I am not reviewing any direct experience with Jacks, because I haven t purchased from them yet BUT they are the only real and large landscape supply and service company that I know of in this area.

Nice place but acted very strange like we were stealing their rocks after spending at least $1000 there on their rocks and boulders to build our rock gardens.

Dealt with these people over the years. Unfortunately it was all for the same thing over and over again. They didnt even stand behind their own repair warranty. They misdiagnosed what was wrong with my electric start snowblower and kept on changing the starter, when it ALSO needed a flywheel. Went somewhere else to get it repaired. Suggest you all do the same and avoid, avoid, AVOID these scammers! They are VERY unprofessional, dont return calls when they say they will, fix your stuff wrong. Theyre just wrong all together. Too bad they cant get NEGATIVE stars, because they are the worst. Spent HUNDREDS across multiple visits. Save yourself the headache, trouble, and lighter pocketbook and go elsewhere, because I am never coming back.

Great place, friendly staff. Had some shrubs I pulled & some tree branches to get rid of. Nice to have a place close that takes them.

In April I took my lawn tractor in for oil change, tune up and needed the serpentine belt replaced. After cutting my lawn a couple of times the new belt came off. I was able to get it back on. Then two weeks later it happened again so I took my tractor back to Jacks. The lady at the counter called the technician over to look at it. He gets under pulls on the belt and says he sees nothing wrong, so I take it home. About weeks later it falls off again so I take it back and same thing. He can t find anything wrong. So on 8/8 it falls off and won t go back on so again I take it in and leave it. When I call to so if it s down I m told yes they had to put a smaller belt on and it would be $92. I asked why and was told that the work was done in April and they can t help if a belt stretches out. They asked who looked at it and I described the guy and was told he no longer works there. Well guess what, when I picked it up the technician was in the service area. I recommend using a better company for repairs. I want to say in my lift this is only the second time I have written a bad review, but I have given over 100 positive since people don t write positive as often

Had 1 cord of wood delivered good wood at a fair price

Everything was great with the stump grinder rental. Price seemed fair and worked as it should. But I hope all there millions of dollars is based on volume and not just over-priced stuff. Reason being I will never understand why but because it was 4:30 when I returned the grinder and because they close at 5 they denied me the purchase of a 3500$ zero turn because they close at 5 and dont have time. I have to come back tomorrow. Like a sales rep and someone with keys couldnt end up worse case staying 20 mons after 5? What business turns down a 3500 sale because they closed in 30 mins?

Poor service even spoke to a manager and issue still wasnt solved. Not once but two different occasions.

Couldnt give me an hourly cost over the phone the office would have to call you back... If your answering the phone for a company the least you should know is the hourly rate you charge!

I had to go to Jacks because they were recommended by the Troy Bilt Manufacturer. The mower wouldnt start last Spring so I called, they arrived and picked up the rider. I told them it wouldnt start and the battery wouldnt hold a charge. They replaced a deck belt. After they returned the mower I used it once but it wouldnt start the second time I wanted to use it and it wouldnt go into gear to move. Their Delivery person couldnt get it started either and had to manually disconnect something to be able to push it onto his trailer. The mower was returned after they replaced the carburetor. A total of 3 expensive services and this Spring the mower wont start, again. :(

Jacks has provided lawn care service for me for several years. Whenever I have a problem with my yard, they send someone out to help me diagnose and fix the issue. They are always concerned and helpful with everything I need. I would recommend Jacks for your yard as well

Im not customer but I have observed several yards in my neighborhood they have worked on and they use chemical poison for no reason other than being lazy. We need to be more mindful of the absence of pollinators and stop this madness. I see nothing but fire ants and flies for pollinators this year and I watch Jackss lawn service pump gallons of poison on weeds that ended up getting pulled in the end so whats the point? I dont want to see javks in my neighborhood and I have made that clear to all of my elderly neighbors that use then not knowing that they are spraying poison in excess. They will it be using them after I shared the pictures and mvidwos of the job they performed

Great place!

Called on a Saturday morning around 9:30 hoping to get a couple of yards of topsoil delivered same day. I had my topsoil delivered by 12:30 that day. Very happy I called Jacks and appreciate their friendly and fast service.

I bought amethyst garden stones from here. Very pretty and shiny purple when it reflects off of the sun.

Needed a scraper blade for My Ariens snow blower. Noone else had one in stock and wanted $20-$25 plus 5-8days to order. Jacks not only had it in stock but price was $11. Definitely saved to my list of favorites. Thanks

So Grandma decided to mow the lawn she had the riding mower on the lowest setting going up a hill which just basically dug a hole into the hill we called Jacks lawn service thank goodness they could come and pick it up because we own cars. Thank you so much for the quick response

First time Ive had a bad experience at Jacks. Usually they are more than fair. Today, a 10-minute rental for a piece of power equipment that could not do the job cost the full 4-hour rental. That makes no sense .Jacks usually treats you better. I would say stay clear maybe its new management maybe its just the wrong person I dont know

I had a variety of issues trying to get my push mower fixed. Poor communication and the service manager I talked to was very rude. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

called the repair clinic in Canton, about 40 minutes from Trenton where I live, give them the item and model #s they say they have 12 in stock, drive out there and 0, I call Jacks give them the same # and they say yes 1 in stock, sure enough exact match, so greatful, very knowledgeable, easy experience, these guys know what there doing

Jacks lawn service charges $18.00 a F150 6.5 foot bed load of brush. Figuring, they then turn it into mulch and charge $30/yard, $18/f150 load seems like a high price. Cant wait for someone to come in to Monroe township and break their monopoly.

Ive only been to Jacks twice. Both times, they had my parts. The employees there are great. Very polite and helpful people. Youll leave with a smile on your face. Unlike other SCAG dealers in this area, Jacks (in my eyes) is NUMBER ONE

65 dollars a yard for top soil plus 90 dollars for delivery. Im call someone else. Be careful, if they feel like they can charge you over and above they will.

I called to see if they had a particular type of patio block and was treated like I was bothering the gentleman who answered the phone. If this is the way they act towards their customers, I will not be doing any business with them.
