never showed up. Called them and left message several times. Even sent letter and asked them to respond. Asked them to respond if they were coming to do work or let us know if they weren’t interested Never heard from them. Was VERY DISAPPOINTED they didn’t contact us. Obviously they could care less about a new job!!!!

Maple Landscaping has been doing my lawn for the last four years. They always do a great job. Their workers are very thorough.

The owner is the rudest person I've ever met. They are lazy and I definitely did not receive what I was promised and the work was Shotty for price, they showed up late and his workers left cigarettes all over my property. I wouldn't recommend then to my worst enemy.

Great BIG thanks to Maple Landscaping. Our regular landscaper didn’t show at the last minute and Maple Landscaping really came through for us and helped us out. They were extremely professional, got the job done quickly, efficiently and our yard looks beautiful! Looks like we have found our new landscaper and snow remover too !!! Thanks again .
