NLA keeps rescheduling routine lawn care service. Its either ran out of time that day or their machine malfunctioned. Its been happening a lot recently.

You might as well throw your money away with your leaf collections. NLA is a waste of time, energy and money, and the treatment made my yard look worse than it did at the start. When I (repeatedly) expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction with the service, they shifted excuses, blaming the poor results on too much tree cover, then not enough tree cover/change in environment, and, their oft-used reply: the customer should just be patient. Now nearly a year after treatment began, they say I wont see results for 2-3 years. Again, my yard has never looked worse, and Ive followed all of NLAs directives to try and aid the treatment. Bottom line: their purported applications/treatment are woefully deficient and the machines they use to apply it only make matters worse. In reply to NLAs response to my review: NLA has resorted to misrepresentations and fabrications. I am not surprised. At any rate, I can say definitively that I never expressed dissatisfaction with my prior lawn care company. First, my prior lawn care company treated the lawn at my LAST house. Second, with that prior company, I was quite pleased with the treatment and drastic improvement in the lawn, which improvements became apparent throughout my first season with them and beyond (and unlike NLA, the weed treatment from the prior lawn care company actually worked, worked permanently, and was noticeably effective within days of the treatment). When I moved to my current house, NLA was slightly cheaper than the quote from the company that treated my last house, so I opted to try NLA. Clearly, I should have stuck with the lawn care company from my previous house. After a year w/ NLA, weeds remain, moss has spread over a larger area, new bare dirt/mud spots have formed where grass once was, and, where there is grass, it looks awful. NLAs purported treatment was so ineffectice and in fact destructive that I had multiple guests at my house, including during the summer months last season, suggest that I get a lawn care company - not knowing (given the appearance of the lawn) that NLA had been treating. Shame on NLA for fabricating a story to suggest I was not satisfied with my last lawn care company. Again, I was quite pleased with my last lawn care company at my old house, and I am eager to have them out at my current house so they can begin repairing the damage caused by NLA.

I have used them for over 10 years and been very satisfied. I had used other national companies with poor results. My lawn is shaded and looks good now. If you have time to do it yourself you can save some money which I did for years, but my lawn is much nicer now.

My 1 star rating is based ony customer service experience when I called. I have used this company for a few years now and even included the mosquito treatments last year and the results have been ok. I must say the customer service part of this company needs and overhaul. The attitude you are given for asking a question or clarification is horrible. When I called to cancel I had the same experience with the attitude and smart comment back to me. Would never recommend this company. I feel sorry for the technicians in the field because they work hard, but the people in the office are in need of improvement.

We switched from another company to Natural Lawn of America last year due to pricing. We were with the other company for about 10 years, and every winter or early spring theyd call and email asking if we wanted to renew for the coming season. After a year of NLA I decided to shop around and found a small, local, all organic lawn service for a slightly better price - but they also do free soil testing to see if corrections are needed, so we signed up with them. Today I get a notice from NLA that theyll be out tomorrow. I never renewed. Called them and they said its auto-renewing unless we cancel. Shady!!! They tried to claim that all lawn services do that, but clearly, others call to get confirmation. Luckily I canceled as they were going to just start charging my last used credit card and invoicing.

The staff is courteous, friendly and informative. They do a wonderful job.

My technician was Ryan Reed and he was great! Very personable, professional and answered all my questions!

Beware. This company kills existing, healthy grass with fertilizer burn. After 1 year of having their services, my yard has large bald spots, compacted soil, and dead patches. Never has my lawn looked like this before. They claimed they were going to aerate and reseed my lawn. The man who came out here to aerate looked like he would rather be anywhere else. He skipped over entire areas, and sped through the rest. When he was done, it looked horrible. We complained to the company, and were told we werent giving it a chance. We had a decent lawn to start with. They destroyed it. We called and canceled all services with them. They argued with us, saying it would take 2 or 3 years to see a difference, which was not what they told us when we hired them. We were told that we should see improvement in the first season, and in 2 to 3 seasons - a plush lawn with no weeds.

I had someone before and I think he was promoted. Sam is my new guy and I hope I can keep him. He is just as good and very through and cleans up after treatment is done. I am very happy with him.

They tell something different everytime I talk with lady. I had to have come back twice for service. I would have given l them 4 stars if the lady didnt lie to me on the first phone call. Other than that my grass does look good.

This is my first season using Natural Lawn. Although the weather has proven to make lawn care quite challenging this year the service and responsiveness the team from NLA has demonstrated has been exceptional. I do want to recognize one person specifically, Jason Blain, for his attention to detail, his honesty, and his knowledge. He is quite an asset!

I used Natural Lawn of America for over 6 years spanning across 3 different houses, along with my parents house! I have purchased every sales pitch they threw at me (aeration, flea/ticks, mosquitoes, etc) These past months of summer I have had them out 6 times to treat the mosquitoes without the problem being solved. After every treatment and within the time frame I have notified them that I was not satisfied and the operator on the phone always talked me into having another treatment. This past 6th time of spray I demanded my money back- unfortunately they would only give my money back for the last treatment. As a valuable customer that purchases every sales pitch and with multiple properties, you would think a company would not want to lose this business! Both me and my parents have cancelled our services and we will find somewhere that treats their valuable customers as they should be treated!! DO NOT USE NATURAL LAWN OF AMERICA!!! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY

I have been a customer for years and declined aeration for $800. The driver left. I returned the following week to find the service performed without my consent. I called, left a message, and the call was returned. She told me she would get this information to the manager, and I would be contacted. This was Thursday, the 14th. I didnt hear back until Tuesday the 19th. I did not speak to a manager but the same person I spoke with before. She told me, after talking with the manager, that there is nothing they can do. I have contacted my credit card company, reversed the charges, contacted the BBB, and will be filing a motion in Small Claims Court in Bucks County. I have never done anything like this before, but beware of this company. They will perform over-inflated services without your consent.

I have used NaturaLawn of America for over 3 years. I pay close attention to their recommendations and tips. While I do believe my yard has improved, this will be my last year with them. I am less than impressed by the results and often time disappointed. It s time to try a different service. A huge plus to the company is that someone always responds or answers their phone. I love that the products are natural but I feel that my lawn is not thriving.

I wanted to share a heartwarming experience I had today. Our applicator, Aaron Jackson, took the time to blow all the leaves off our driveway and sidewalk. When I went out to give Aaron a bottle of water, I expressed my gratitude for his kindness. To my surprise, he replied, I like to leave the homes I service looking better than when I arrived. In a world where such care is rare, Aarons dedication truly stood out. His thoughtful gesture has made me a customer for life. TERRIBLE! TERRILBE! TERRILBE! No customer service at ALL! First, you can never speak to the same person. Secondly, they will not send a representative out to your home, they only want to view from satillite images. What if you only wanted to front of your property services? They can not do this becasue Thats too much information to give our technicians. I thought this was simple, do the front of the yard and not the back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They will only frustrate you. Also look at their YELP Reviews. 1.5 rating and I see why!!!

Not only will they waste your time and money but they will also kill your grass and destroy your lawn . Most technicians are very inexperienced and uneducated. Not only did my technician ruin my yard in a matter of 2 months but they also overcharged my account. 0/10 for this. Unfortunately you have to give them 1 star

They broke my gate and refuse to take responsibility. When I called to inform them that I noticed my gate was broken .I was asked why did it take me 7 days to call them and was my gate broken previously. I would not recommend this company and if you do use them check your gate.

DO NOT USE. I am being harrassed by Toni, the Accounts Receivable person at the Montgomeryville, PA location. I did not renew my service after years of being a customer. I no longer saw the value as it was expensive and was not getting the results they claimed. I am being billed for a service I did not ask for. After many emails and phone conversations, which I consider harrassment, I am getting collection notices. This company, particularly Toni, is not ethical. Stay away.

I have to say how disappointed we are in the recent service! We have been working with Natural Lawn of America for over three years. The service provided by Steve over the years was incredible! He was kind, respectful and helpful with recommendations. Unfortunately, due to the hot summer with no rain,parts of our lawn laid dormant while other parts were dead. In September, we received two notices that Natural was coming out to treat our lawn. We declined both because there was no rain in sight and we didn t want to lose more of our lawn that we paid thousands of dollars to build. Come October our neighbor (who we recommended to the company) was getting his lawn plugged and seeded. We called to schedule an appointment for the same day since they were already coming out and rain was forecasted for several days (yeah!). When my husband called to make an appointment, he was told we could not get the discounted price of because we skipped the last two treatments. REALLY!!!!!! The thousands of dollars we paid the company and this is how we get treated. REALLY???? Needless to say we canceled all future services and recommend our neighbors do the same (the other adjacent neighbors canceled first). Lawn service companies are a dime a dozen and they have lost our business and word of mouth in the community.

They offered full service fertilizing and seeding promising a great lawn. After a full season of service my lawn is in the worse shape ever.

I have been using Naturalawn Montgomery PA for at least 5 years. Phil has been doing an excellent job for the last few years and keeping the lawn looking great. If there is an issue with weeds, they are happy to do an extra treatment. They are knowledgeable about the various weeds and the best ways for the homeowner to assist in keeping the grass healthy.

I filled out a quote request online, and was called by probably the most obnoxious sales person Ive ever encountered. Over the course of several minutes, he asked me pointless questions; some of which he repeated, to show he wasnt really paying attention to what he was doing, but consisted of things like do you know what conventional fertilizer is made of. My response was no, but what does that matter. Ive done my research, and your website provided enough information for me to call you for a quote. He insisted that there are many aspects of their products that are not common knowledge, and that few people know about. I said ok, well that sounds like poor marketing, but again Im calling for a quote and you just lost a sale, thanks for wasting my time. Being a small business owner myself, I realize that one goofy apple does not spoil the bunch, so I called direct this time, asking for a quote, but from a different sales person. I was transferred to someone else who proceeded to explain to me how once I signed up for their program, the first step would be for a technician to come to my property, review each area, test the soil, determine what types of weeds I have, and then customize a program for my lawn. I said ok, and paid for the the first year in full up front. Today the technician came to my home to apparently put down a lime treatment. Which seemed like a strange day to do today since were expected to get 1.2 of rain, so I doubt any of it will stay where it is dropped. But that aside, I asked the technician if he did the lawn evaluation (soil test, weed identification, etc.) and his response was no, we dont do that. I stated that the sales person told me thats what would be done first. He then proceeded to explain to me about the treatments that were to come, but I was only partly paying attention because all I was thinking was that if there were no tests done, then all he is telling me about is a standard treatment plan that may or may not work for my property, for which I paid almost $900 for. I said ok, figuring well see what happens and he went on with his lime spreading. This I also found strange because it only took him about 25 minutes to complete, whereas when I personally treated the same space in the past with a similarly sized spreader, it took me almost an hour, so I can only assume the spreading was not preformed adequately. This is confirmed to some degree by the fact that there was a large dog bed on the grass that was not moved once the spreading was complete. Needless to say I hold little expectation of any result whatsoever, and I will be documenting the progress over the course of the year Ive paid for because when there is no progress at the end of it, I will be seeking a full refund.

The Montgomeryville branch of NaturaLawn of America is fantastic!!! The company is easy to get in touch with, transparent on pricing, reliable, and best of all it actually works. Let me be clear, you wont have a perfect lawn in one summer, no matter what the sales guy says....its a process; but one that I can actually see working. The process only works though if the technician is qualified, and Stephen Kyle is THE BEST. Steve remembers me and my lawn, is always willing to discuss the treatment plan, and truly cares in the product he delivers. I have 100% confidence that with Steve working my account Ill have the best lawn on the block in only a few seasons! I also use their Mosquito Ranger product, and despite being highly skeptical of its efficacy, Im happy to say it works. My wife must have a target on her back for Mosquitos, getting bit often and everywhere. Last summer after starting the mosquito ranger treatment we could actually eat outside again. Its not 100% effective, but reducing mosquitos by 95% has made a huge difference at our house.

What started as an experiment, to see whether the lawn would respond to NLs treatments, has turned into a successful maintenance program.

We ve tried a couple different services before we found these guys. Mike is awesome! Very detail oriented, professional, listened to our concerns and did a great job of educating us on steps we can take to help our grass. It s so hard to find someone who will really listen to a customer- he was great! This was his first visit and we could not me more pleased. We have had Natural Lawn as our lawn care service since March 21. We have seen tremendous improvement to our lawn since then. During the hot spell of July we saw nuts edge pushing through. The service is terrible. They promised over seeding and barely put any seed down. Then when I called I was attacked by the woman on the other end of the phone. Dealing with credit card company as they are impossible to deal with---Natural lawn! Dont use them they promise and dont deliver!

They started great but got worse. Every problem from burnt spots on my lawn to technician skipping sections. Can t even get an apology. Find another lawn care company.

I just had my first service call by James Shore. He was very professional. We walked the property together and he listened as i asked questions and mentioned concerns. He did a good job.

The folks at NLA-Bucks have greatly improved how my lawn looks in just one season. I switched to them when after 3 seasons using another companies services I didnt see much improvement. James S. is usually the applicator for our property and he always does a great job and is responsive to any requests (for example, spot treating a certain area that needs a little more attention). I switched from Truegreen after hearing the wonderful ads, I couldn t be more disappointed in my choice, .The technician on numerous occasions should have realized the lawn was too wet and left ruts and last season the health of the lawn was obviously getting worse I was told it may take some time because I switched services. Yep, this year the lawn is very green but now the lawn is a mess.....weeds, dandelions and so visibly bad it has solicited negative comments from my neighbors. Can t wait any longer. Buyer be aware.

Second application: Grub Control - Philip did a good job in explaining the purpose of the visit and he willingly accepted the constructive feedback from the first visit regarding overlapping the spreader paths. He was also conscientious in ensuring that he understood where the property lines were, so that he had good coverage. Im hoping I see a better reduction in weeds after the next application, though. Still seeing dandelion, clover, and chickweed intermingled with the grass.

This was our first opportunity to meet John T as we just started with NaturaLawn this year. He greeted my wife and I, walked the yard with us, answered all of our questions, recorded the name of a specific weed my wife had inquired about on the paperwork left behind, and took care to avoid our hardscaping when applying the lawn treatment. He also told us to call if, for any reason, we werent happy with the service. Our first impression was very positive.

We are going into our third season with Naturalawn. Kevin has been servicing our lawn from the beginning and has made great improvements and is continuing to help fix our problem areas. While some of these areas are not improving as quickly as we hoped, we feel like Kevin is genuinely invested in our property and wants the money we are spending on lawn care to be worthwhile. Lee was awesome. When he arrived he was extremely friendly and professional. We spoke for a few minutes about my concerns with mosquitos, i am allergic and swell up badly. i have been with naturalawn of america for two years now and i couldn t be happier. everyone in this company is super friendly and knowledgable, and their employees are truly great about giving great customer service. my last visit was done by a technician named phil who was fantastic! i forgot he was coming(even though they emailed me and left me a voice message in advance) so i ran out and asked if he could give me time to clean up my fenced in backyard(i have two dogs)..not only did he patiently wait for me to clean up dog poop but he also explained to me about red thread and how it affects my lawn health and then he even picked up some trash in my yard that had blown over in the previous night s storm and placed it on my patio so i could get rid of it...phil really was very pleasant and patient and went over and above what i would consider great customer service! i highly recommend this company!

We currently use Naturalawn of America. I have been overall very satisfied with their service. They provide stop-over weed control between fertilizer sessions and I happened to see Andre C. across the street from my home. I inquired about him just stopping over to control some of my newly grown weeds. At first he was hesitant because he wanted to make sure that he had enough weed-killer and time to service all of his appointments for the day (which I appreciate). However, only after a moment, he told me that he would take care of it no problem. Extremely personable and reliable service. Highly recommend this company.

Jason B. has been absolutely great to work with and deserves fives stars himself. We started with quite the mess and have been making progress. The violets and ivy that used to dominate the yard are now under control. Were still battling Japanese Stilt Grass, which is tough. Once we knock out the persistent stilt grass, this review jumps to five stars.

We have 4 large dogs that love to play in the bushes, and I cant stand even seeing a tick . Only once have we had to call them to come back, because of finding a tick. Touré has been an excellent representative for Natural Lawn this year. We d give him five stars. He calls us the day before the service as we ve requested. We ve asked for extra attention to certain areas and he always takes the time. Also five stars for Brenda in the office. The company itself gets three stars. Unfortunately, we haven t always had such professional service with other techs. If we could get that level of service we get from Touré and Brenda all the time, we d rate the company itself much higher.

I have been using them for several years. My lawn is well cared for by them. I also use them for tick and mosquito care, as I have dogs that play in the yard. My only problem with my yard is weather related and that s not due to them. I would recommend them. Update...I am still quite satisfied with Natural Lawn of American. Lawn Care is excellent. They use safe products for my dogs. The technicians provide excellent customer service and know what they are doing. Seth P, the last tech answered my questions willingly and completely. I get periodic calls when the weather makes it necessary, to advise me on how to care for my lawn on hot and dry days.I still highly recommend them.

We have just as many weeds as when we did the lawn ourselves. We dig weeds in the evening. Very disappointed. As a follow up to this...the company has reached out to me about the issue so I am adding a star for customer service.

Did not hold up to deal burned a big area of lawn told different story by different techs about what happened for 2 months trying to get refund once again different stories After response from owner that a refund will be issued I still do not have a refund and no one from this office can give me an update on status of when it will be issued they will not give me any info this issue started June 19, 2019 it is now October 18, 2019

I wised it worked but for us our lawn never looks so bad. We have 3 dogs and love the concept of natural lawn care. The customer service was good as they followed up and kept retreating but after 1.5 years we gave up. Weeds had over taken the lawn. What was most disappointing was once we canceled, which was confirmed in writing they continued to bill us for another service they did by mistake. After repeated emails and several calls we have reported them to the BBB. Beware of this company, their prices are high and service promises much more than they deliver!

Ryan R. is our specialist and he is always friendly and our lawn looks fantastic even with a 40 lb dog. He goes above and beyond, actually noticing if there is a problem (bare spots , etc )and correcting it on the spot.

First and foremost - customer service is exceptional. Ive had a few people working with me over the ~5 years Ive used the service (while my kids were small), all of them very caring and nice - though this past summer with Jonathon Spell has been the best, hes very knowledgable and thorough on top of that. I will say that my last star has to be that while they do their best with the natural treatment, Im not positive the actual results couldnt be better if I were to go with some non-natural.

Despicable company. Their low Google rating is very well earned. Im not sure that I can expand on Lou Caputos post, but I can say that they did the exact same things to me. They gave me a very convincing sales pitch about how their service was superior to any other service in the region. They had me convinced that my lawn needed treatments 10 times per year and that I would be blown away with the results. The sales guy told me that I would start seeing results almost immediately. Fast forward one year later and my lawn looks the exact same. It hasnt degraded which is good, I guess, but there was no noticeable improvement whatsoever. I was willing to write this experience off as a lesson to myself, but then they came and treated my lawn this March without my permission. I had already signed up with a different lawn service and had no intention on going with Nature Lawn again this year. When I called to let them know of their error, the representative became extremely hostile and argumentative. This was when I realized exactly what a shady company they are. They threatened to send me to collections over their $110 Soil Amendment visit that I never asked for. What started as a too-good-to-be-true promise about green grass has now turned into blackmail over my credit score. Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Let my experience be your forewarning.

A big disappointment. We were promised in year 3 our lawn would look great. It now looks worse than it did when they started. Weve complained to their management and they delay coming out to inspect the lawn. Im guessing they do that in hopes that now that spring is finally here the lawn will fill in and theyll have nothing to address. I canceled their service today in favor of another company.

I had my annual aeration and over seeding today. The technician Gerhart Arndt) did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough, taking extra care to properly treat bare spots and address other problems. He made suggestions concerning ongoing care, including mowing adjustments, watering, etc. He was also very efficient, personable and courteous. Gerhart also cleaned off the driveway....a superb job overall! I was very pleased with todays service.

Seems like our harsh and prolonged winter has had a negative impact on my lawn rejuvenation. I happened to catch my technician, Bill, as he was applying my early Spring treatment. We discussed some issues with thin turf growth rates even though I had aeration and overseeing during the fall. Bill was respectful and professional in responding to my questions and concerns. He provided insights and suggestions with ways to overcome the harsh winter and improve the overall health and appearance of my lawn. Natural Lawn of America has been great. This is the first time I have had lawn service and I was surprised by how quickly they came out and the weeds started dying. They both looked at my lawn and said it was called Red Burn. With the crazy weather thats been occurring, this is resulting in this Red Burn. They were extremely professional and stated that NLA will come out and do another treatment to remedy this problem. Thank God I ran into Lance and Ben, they were extremely helpful. Just had lawn serviced this morning by Bill. Always shows up when expected and lets me know he is here so I can make sure our dog is not in the back yard when the gate is opened. This is our second season with NaluraLawn and we are extremely happy with the results.

Warning!!! Do NOT use this company! They are the con artists of the natural lawn care business. They say whatever you need to hear to get your money and get you in a contract. My lawn looks exactly the same if not worse since starting with this company in 2016. I was also under the impression that when I called in the spring to end my service after my year was up theyd discontinue my service. Nope. They came out again, charged me, and said it auto renews and canceling in the spring is not possible. When I called to complain about the bill and the service they said, do not worry about this, well take care of the bill. Not true again, they ended up charging me when they couldnt get me to sign up for another year. They are sales people, not your friendly neighborhood lawn service. When you call to say the applications are not making a difference they just have a technician come out to put some more organic sprays on. They are in and out in less than 10 minutes. In response to your response.... Not true that you called and let us know you were coming to spray in the spring. There is no record of that and no message ever left on phone. I also called to cancel in the spring. The bottom line is that you would think after we payed over $500 to this company for the annual service Natural Lawn of America would happily refund us our measly $67.60 to show good business conduct. It seems like a no brainer to me. But you can see with reviews of this company that I am not the first customer to be upset and angry with this companys business conduct and quality of landscaping.

My technician LANCE has done an outstanding job with his attention to service for my concerns and answers questions. I have a fenced back yard for 5 dogs that I m very particular about flea and tick treatment coverage. I ve been with Natural Lawn for many years, with many techs, some not so responsive! I called and complained, the situation was taken care of. Lance as been very attentive and knowledgeable. I thank him for his services. Hope he stays with the company. As for the company, my lawn looks better then any other in the neighborhood without using harmful chemicals!

Grass has never looked greener! Been with them for three years and am very happy. I started because of clover overtaking the yard and wanted something safe for my kids and dog. They took care of the clover and discovered other weeds that they proactively treated as well. Referred several neighbors and friends to them. I highly recommend them!

Mike morini takes excellent care of my lawn. He cleans up all walkways and driveway of any spillage.

We have been using Natural Lawn now for three months. Our entire experience has been wonderful. When I called and spoke with Brenda she was so friendly, informative and patient. We had an infitial treatment, and since then Steve Kyle has been taking care of our lawn. Steve is truly exemplary! He is throrough and meticulous. He takes his time with questions, always greets us with a smile and never makes me feel rushed (even though I know he is busy). We are so pleased with Natural Lawn and our yard improves every month!

To be honest, Im not a fan of lawn treatment services, but my husband contracted with this company a few years ago. I appreciate the organic treatments. Staff is very courteous and always personally explain the treatment before application. Lance has been very cordial, informative and extremely professional. My husband is very pleased with the services and quick response to inquiries. All in all, Im slowly coming around to the idea of lawn treatments and would definitely recommend NaturaLawn. We have been using Naturalawn service for about 5 years now, and have been very pleased. We love Steve Kyle. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to explain services before and after completing them. My husband and I appreciate that he is careful when treating around our pool, in addtion to the rest of the property. Steve is always able to spot problems areas before they develop and provides a lot of information about insects and disease. He is a pleasure to talk to and always has a positive and good attitude!

Thomas is an excellent technician and had great comments about our yard. In general he is thorough, knowledgeable and punctual. Very happy with Naturalawn. In the few years we have been using the service, our lawn has never looked better. For anyone reading this review, dont hesitate to sign up and use the services but you MUST do fall aeration and over-seeding along with the treatments. It makes a HUGE difference!

Weve only been using NaturaLawn for a few months, but we are happy so far. We had used another very good lawn service (with very good results) for years but stopped when we began to have children (we didnt want them playing in grass laden with chemicals, especially glyphosate). We are very blessed to have found NaturaLawn, so that we can have the same great results without toxic chemicals.

Business does not offer lawn mowing services but does offer insect/weed control, etc. Was disappointed to hear about the mowing service but they were super nice on the phone and offered sources for local lawn mowing suggestions. Considering I called them at 830 in the morning, I was very pleasantly surprised.

Great experience with this company. They helped get an old tired lawn back to looking lush and green at our old house. This summer at our new place they have been spraying for ticks , fleas and mosquitos. No more ticks and only a couple of stray mosquitos. So glad to be using natural pest control keeping us healthy, safe and happy. All interactions with office and techs are good, in particular Ryan Reed and James Johnson are conscientious and work diligently. Thanks so much.

On Sept 19 your Tec Pat was at My home.we discussed my problem. He felt it was as a result of grubs.I emailed you on Sept 30 asking when the area would be addressed Pat called me back on Sept 19th and stated a crew would be out take dead area put topsoil down and reseed bare spots. He also said that that an additional application of grub control would be applied. The re application happened last week. Today Oct 11st the Tec that did the re application call me to tell me he did it last week. I know this. He left a service slip of paper. That being said, my email question was not answered. When will they. be out to rake, apply topsoil and reseed the bare spots. I hate using a review sight. But maybe ill get the answer. The growing season in closing quickly. Part 2 Its now Tuesday Oct 2, 2018. I have gotten two calls today reference to my lawn problems. The company will be sending out a crew to take care of the past grub problems. As a result of my contacting NLA I would like to say thanks for listening to me, your follow. Up treatment and now topsoil and seeding my damaged curb line and rear yard. I would like to add that NLA have always followed up with calls and or retreatment once the problem has been corroborated and a plan put in place. Awful. We prepaid for one year and had weeds all summer and then this year they came out and is trying to bill us for another season that we never signed up for. There was never a signed contract or request for renewal. Terrible business ethics and their product doesnt work. BEWARE of using this Company.

All the ingredients for a scummy company. Lets start with added services spam phone calls. Every week they call during the fall for flea and ticks for pets...I dont have pets. Next we have customer recovery team which is a sign that the business fails to hold onto customers. They spam call and ask you why you dont want their service. Then we have the AUTO RENEW. Despite me asking in 2016 if the service is auto-renew and their response was no sir. Come 2017 they are trying to bill me for a service application. Despite immediately cancelling once I found out they visited once in 2017, they still insist on billing you. So lets review the scumbag tactics: 1. Spam customers for added services 2. Spam customers once they cancel 3. Suddenly lose your cancellation and apply service 4. INSIST on billing you for the service the following year 5. Lie about the auto renew service Most reputable businesses dont force customers to pay for unwanted services with auto-renew issues. What makes it worse is I hate auto-renew and I always make sure to ask about it. I am 100% positive they told me there was no auto-renew when the first year began. Lets top it all off with the fact my lawn didnt change 1 bit after the first year. Their sales people said Id see improvements through the first summer...now the sales pitch is, you really got to give the service 2-3 years to work.

Horrible service! and they will show up next year without your permission! We have been using NaturaLawn of America lawn service for several years. The service quality has deteriorated over the time. The lawn at our backyard was in very bad condition at the beginning of last year. So we decided to stop the service. We only decided to renew the service after a lengthy conversation with a service representative, who promised me that the lawn condition will improve. The service was not improved last year. So we decided to not use the NaturaLawn service this year (year 2017). Recnetly I was called by NaturaLawn service, saying that I should pay for the first service, which I didnt request for at all. The representative argue that the service is renewed automatically, per the attached service agreement. Actually I am not aware of this agreement. I never saw this agreement when I signed the contract before. The contract I signed only includes the pricing information and the number of services. Overall just very bad experience!

Switched to NL and havent looked back. Was using one of the more common names out there for a few years but havent been please with the results as there were a number of places weeds kept coming back and they raised their prices multiple times. I like the idea of safe products being used on the lawn, as NL told me we can walk on the lawn immediately without harm to pets or ourselves (however, recommended not to to allow the product to settle for at least 1 hour.) Price is good as the results are better than the previous company using harsh chemicals. So far, so good.

Ive used Nauralawn for at least 7 years (if not more) from way back when they used to just provide the ammendments for you to apply yourself. While I really liked the DIY aspect of their previous approach, the techs are good at what they do and seem to know their stuff. Im currently in my 2nd home using Naturalawn and it needed some serious TLC to get the lawn healthy again. Just like at my first home, Im seeing good year over year improvements, but its a marathon, not a sprint. People need to be patient to see results, but they do come. Im a huge fan of this service and recommend it to my neighbors when they (invariably) ask why my lawn looks so much better than theirs. ;-)

After hearing a radio add I decided to give this company a call 2 years ago.I had a terrible clover and nutsedge problem along with a really thin lawn. The salesman was fantastic and the guys treating my lawn have done such a fantastic job of addressing my lawns needs since I ve signed up. My clover problem is not a problem and if nutsedge pops up they come out free to eliminate it and the lawn has gotten thicker and greener each year! I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

My technician Shayne has been doing a great job treating my lawn. He takes his time and treats all weeds diligently and the lawn has been getting much thicker and greener since we signed up earlier this year! I highly recommend Naturalawn.

Just cancelled. Had two treatments in a span on 3 or 4 months. Horrible horrible communication (NONE). Simply forgot we existed apparently. It should not take two weeks and multiple phone calls on my part to reschedule due to rain. Then to go over 8 week until the next scheduled treatment which I called them about. I really wanted this to work because I would prefer their products but I cant use them if they dont even show up. I will clarify that I did received ONE phone call in the span of 8 weeks and it was to try and sell me a mosquito product, not to check on a new customer or anything helpful.

I just cancelled my service and I wish I could give them a more negative review, but Im trying to take the high road. Wow, after spending nearly $300 thus far this season, I feel like I was really scammed. I should have read the reviews concerning this location. Maybe some of the other offices are run more professionally, but if you are in the Collegeville or Landsdale area, look for another option.or just do it yourself. My issue is that the so called technician was out 3 weeks ago and treated my lawn just before our vacation. Never noting all the weeds that I had issues with and just giving the usual, dont mow too short in the heat (which I never do), keep traffic to a min etc...my 8 year old could have provided better insight> Upon returning from vacation, not only were the weeds growing taller than ever, the TECH drove his equipment up and down my newly sealed driveway in 100 degree temperatures leaving COOL new patterns all over my driveway. Unfortunately, I didnt want lines all over my driveway; I was hoping they would fade, but no luck. I contacted Natural Lawn and they said they would send a manager out to look at my concerns. One week later on the day John was still not out as promised. So I called again and left a message, he finally came out, but instead of calling me as requested, he left a message on my wifes phone, saying he would schedule someone to come out and treat my weeds. Apparently, John has trouble with his vision or likes driveway graffiti since he has no idea what Im talking about with the driveway issues??? I called again today at 8:30 this morning and requested a call back from John. Yes, you guessed it, I never got a call back.Driveway issues aside, the lawn looks AWEFUL...its been almost a month with the weeds growing crazy. I still and still no treatment for my weed issues...or at least a date that they are going to treat them...Im just going to do it myself this weekend. Dont waste your money with these loosers your better off with True Green for 1/2 the price and at least they give a damn!!!

I asked for my lawn to be seeded and they refused. I spent my own $$$ and time and seeded it myself, and then they killed my new lawn with the next treatment after I had called and asked them not to treat the new grass. I called to complain, they denied it. I cancelled unless they reimburse me and they said they were not at fault and nothing they could do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT HONEST AT ALL!

I wish i can take away stars from this rating....BEWARE they will promise you everything from insect control to overseeding just to get you to sing a contract with them. But they will NOT do any of the work as promised. I had to call three times for a single service call for weed control (took over 3 weeks for them to comeout for this single service call) . I had asked for insect control spray, the guy who came out to my house said he does not have insect control spray on his truck, when i had requested this service on the phone when they called me the night before. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS A LIE.. i am still getting calls from them since i had declined credit card transaction...STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKS

Terrible. I think now I have much more weeds then I did before I had a year of their services. Also, I did not sign a contract for the next year, but they kept coming and insisted on charging me for the visit. Kept calling me all the time. It is impossible to cancel the service. Just as pests - once in, very hard to get rid of.

Not only does it not work, I was told by a former technician that many of them simply drive up to the house, see if a client is home, and mark off treatment was completed even if it wasnt if they can tell no one is home. Additionally, their administrative office did not appropriately cancel my MILs service when she moved AS SHE HAD REQUESTED and has been harassing her for payment for 6 months. They have since sent the bill to collections and refuse to honor a previous conversation stating that they would delete the invoice. This place is a sham and preys on the elderly. No NOT use them!

My lawn looks great!!! I signed up this year(March) once my yard became too much for me to maintain. As a single mother concerned about chemicals, I looked into naturalawn. After two treatments, my lawn is looking great and I even have neighbors asking who or what I use. The front looks perfect. The back has improved, since my children and dog spend most of their time in the back, I knew it would take time. I recommend using naturalawn. Id give 5 stars but I only had two treatments.

No Stars - this service is such a sham. I considered using them because they are organic and didnt want my kids and dog around harsh chemicals. They would come out and treat the lawn once a month with free service calls to treat any weeds that would grow in between monthly treatments. I would call for a service call, and they would tell me I was close to my next treatment so they would just move my treatment up a week. I used the service for 2 years. I was committed to getting the lawn in order and figured the first year would be a primer year. I followed their mowing and watering recommendations and yet my lawn was dying.The following spring, I noticed even more weeds than I ever had before. I then began to see dirt patches. They showed up treating my lawn for the second year despite me canceling. I called and they gave me a discount and lots of empty promises. They would also call and harass my wife at least once a week trying to sell more services. I did not renew my service and a technician again came out and treated the lawn. I received a bill and told them I was not paying as I had cancelled. They finally stopped coming. Once you hire them, you cant get rid of them. I filed complaints with FTC, FCC and BBB. Terrible Business. I cant believe they still exist. Hopefully no one will have their wallets or their lawns burned by this company.

This company has been calling my house for weeks. I am on DNC list and never done business with them. Im filing a complaint with the DNC, FCC and BBB.

This company is charging me for services i did not order. They telemarketed me and i payed for 1 year. They then said i had to cancel when i specifically said i would pre pay only for one year. Now i have to dispute with the credit agencies. It just goes to show never order anything from a telemarketer. I will now simply goto hd or lowes buy the stuff I need and have someone apply it for 10 bucks. saving at least 200 bucks a year.

If you want weeds and bad customer service - go ahead and use them. I did last year (2011) and my lawn was horrible. They sprayed for weeds once only because I happened to catch the guy and ask him. The rest of the time they just dropped the bag and run back to their vehicle and did not treat for weeds. I was home most times, so I could see them. They call several times a month to get you to use more of their services and do not want to stop calling. Also, they automatically renewed my service and keep harassing me although I have told their people who called that I do not want their service anymore. Such unprofessional and horrible service! I cannot believe they are in business.
