Cody and his guys did a really nice job removing a steep front entry sidewalk and replacing with pavers and 3 sets of steps. We thought about this for awhile and Cody stayed with it and continued to offer good ideas until we were ready to start. We have also used DLS for landscaping and plantings for a few years and are always pleased.

Cody was willing to give us a rough quote over the phone using pics and video, which made it much easier for the two affected townhome owners to work together towards a solution of a complicated mutual problem. After all, water doesn't respect property lines. Cody was a great communicator, prompt, knowledgeable and professional.

Cody and his team are excellent. Cody came up with a great solution to our back yard drainage problem and completed the work in a timely manner. His crew was the best: respectful and efficient and didn't cut any corners. I highly recommend DLS and will definitely be using them again for a future project.

We are so thankful for the work Cody and his team completed. We installed an above ground pool which then resulted in further work after the pool needed to be dug into our slanted backyard. We spoke with Cody about the work that needed to be done and he offered multiple solutions helping us get to one that fit within our budget. He let us know a target date and fulfilled that commitment. The workers not only did an incredible job, but they were super respectful of how they went about the job. We've had several contractors that either tear up the grass to complete their job or leave trash behind. They put grass back, cleaned up their work.... even planted a tree of ours that had been sitting in a pot for a long time! The team is honest, hardworking, and filled with integrity. They went above and beyond - we will always call them when needing work done!

I don’t know if I can find the right words to describe how completely satisfied and happy my wife and I are with the work that Diversified Landscape Solutions, LLC did at our home, but I will try. We had 3 problem areas at the back of our house that Cody and his crew have completely fixed for us. Problem 1 was a 30-year-old deck that was in terrible shape. DLS demoed the top 2 levels of the deck down to the foundation structure and joists. They then completely rebuilt those 2 levels, and it came out looking fantastic. We had a 3rd level to our deck which was removed completely and replaced with a beautiful paver patio and walkway connecting to the driveway. Problem 2 was a bad drainage problem when we had heavy rains. They installed a dry riverbed of river rock that ran from the end of our driveway to the back portion of our lot which will eliminate erosion problem due to poor drainage. Problem 3 was to dig up and replace a large section of centipede grass with Bermuda sod in our back yard since it was mostly Bermuda already. Everything looks great now and we are looking forward to spring to be able to use and enjoy the hard work DLS did. Cody spent a lot of time in the design and planning for our project offering several options including the pros and cons of each. He was very patient in guiding us in the process of deciding what we wanted to do. The work was completed in a very timely manner even though there were several days of bad weather. We are having them come back soon to seal our new patio, add landscape plantings, and replace a bad section of concrete at the end of our driveway. We have used Cody for several projects from fixing drainage issue to annual mulching. His biggest project was installing a waterfall with goldfish pond. It's beautiful. What I like about Diversified Landscape Solutions is there commitment. They do what they say they'll do and they do it on time and on budget. It's hard to find a contractor you can trust but I can assure you, DLS is one of the few out there. On time, on schedule, on budget, and a quality job.

This portion of my yard has been an unusable eye sore since I moved in 10 years ago. I decided I wanted to put in a swimming pool but also wanted the space to be transformable. Cody and his team came in and built a retaining wall into the hillside. This helped prepare the space for the above ground pool but could easily be repurposed for a patio area if I ever remove the pool. Cody kept me in the loop throughout the entire project even when I had an unexpected out of town business trip. Everyone on the DLS team was professional and put in a lot of hard work. I am very happy with the end result and would recommend DLS for your landscaping/hardscaping needs!
