Perfection Lawn Care & Landscape in Montgomery

Luis and his team are wonderful. He’s very professional and they do a great job. We hired them after our previous lawn guy left clumps of grass all over the yard and would miss spots. They came in and it was night and day from the last guy. The lawn was perfect and they cleaned everything up so well and so fast!

He serviced our lawn for about a year and his work was very good. However, he wouldn't come automatically every 2 weeks like we agreed, I would have to contact him any time I needed the lawn serviced. This summer he has clearly not been available because the last time he serviced my lawn was June 15th. I have reached out numerous times to have the lawn serviced and he promised he would be able to do it and then he wouldn't show up. Last week alone he said he would be available Wednesday (no show), then Friday (no show). I am understanding and empathetic of most people's circumstances when properly communicated to me. However, making promises and then breaking them repeatly is the best way to lose a customer's trust. If he could not provide services this summer, then that should have been communicated to me. I would have understood and made plans to find someone else. I hate to give bad reviews, but it really could be avoided if he communicated better.

They were very professional did a great job, always friendly and if they were delayed they would let me know.

I contacted them on Friday and they were out here on Monday. They did such a great job! They cleared off the roof, removed leaves, mowed, and cleaned everything up so nicely. I would definitely recommend them. Also, they stayed in communication with me which is a huge plus nowadays. Very professional.

Luis is polite and business like. His work performance was very professional. He did exactly what he agreed to do and even went beyond. He communicated with me very well and on a timely basis. I am very happy that I chose him to do the work instead of someone else. He is very knowledgeable about the landscaping work performed.

Luis was so fast and thorough. He was available last minute which was great.
