I ve tried several other companies in the past and always got the same line that it d take a couple of years to see results. It s a lie folks. I had weeds from hell, and the patchiest lawn on the block. Irish Green started in the early spring of this year(2022), and we had results immediately. I finally have a yard to be proud of and enjoy the appearance of my lawn when I come and go. Weeds are gone, and it s solid grass without bare patches. They always give you an advance notice the day before, and greet you with a smile and professionalism. Always answered my questions with respect and honesty. You also receive a text the day of treatment to tell you how to water and when to mow. Top notch company I would stand behind any day. Your yard can be turned around in a season. this is my second year to use this company. the technicians are great, professional and do a great job. if not for the great techs I would reconsider using. customers are suppose to receive a text or phone message night before service. there seems to be a continued problem with office staff on this. also in November on my last treatment due to a problem with their card machine, my pmt as well as others received a very unfriendly email, my account was 14 days over due. i have a card on file. office manager sent email telling me she would get intouch with me over this. ghost in the wind, she likes emails but performs no action.

these people know what they are doing. I tried myself for 3 years. it took alot of work, and I could never get things coated evenly. Fertilizer left different shades of green on the grass. Barely any broadleaf weed control unless I dump a ton on it. Ive had another company come out and it was even, but very slight results. This year I went with Irish Green and the results are obvious the very next day. The grass turns emerald green, and the clover, dandelions, etc wilt and turn yellow overnight. You can see the result crystal clear every application. Its pretty amazing, and the best part is it is costing me less than if I did it myself, with all the store-bought chemical I would have to dump on the lawn to get half the results.

I talked to a lot of people about this company when I started noticing they weren t coming by as scheduled to treat my lawn. I also noticed that they were QUICK TO GET THAT MONTHLY AUTO WITHDRAWAL out of my bank . I have had to call them SEVERAL TIMES to ask if they would come treat my lawn , that they contracted to do . I retired 2 months ago and am at home EVERYDAY watching for them to come . They NEVER did but withdrew 2 payments out of my Bank account . I would call them and ask about WHEN THEY WERE COMING to treat my lawn and all I got was ; Oh we re coming next week . 2 MONTHS PASS and I call again . I like the fact that Irish Green knows what products my lawn needs and when. All I have to do is water and cut the grass to have a very nice lawn.

One of the people who did the lawn service used one of my trash cans to prop open my self closing fence. Not really a problem, but they forgot to put the can back where they found it, resulting in a panic - we thought it was stolen until we checked out the camera footage.

I found Irish Green after they sponsored Cleveland County Habitat s common grounds coffee festival and I decided to give them a shot because of their commitment to the community. I was NOT disappointed. I appreciated that they quoted me a price consistent with other vendors, offered a pre-payment discount, and kept me informed. My first treatment was supposed to be the one time it rained both times! They text messaged me to let me know updated times and I really appreciated that.

They always do such a great job keeping my lawn clear and healthy. Very happy with the convenience and product they provide.

Every service has been done professionally and with care. I love that the lawn isnt an artificial fake color after treatment and that Irish Green uses a more lawn/nature-friendly application. Just ask the squirrels, they love to lay in the grass and bury their nuts.

I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to have e prettiest grass in my neighborhood. We have over an acre and they keep it tip top the entire year. I saw great results from other neighboring houses using them. I used trugreen last year ,but my weed issues got worse after they had sprayed( continued to use them for the summer thinking it would eventually work. NOPE) . So I decided that I would find a different company. And I am glad that I did. I noticed results immediately after the 1st spray for weeds. They stayed in contact with me ,and answered all of my questions. They have been so kind. I am going to be using them for more yard help , putting down seed and getting rid of grass that has invaded my monkey grass. Not to mention even with the extras they were STILL CHEAPER than trugreen. Im glad I switched . I see my family being lifelong customers.

The last service was quick and courteous. It s very nice when a company actually provides the work that they say they will.

I used to be a loyal customer. I initially loved Irish Green. They did wonders for my yard. But in the last few months I have been very dissatisfied with their service. I recent left their service due to scheduling issues. They were supposed to core aerate my Bermuda this spring. Somehow I got missed. I went ahead and reached out to them in Mid May hoping I wouldnt miss the core aeration window. They told me it wasnt a problem and that they would try to fit me in. Unfortunately the rain delayed everything. Fast forward to this week they tell me they are coming out. I assume to core aerate. The service technician shows up and states hes there do schedule spraying and fertilizing. We contact the office. Long story short, they tell us they rescheduled our core aeration to the fall. Never advised us of this until we called. Then proceeded to give us excuses as to why they rescheduled us and decided not to core aerate our lawn. In the meantime, this tech has already sprayed our lawn right before an intense heat wave. Now our lawn has horrible burn marks. By far the worst service they have ever provided us. I have provided a before and after of our lawn to show the damage. We are now established with a new lawn company. We have to unfortunately fix our burned lawn. Of course weeks before a large house party we are having. Im incredibly embarrassed of my lawn. No longer recommend them at all.

I liked being able to talk with the technician and discussing what my lawn needed. He was knowledgable and very quickly laid out the course of action that would be used to get rid of the weeds and green up our yard. I also liked the followup with the Irish Green front office and the advice on what I needed to do to ensure success. Also, the very quick response I received on any of my questions. I also feel the price is very reasonable.

I m a new user and the lawns that have been using this service are immaculate second they are fast courteous and professional i had big trash pickup and forgot to call them to postpone my spraying of yard and they actually moved the items to spray which is just unheard of. I can t say enough about these guys and their work just amazing!!!

When I went with Irish Green, my intention was a yard good enough with less chemicals. Ive never needed a pristine yard, just decent looking and help with the maintenance. However, my yard looks as good as others with more expensive nationwide competitors. But most importantly, their customer service and attitude is awesome. Im sure this is because they are local and as far as I can tell, the whole company is made of good people. Great job Irish Green!

Another outfit not controlling weeds too well. Had Irish Green takeover and quite pleased with results.

Tech rang my doorbell, thought no one was home, and proceeded to his truck WITHOUT spraying my lawn. Then got an email saying my service was complete. My mother and I (Leah K) WATCHED...no one ever came in our yard. My back fence is tied with a bungee cord and it wasnt touched. Call customer service and they tell me they will talk to a supervisor and call me back. Next thing I know the tech is calling me (I dont appreciate them giving him my number) and arguing with me saying he did do the job, instead of just being honest. I ended up asking him what is in my backyard and he said a couple of chairs---there are ZERO chairs in my backyard, but there is a huge orange trampoline that you cant forget, along with lots of kids toys. Also, from the time he rang my doorbell to the time I got an email saying service was completed, there was NOT enough time to even treat my entire yard. Customer service calls me back and says they wont charge me for todays treatment & wouldnt send the same tech out next time (as if he didnt do anything wrong)---wont charge me for todays treatment? As if I am lying. MY YARD WASNT TREATED, so how can you give me the treatment free if it wasnt treated? I am an honest person who would NEVER take something for nothing. EVER. Im a business owner and really cannot believe the way this situation was handled. The right thing to do wouldve been to send someone out to ACTUALLY treat my yard and also not charge me. ALSO, I signed up with them back in the spring (2020) specifically for mole treatment...still have moles to this day, almost a year later.

If you are very busy and have dogs I recommend that you use a different company. After missing the first appointment and having poor communication I cancelled all future appointments with Irish Green Lawn Care. Update: After not receiving my refund within a week I had to dispute the charge with my bank. All is good now!

I tried to cancel Irish Lawn for months. They came out after I cancelled in February. I paid the bill but called again and sent a note with my check to PLEASE cancel. I tilled and seeded my yard a few weeks ago. I received an email from Irish that they were coming out to service my yard the day after i seeded. I immediately called and said PLEASE do not... but it was too late. They put pre- emergent on my tilled, seeded yard YOU COULD CLEARLY SEE THE SEEDS! When i called to complain and seek remedy, the owner acted like she would waive $80.00 as a favor and trust that i had cancelled even tho they had no record- what? When i asked for a remedy for ruining my front yard, i will have dirt for a front yard entire summer, she got angry and threatening. The reason i was cancelling, i never knew when they were coming out and since it was a college kid, never was able to prepare and water the chemicals... furthermore they were throwing chemicals on a COMPLETELY DEAD YARD- yet no one contacted me. CLEARLY, the techs just throw stuff down without assessing the situation. When I said I would write a review, she was threatening to me. respond all you want. I was not mean, just at a loss for why anyone would throw pre-emergent on clearly new seed and why you wouldnt try to remedy the problem for me. it is not an unreasonable request. I spent a time and money and you ruined it.

I had problems blow up on me with their service! I have NEVER WRITTEN one of these so please be patient. I m not good at this because of my life threatening strokes! The best way is to explain this is sending you the text I received. This is what I got from Irish Green after being yelled at. I apologize I was too direct. All we wanted was to get our lawn taken cared of. -You were supposed to come out for our first visit on April 9th. We were not here to meet him because I was having surgery. On the video camera it shows him putting the sign in the yard. Nothing was dead so I called back asking for someone to come out. Yall made the appointment to come out May 1st. -May 1st my husband was home waiting for someone to come out or even call! And of course neither one. -May 2nd some guy called saying that someone came out and he wanted to know how it went. I explained no one called or came by. I understand the rain and they cannot predict the weather and I am fine with that but Im not going to be told otherwise. I asked to reschedule and was informed that was not his problem and I needed to deal with the office! -May 3rd I called back to reschedule and I tried to tell the office what was going on and I was so frustrated because I couldnt get the words out of my mouth due to my strokes!!!! I tried to explain stuff was being taken out of my account and nothing was dying! The young lady informed me she would get back to me on Monday May 6th. Monday comes around and no call. -Today Tuesday May 7th I call back and you get on the phone and start yelling at me. With the way you spoke to me was unprofessional and unappreciated! I was not here to fight with you today! I dont know if you have me mixed up with another upset customer or what. My phone calls where nice and calm! Im sorry you are working to many hour or whatever is going on. We just wanted what I am paying for!!! Take it how you will! Thank you

Lawn looks good! However, I find their greatest strength is in their customer service. I have emailed them several times and they have always responded within 2 hours or less. They are very accomodating. Big fan.

So Happy with Irish Green Lawn Care! We had been paying another company for close to 2 years without too much success (and it was more $ per treatment!). Weve had exactly 2 treatments with Irish Green so far and the patchy, thin spots in our yard are starting to fill in, the yard itself is much thicker overall, the weeds we still had are dying out and going away, and our yard is a nice vibrant green!! It hasnt ever looked this good! I dont know what exactly they are using (beyond it being a hybrid organic/probiotic mix {yay for less synthetic chemicals}), but our yard loves it!!!!

I appreciate that Irish Green uses safer chemicals and doesnt spray green dye all over my lawn. Our lawn looks great so it must be effective. They always text courtesy reminders and email an invoice and watering instructions immediately afterwards. Great service, thank you!

After the first treatment in May most if not all of the sticker bushes and weeds were gone from our yard. Good customer service. Never late. Always makes the appointments on time. A tad pricey but you get what you pay for.

Over the course of the last 10 months I have done business with; Weed Man and True Green. Both of these two companies made big promises about improving the condition of my lawn. Neither kept their word. Signed up with Irish Green, they have done every single thing they promised. My lawn looks fantastic. Forget the rest, these guys are by far the best.

So far, after only two applications, weve seen a big improvement in the overall health of our lawn. Places that wouldnt fill in before are now filled in. The nutsedge is much more under control as well. I appreciate that were on a set schedule and are notified in advance about applications. With other companies it seemed like I would have to call and remind them it was time to preemeege or apply weed control. We are very happy so far! Thank you!

I called to see about getting an estimate and what was involved in getting my lawn taken care of. The employee that answered the phone was very bitter and intolerant of my questions. I have dogs: I wanted to know the chemicals they use. Told me to go to Home Depot and get you some Roundup if you dont want us. What? Really? Okay then..... Follow up: You are not truthful. This is exactly what she said. Was very rude.

They were here at scheduled time, answered my questions and will do a follow up to make sure my lawn is responding to treatment. Great service!

I looked at the reviews and read a neg one and saw the pictures and decided to go somewhere else cause the person said they ignored his problem I added this portion today. Like I said, I was looking for lawn care and read the unhappy customer and saw their pictures. I guess Irish Green doesnt care? They didnt even address my concern, just ignored it.

Thanks to Irish Green, the stickers are gone and the bald spots filled in. They always call a day or 2 in advance so I will know to have the dog put up. Just prepaid another year of service.
