Their over use of chemicals destroyed my lawn. Many empty promises of coming back to make repairs and still nothing has been done. STAY AWAY from these crooks !

Two years ago I was about to lose my lawn to ground ivy and wild geranium. I spent about two hundred dollars on a heavy backpack sprayer and chemicals. Spent a whole day spraying...all wasted. I called Weedman in Montague and within a week 90 percent of the weeds were dead. This year my lawn looks awesome.....Highly recommend.

Awful. There were 2 spots in my yard that needed grass so i bought an aeration and seed. I specifically told them that i needed to be there when they came so i could point out the areas (they used to be flowerbeds by the previous owner), they agreed. They never called, but came and seeded, and of course missed the areas i needed seeded. Its been 2 years and multiple calls to the business and they still havent fixed it, now they want to send me to collections for it. Ill pay for the job when you do the job.

I would give them a negative ten if I could. They came to ME, and called the next day, after offering a free quote. Asked to have them come and look at the lawn, and they went around and around. All they wanted was for me and my husband to commit to a year long fertilizer program, period. That is all they do. Would not help with our moss problem or even look or give an estimate, and practically hung up on us. Worse customer service ever. They dont do lawn service.

I would not recommend the weed man lawn service to anyone! Their lawn care service is poor, and their customer service is absolutely awful. Management is extremely rude and disrespectful, and tells you something different everytime you call. I have been calling about weed problems for over two months and never receive the same answer or solution from them. Then they charged me for a service that I did not authorize but instead expressly told them I did not want, and their solution is that they wont charge me for that unauthorized service if I will keep their services until the end of the year. I have completely lost trust in this company and will not continue business with the weed man lawn care after this year and do not recommend it for anyone else.

Sadly, I cannot give them a zero. DO NOT hire these guys. My back yard developed large dead spots and huge areas of crab grass during the summer they were treating it. No attention to the obvious problems in my lawn until out of desperation I just stopped paying the bill. THEN I started getting calls, a guy did come over to look at it and tell me they could easily kill the crabgrass, which if it was that easy I dont know why they werent killing it. So my lawn was a mess all summer and I refused to pay for their lack of services, but they keep adding late fees to a bill Im not going to pay and threatening me with collections. I hope they take me to court because Id love to show a judge what a disaster my lawn was all summer. Ill do it myself next summer .

We have had WeedMan service our yard for four years. During that time, our yard has improved tremendously. Each application during the season, the crews will answer all of our questions and will also point out areas that need to be addressed. When we do experience a problem with grubs or an persistent weed (that is not their fault), we call and they are quick to come out and inspect/resolve our concern. We cannot say enough positive things about this business. They are better than any other company that we have dealt with over 34 years at this residence. Professionalism plus!

I was referred to Weedman by my cousin. Called and talked to a guy named Mark. This guy got it handled right away. Then I asked for recommendations on Facebook about blowing my sprinklers out and found out they do that too. They came over within a couple days and handled that as well. Great prices and great customer service. Thanks guys!!

They are not good at returning phone calls and they are very poor communicating what is going on. I have not been able to get the manager to call me but I do get to talk anyone and everyone else. It would also be good to know how long I am to keep my dogs off the yard for the different treatments they perform. Their 1st treatment killed less than half the weeds in the yard. I have a ton of weeds and dandelions keep popping up in the yard. Only after my 7th call a month and a half later did anyone try to explain what was going on with and why they can t kill my weeds. But I was told that the next time I mow that the weeds and the full root system will be sucked up by the mower. I can t wait to see that magic trick. The sales guy told me that they would use 5 to 5.5 20-lb bags of grub killer for my yard for $258. After sifting through the grass in 3 different sections of the yard to see if they actually put grub killer down I saw 1 grain on average 6 apart. I called to see if this was proper coverage but the question was not answered but I found out they used a total of 60 to 75-lbs and looking deep in to the grass and not the 100 to 110-lbs that was agreed to.
