My mother passed away in November 2023 notified Tim before her death that she was having problems with her yard never response. I have left repeated voicemails sent letters sent emails with no response that the account was serviced and I had a new company providing services. Right after her death, one of his workers came by and called and realized this account had been canceled. He stated that he would not be back and now all of a sudden they’ve started providing services again and I have a bill for $155 for three services for the past four month. I’m going to have to contact an attorney because she no longer owns the home to get them to stop servicing her yard as I have another lawn service taken care of their yard and they are ultimately destroying her yard with duplicate lawn treatment. I hope this Google review gets to Tim where he will discontinue a service on a home that is no longer owned by a deceased person or he will reach out to me from the letters, emails and voicemails, which have been left with him regarding this account. So now, I’m doing a Google review to also see if this will communicate that this account has been closed in December 2023 with the last payment made on November 9, 2023 no other payments will be made.
