We are not customers but a neighbor across the street in New Monterey recently was. Hector, Chivo and Happo were consistently friendly, polite and respectful when interacting with all of us. Unlike many contractors and their employees, your crew left the work site and the street absolutely clean and stowed away after every single work day. No lunch litter, no construction debris, no loud music. We've talked to your customer and they and all of us are very satisfied with the high quality of your work. It looks great! We hired K&D Landscaping for a backyard renovation project. From the start they were very professional from bidding that started with Rudy estimating the project, to excellent project management with Jason who was always available to discuss any questions we had on the phone or come to the site. Jason was very professional, listened to our ideas and concerns, and offered options backed up by timely add alternate pricing. Our onsite crew Juan, and Hapo led by led by Hector the foreman are an excellent team. They kept our project on schedule and did amazing work. They always showed up to work on time and worked very hard all day. Hector checked in with us anytime they had a question regarding our vision and also had solutions to issues that arose during the rebuild. They also took extra steps to ensure the project was protected when the first big rains of the year came. They always kept a very clean worksite at the end of the day. Hector and crew were also very polite and professional. Our neighbors were very happy with how the site was maintained and were also impressed by the outcome. We are so happy with how the project has turned out and we definitely recommend using K&D Landscaping and requesting Hector and his crew.

The guys in Truck 51 park right outside my front door. They are efficient, friendly, quick, and quiet. When I m using our tennis courts, they will work around our irregular schedule. I ve enjoyed greeting g them each week for over a year. They are one important reason that we have pride in our small neighborhood.

I was pleasantly surprised, when I received a reply from K&D within one hour, and the very next day Jim, a company representative, showed up at our house. He was very professional and understanding, an half hour later a worker from the company , whose name Argenis RJ , began fixing the problem. RJ did a thorough job ameliorating the problem.
