Tru green in prattville is terrible.sprayed for army worms and one week later my lawn is destroyed.called four times and cut off all four times. What has happened to good service?

Mr. Gutierrez ensured I received the proper chemicals on the lawn that treated an aggressive grass species know as Torpedo Grass. After the application I can see definite improvements

We went to another popular company for a year and a half but ended up switching back because we had more spring weeds than ever before. TruGreen may be a big corporation but they have actual agronomists, not just a local guy who thinks he is.

My yard grass is very damaged by this service and he just ask and sent invoices mean time I canceled my service two time but still I do not know they guys come and do continue for me I paid last 96 dollar and tell please do not do again I will not pay. But this time they did again my yard service and sent me invoice 42 and 52 dollar I am really very tired . Please never choose this company.

Technicians and customer support are responsive to customers request. Wasnt seeing the results I expected with the weed application. Contacted customer suport and addressed my concerns, within in few days a technician was dispatch off schedule and addressed the weeds. Now just waiting to see if the chemical applied will reveal the desire results. Will post results in a few weeks.

They charged me additionally even though the one year service was not finished. I paid a year service last August. But they charged me for one time service fee additionally without any notice. They didn t ask me to renew the service or go with one time service. The customer service was poorest. Also, the lawn service was too. Very sneaky company.

They came out a few days after I ordered services and were very clear about what I needed to do and when theyd be back.

Nicholas is very informative and knowledgeable about my lawn. He answers my questions completely. I have learned a lot about managing my lawn. I recommend TruGreen if you want a beautiful lawn.

Finally someone who knows about grass. My service provider, Mr. Paul Lee did my service today and I got someone who answer my questions. I was complaining about the crabgrass in my backyard and he informed that the grass in my yard was not crabgrass but dallas grass. All this time I was under the impression that this was crabgrass and the other providers that came to my house never bothered to tell me, not crabgrass but dallas. They just continued to fertilized that stinking dallas grass, which by the way, spreaded through out my back lawn. My zoysia grass was being choked out by that disgusting stuff. Paul told me what needs to be done to eradicate that dallas grass and to bring back my zoysia. It will take a while but I am in this to win it. So from now on, dont send anyone but Paul to take care of my lawn.

They keep servicing the wrong address then make us wait 5 more days just to come back out to do the wrong address again. We have a fenced yard that is locked and they claimed they serviced the yard but they did nkt! This is the third time they claim to service our property but dont. I told them they need to call beforehand and they didnt they called after they serviced but we didnt unlock the gate so they couldnt have. Not worth the almost 400 we paid! Go with a different company. By the time they actuallqy service for mosquitoes they wont be a problem because it will be too cold out...

This is the second application to my lawn. I was told that thier policies would not allow this even if it said that they would. There seems to be a problem with office and personell completing the task of keeping customers satisfied because someone recommended that they only spot treat who does not see the lawn.

Dont ever call me ever again. This was the rudest phone call I have ever received. The guy that called me said he could get my yard looking better. He went ahead ahead and told me they had a promotion going on. I said well the quote we got on the phone the day prior (85.- per treatment) was too high for us. He then said he didnt even tell me the price yet and what was the point of me calling trugreen if I didnt want to improve my yard. I told him that it advertised organic on their website that is why I was intrigued. He hung up on me.

Well who knew they re going to have your card prepaid for the amount of $400+ amount. This is crazy and it takes them forever to schedule an appointment.

Called to have weed control service at our home in Alabama. Paid in advanced for Basic Plan. Received many conflicting calls later with incorrect information as to my billing information,my HOR,etc. Appears that they had my information confused with someone else in another state. Finally received call back with apology.,saying the mixup was their fault. Service time given was between 10-12 PM on 3/15. Since it is a second home we had someone there to unlock gate..at 9:45 AM. No one came until 3::50 PM.

The actual service is decent for what you pay for probably a 4 of 5 stars. The customer service is the worst Ive ever encountered. You cant get a hold of a representative. I waited on the line for over an hour with no answer and today they wont even pick up the phone. I cannot rate their customer service any lower. It is terrible.

Constant weeds and you can see where the applicators stop walking forward and just try to spray but miss 1/3 rd of my lawn.

Called them out to spray my yard never came half the time came when they wanted to call not Spring but putting the sign in the yard after we cancelled our services they came out anyway at 6:00 a.m. in the morning I am livid no would not recommend them for my dog

Send the most unprofessional people I think they can find to work for them. They do not come until you call and complain, then they show up before 6:30am even when account is marked after 8 am. DONT PAY UP FRONT WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!

Have sprayed 2x now for weeds in my lawn.... with no success or any change.... paid extra for mosquito spray also.... again been out 2x and still have them..... I call and customer service is rude and take forever to even get back out for retreatments. Wish I hadnt paid for the full year up front

My technician Alfonzo Moore was very professional, he notified me when he arrived. As well before he departed I had a chance to ask questions and he was very understanding and to the point. I must add he made my day and I m a satisfied customer. If I could give all 10 s , I do.

My aging parents used their service for many years. And decided to stop using them. Now sometimes they call twice a day to try to get them back on their service. We have asked them to stop calling for 3 months. Had 2 calls today. Please try a local small company that has the same services... many to choose from in Montgomery. Save the harassment. I hope this dont get erase like they did on their site. My first time using trugreen and they went into my account and took extra money. For over a week they been lying to me that they refunded my money. I was told last Tuesday and Friday that my refund was done. Well I called this Tuesday only to speak with a different person that said only one of the refund was done. The other one was just done when I was on the phone. They took two extra payment from my account. I did a review on their site they took it down. They only want you to see the good. Dont trust them and I want stop giving them a review until my money they stole is back in my account. THIEF

For services paid in advance: Lawn and Mosquito. We started using Trugreen June 2019. Received notification that a service was scheduled in June which never happened. We had to call and advise them that it didn t happen when, at which time, the automated system said it was. Unbelievable, it happened again this month. Not only do I work from home, but we have cameras that provide immediate notification as soon as someone approaches our home. We reviewed our cameras both times and didn t find where the services had been provided. Had to call them yet again to let them know the service wasn t provided and have invited them to review the cameras. One time is not acceptable and certainly not two occasions. BE ATTENTIVE TO WHETHER YOU ARE RECEIVING SERVICE OR NOT!

I ve been happy with the service we have received over the previous two years. I m going with 4/5 stars because I had a horrible experience with their on-call customer support over an incorrect bill. After being put on hold for several minutes, I hung up and called back. Eventually, I spoke with Mr. Brook who had excellent customer service skills, listened to my issue, and resolved it. Mr. Brook needs a raise!

The service they sell is ok. I mustve been on the naughty list because they only sprayed for mosquitos the day of or day prior to a storm. They did this all summer so the service was minimally effective. I called to complain and they would come spray in 2 weeks at the same time the next service was due anyway. I had no intentions of using them this year so i never called them. They just showed up yesterday. When I called oh we automatically renew the service. Well Ill automatically block that payment. And guess what? 100% change of thunderstorm withing hours of spraying. still sprayed.

I set up an account with TruGreen in Feb 19. To this date, Ive yet to receive appropriate pest control treatment!!! The tech, against my stated desire, sprayed twice for mosquitoes!! Upper management has promised to financially compensate me for this indiscretion. This action does make the situation a bit more bearable. It is best to $pay as you go$ for potential bargaining power.

Truegreen is a shady business....I dont even do business with them but yesterday one of the reps treated my yard and left a truegreen sign in my yard with out my consent or permission. Truegreen as a company sucks and are some crooks!

Yard technician did not service my yard. He got out of the truck and placed signs in the front and back yard. I got it all on camera.

If you ever cancel your service they will harass you to come back. Im to the point I just curse them out now its so aggravating. My front yard has bad runoff and doesnt do well with their application. Never did they once offer up any professional advice other than the obvious water your lawn. They were also inconsistent with how they applied the spray. They got their money. Also, dont settle on pricing they always try to rip you off at first with their salesman bs. Dont do the mosquitoes treatment.

Horribly nasty people. Long time customer. Despite the ever increasing burden of crabgrass, I never complained about the lawn service, UNTIL they herbicide blasted my garden. When I called the (nameless, faceless) out-of-town call center, I got equal parts attitude and stupidity. NEVER AGAIN. Take my advice, hire a local company that actually gives a dang.

Tru green is very awful no good service and works when they want to. The sales representative show no respect for no one .I highly recommend anybody not to use their services you are better doing the work yourself

I always had weeds in my yard even after the technician came out a second time. I called once and requested a supervisor come out and look at my lawn...I never saw anyone and they never contacted me. I asked that the technician call me before they came because I never knew they were in my yard...seemed they just left a sign and were gone. I had several calls about spraying my shrubs...each time I said no. I came home one day and found my shrubs had been sprayed without my knowledge or permission. I finally got tired of my yard looking so bad and all the money I was wasting, I canceled my service last Friday. I would not recommend TruGreen.

This company is a joke. I go through the whole process on the phone, get transferred to the audit Dept for more info. Im told Ill receive an email detailing everything we spoke about and my service would begin next week. No email was ever sent. I waited till Thursday and called asking when will someone come by. I was told that it takes 5 to 7 business days to get a phone call back! I was told that I wasnt even scheduled to receive service yet but it would be escalated and a manager would call me back in a day or two. I wanted to cancel so they got a supervisor on the phone. He promised someone would be out today. But Friday I get a call that this was the last week for the season so they would not be coming out on Monday and can they come on Saturday. I said what if it rains. The woman said you are right that may be a problem, Ill have a manager call you back. No one called back. I cancelled the service and I will make sure and let everyone I know that true green is a poorly run joke of a company.

The service was fine until I needed a service call. It took almost a month for a tech to come out. By then I already hired another company. I CANCELLED 7 TIMES and they still keep coming! They have treated the yard 3x and have been fired. THEY CALL EVERY DAY while Im at work... I return the calls to tell them they are fired...but THEY NEVER STOP. Just call Weedman. They are less expensive, do not charge extra for lime, and they come out within 36 hours!!! Another thing DO NOT try to upsell someone with a degree in horticulture! I know the difference between a disease in my shrubs and your inability to properly diagnose it! Do not trust the salesmen. TRUGREEN STOP CALLING RYAN WADE IN PIKE ROAD ALA!

Technicians are always professional and kind. Change does not happen overnight, like all things it takes time and it is well worth the wait. My yard is the envy of the neighborhood.

I had Jacob Byrd do my yard and we spoke at length on weed control and previous issues with the weeds not being eradicated even after numerous attempts. I watched as he sprayed my yard and he did the over lapping spray and said he would call me back on 4 August to check on a status and if would be needing a follow-up re-spray service call. This is good customer service and the way a company should be, conscientious employees and Jacob is sure one of them. Kudos for him as he represents Tru Green out in the field.

I am very satisfied with my TruGreen service and my specialist Christopher Roberts. He checks my lawn before he sprays and checks to see if I have any concerns before he sprays. He informs me if any pests have invaded my lawn or neighborhood and what I should look out for.

Our Trugreen tree and shrub specialist is highly knowledgeable about all of the trees and shrubs on our property and is quick to spot issues and immediately take care of them and our specialist knows exactly what to apply to all of our trees and shrubs to keep them healthy and beautiful.

I have had experienced some remaining lawn problems as a result of the hurricane and have been able to speak with my specialist lately about attention to those areas. He was very responsive, looked at the problem areas with me and then addressed my entire lawn.

Fraudulently charged treatments. When asked to give services paid for sprayer said he couldnt do it. Sprays only a quarter of the yard for 9 months. Claimed gate was locked. After showing the sprayer and the manager the gate was not locked. They offered only ONE application. The Montgomery branch lacks integrity and professionalism.

Trugreen has treated my lawn for fungus and regular service for fertilizer along with the pre emergence and post emergence weed control for keeping my lawn looking green and healthy. The service representative has always done a good job and I appreciate his efforts for keeping my lawn looking its best.

My lawn is important to me as I enjoy my yard daily. It also seems that it is used as a measure of the neighborhood! With that said my trees are just as important and I have had a couple of isssues that needed to be addressed and were handled quickly which saved one tree in particular. I appreciate I am treated with respect and educated about treatments and options. A team effort!

Ther service person arrived in a timely manner for the appointment. My lawn has experienced minimum weeds since the treatments began. I am satisfied with my services.

The lawn is beginning to look good. Weeds are definitely down from last year when I was on my own. Ive only had two treatments so far, but the specialist was obviously a pro and did a good job. June and July will be a better measure of bottom line performance.

We are on track; had to call out for addl. spray for nut-sedge/weeds; but have been satisfied overall... Lawn was in terrible shape when we bought the house & it has slowly started to come around thanks to my wife & Tru-Green...

I really wish they would stop calling me and trying to sell me services that they claim to do and when you call them out on the service not being done they act as if theyre going to make it right and never do! The sad thing is when you call in to speak with someone the operator/customer service rep. has know clue of how to get in touch with a supervisor or manger, and flat out told me she didnt know any mangers names or info. WOW Please Tru-Green Dont call me any more! Ive had the service since 1998 and the last few years have really taken a downturn as far as I can tell. --First Tru-Green killed my grass and never credited my account or made good on any promises it made to help get my yard back. --Now they are claiming that did work, while I was at home and I know that they didnt even enter my back yard period, and want to charge me. MONEY IS TO HARD TO COME BY TO JUST GIVE IT AWAY

TruGreen has greatly improved my yard and been very responsive to my requests. The past three times of service they have left my gate open and my dog has gotten out. I called the help line and they were very apologetic and have made notes on my work orders to make sure the gate is closed and latched after each service.
