I dont know the difference between crabgrass and Dallas grass. I hired The Weedman to get rid of the weeds in my lawn. Still got WEEDS!!!!!!!

We set up the service to remove weeds from our yard. The first service was performed during heavy rain (surveillance video). We reported heavy weeds were still in our yard. A free follow up was done. Now 2 weeks later after another call a tech came out and said we had a weed that was an up charge to get rid of it. What? I just wanted someone to get the weeds out of my yard and this experience is very exhausting. If you understand exactly what weeds you have, are willing to pay up charges and continue to wait while your yard has weeds this is the place for you. I do not recommend.

Not satisfied with my yard. Weeds in front and back after treatment. Grass has brown on tips of blades.

I took advantage of the special they had. John Mims did a excellent job servicing my yard. John was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Jon Deese did an excellent job in treating the crab grass and nutsedge. We switched over to Weedman from another service provider and have been impressed with the consistency and quality of the service. Jon evaluated our yard and recommended a few things we could improve on our to have a better lawn.

I reached out to Weed Man for information about their services and received excellent customer service. I got all of the information that I was looking for, and will reach back out to them when my company makes a decision. I ve witnessed their excellent service at some of their other customers, and will definitely use them when the time comes.

Lawn care is not something that just happens at the snap of your fingers( We Wish though)but if you just give it some time, patience and a little bit of work on your end that is the recipe for success. Every lawn is different just like people. Just have to let time improve your lawn!

Poor customer service. Seeing no results after a few applications, I decided to cancel my account. They just automatically renew the service the second year which I didn t asked for, this is not how you earn your business. I m not willing to pay for the service I didn t want and didn t asked for. If You want the business do a better job to keep the customers

I have used this service for the last 2 years and and have not been pleased. I opted for the year 2021 not to be contracted for their services. I paid monthly for services rendered. Today I canceled Weedman services and was told that I had an outstanding balance. I paid my account up one week ago. I received no sufficient explanation as to why I had a balance. The quality of service is not worth the price. The individuals performing the treatment were nice, but the product quality is not good.

The service tech I have is great. The office people are terribly rude, always different, say they will call back and don t, service is super inconsistent, they are not responsive, and send out and charge for services without confirming with you that they are needed/wanted.

Called to get .5 acres of grass cut - the office lady was very nice but appered interested only in selling me a lawn care package and not very concerned with my needs.

At my previous address, I used Weed Man and my yard had never looked so good. Our rep was always very responsive. Fast forward a few years at a new address... not so much. Maybe different service personnel... Slowly losing the faith.

We had good results for the first few months, but after experiencing long wait times in between rescheduling and inconsistent service quality we chose to cancel our account. We did experience great customer service after cancelling, but for now will not be resuming service.

This is our 2nd year and I am very happy with the results. We had bare spots and where we had grass the weeds were everywhere. We now have a full blanket of grass. Thick grass. The people in Dothan and Montgomery are very nice and professional on the phone. I get call backs to see how things are going. Big plus is they call in advance to tell you they are coming and actually show up. You don t get that with lots for folks. The associates who come to your hope are very polite and seem to want their products to work and get you the results they promise and you desire. They have even come back to see how things are looking. I recommend them to any and all. If you have an awful yard they will fix it. If you want your yard maintained they will do that. I give them a Triple AAA Five Rating!

Weed Man has done an excellent job. I had used other services and one even told me I needed to re-sod the whole yard. Within a few months of using Weed Man my grass has filled in tremendously. I know it will take awhile but wow, it looks great. So happy.

Great company, I use them for my Federal Contract in Montgomery. Whenever I have a issue/ concern they normally respond within 24 hours at the latest. Technicians have always been very professional and give recommendations if they see an issue. Would definitely recommend.

I havent used them. I like to cut my grass myself. I have lived in my house for three years now and Ive had to deal with them pretty much harrassing me. Calling me all the time. Ive blocked their number but they always find a way to call back. And they always come to my house offering estimates. Ive been politely telling them for years that I like to things for myself. Its like they dont get the point. Today I finally told them not to call me anymore or come to my house anymore. Its borderline stalking. They have been harrassing me for business for way too long. I wasnt trying to be rude I just got tired of them.

Told me they would be out to service my lawn in a couple weeks. Never showed up. When I called they said I was on the schedule and would be out by the end of they week. Never showed up.

After I fired TruGreen I hired Weedman. I have not been happier! every neighbor of mine has complimented my lawn and the major transformation. I have a degree in horticulture and dont appreciate being lied to by TruGreen and always up sold. They have never done this at Weedman

We have use several lawn services over the years and Weed Man is the BEST service we have ever had.Their rate is about the same as all others but they treat you lawn like it is their own. I have a nut grass problem and every time it springs up they kill it at not extra cost. My lawn is dark green all summer long and they put down the winter and spring weed per-emergent just in time !!! A great company; I no longer worry about the lawn.

ABSOLUTELY the worst company out there. I had a young lady come through our neighborhood and ask if I would like a free estimate on servicing my yard. I told her yes and within a few days I had a phone call with my estimate. Everything started good with speaking with both employees. The SALESPERSON (Gail) told me I would get 5 different applications over the year. I told her I had a previous lawn company (which Ill be returning too) and they have done most treatments. She told me to find out when they were last out and call back. I didnt call Weed Man back before they came out so they decided to go ahead and do two applications on my yard when I did not approve both applications. We paid $40 and a couple of days later had another invoice in the mail. I called them to ask why I had another invoice and they told me they did two applications, even though I didnt give them authorization to do it. The playing manager (DAVID) said that I said Yes when I didnt, so he proceeded to tell me he was going to go and pull the recording of the original phone call. He called back told me that I never said yes to the weed killer application but that I was supposed to call them back. Because I didnt they went ahead anyways and charged me for it. They will do anything they can to get money. There are videos on Youtube showing they are scamming people and all the franchises are taught to do the same and that is to screw the customers. If you would like to try them just beware. You will not get anything good out of it.
