Chris is an awesome guy, does quality work, and is very good to deal with.

Contracted Chris (owner) for snow removal this year. Had to do it myself the first snowfall because of "confusion." Second snowfall comes and after messaging Chris twice and getting no response, I'm getting ready to go out and do it myself again to make sure it gets done before it gets dark. Do yourself a favor and just go with someone else from the start. Update: in all fairness, Chris broke his ankle sometime before Nov 27 of last year (couple months ago). This doesn't excuse the "confusion" on the first snow nor the lack of communication (waited over 3.5 hrs and sent multiple texts) before I had to clear the snow myself yesterday. Furthermore, our follow-up communication included a sarcastic "thanks" for this review which was far from amusing.

Nothing but great things to say about Grass Routes. Chris is very responsive and timely in his services. I had a lawn that was out of control and had a surgery that prevented me from taking care of the mowing. I called Chris and he came over 30 MINUTES LATER and mowed/trimmed our lawn. Highly recommended. Fair rates and prompt service. What more could you ask for?

I hired Chris(the owner of Grass Routes) to maintain both our yard at home, which is quite large, and a good sized commercial property that we own. He does a great job with both properties, and knows them at an appropriate time. In he past I’ve had different companies that either seem to forget about us, or mow every other day and I’ve felt like we were getting gouged. He is a really honest hard working guy, and has proven to be very dependable and fair priced. I highly recommend his services.
