We have had the same service man for years. He is a young family man who is personal, knowledgeable, professional and excellent at his work. I always look forward to seeing him. He answers any questions I might have. He would be a great neighbor.

I would give this business no stars, if that were an option. I learned about this business roughly two years ago from my landscaper. They have serviced two properties over that time. I was very happy with their work, until a new technician took over several months ago. Now one side of my tall fescue front yard is dead with only nutgrass and common Bermuda grass surviving. Three people from Lawnscape have looked at this and the only answer they have is to blame it on me. Both sides of the front yard have been treated equally. Only the right side is dead. My landscaper came over to evaluate the situation, and quickly concluded that area was over treated. Makes perfect sense. It would cost $700 to reseed. Because it is my opinion that the experts have some responsibility here, if not total, I called to ask for help. The manager again continued to blame me, told me about their 45 years in business, their business all over SoCal, their thorough state licensing, and generally about their infallibility. Really.

This is our second time using this company and you can t beat the value and the costumer service. If any weeds come back up in a year they do a respray and ours lasted far longer than the guaranteed year. I ll never spray my yard myself again!

Diego and Mike are very good technicians. Would like to say I have a technician assigned to me but I don t. That would be the only complaint. Have asked for Mike or Diego in the passes, was told I live to close to office. Don t understand why.

Set up a lawn aeration for tomorrow at 9am-10am on April 9th. Got a text just now saying they had to reschedule for Saturday... literally hours before the agreed upon date/time. Extremely unprofessional. Will not do business with a company like that.

I have used Lawnscape for my lawn maintenance for 10+ years. Michael, our technician for many years, is professional and attentive to the needs of our lawn. On the rare occasion we find an issue, Michael finds the problem and has already come up with the solution before I can come outside to tell him what I have found. My lawn is the envy of the neighborhood and I am quite proud of how it looks year round. I could not do it without Lawnscape!!!

My Lawn is magnificent. The service, in office and in the field is just as magnificent. Thank you Lawnscape. My lawn was covered with crab grass when I went to Lawnscape. It is now completely free of crabgrass and is beautiful.

ATTN MGMT: I witnessed several of your company vehicles/white dodge ram trucks speeding and driving very dangerously on the I-5 in Orange county last weekend. Vehicle #1603 also had road rage and was speeding and tailgating other vehicles. Please terminate all of these people immediately before they put you out of business!!!!!!!!

Contracted with Lawnscape Systems almost 6 years ago and have been VERY satisfied with the service. I dont have any pictures but I will tell you Michael treats us with his expertise and professionalism! We are permanent customers!

Best looking yard!

Beware of giving money for services in advance to this company relating to one year subscription verses paying on a monthly basis - once service is actually provided. Minimal discount incentive to pay a year in advance aside, I am very disappointed to report, that once Lawnscape Systems had my money they made no effort to provide the service or even respond to my concerns. I had used them for several years prior, on a pay as I went monthly basis with minimal issues. This year I paid for services in advance - the first month they did not provide any service. The lawn continually was overgrown with weed grass and Bermuda grass. Their response has been very defensive and blaming, falsely claiming I did not request service or various treatments, or did not allow technician on the property, which is a lie. They have discontinued service completely and my money has not been refunded. I have consulted an attorney and passing along the following advise... any communication with this company must be reduced to writing. They have a cruel and revisionist sense of history. I will attempt to contact the owner of the company, in writing, to avoid legal hassle but have little expectation given the staff and history of trying to communicate and resolve this past 2017. Sad. My lawn looks worse then when I started the service. Their response, cold, mean, blaming, inaccurate, disappointing and seemingly unnecessary if they had a reputable company with trained staff in lawn care and customer service. Beware!
