We did a lot of search and got many quotes until we found them. They are family owned business who are very hard working people and know what they are doing. They pay attention to details and make sure the jobs are done right. They also willing to work with us to make changes midway in jobs to make sure we are happy with the outcome. They already helped us a couple projects on our property and we are planning to have them comeback next year for more work. We can not recommend them enough! Thanks Urrutia's Landscaping!
We had a great experience working with Urrutia's Landscaping to replace shrubs in our front yard. They were well organized, professional and understood the requirements well and gave recommendations on good plant choices. After finishing the work they also cleaned the area with water and even watered the newly planted shrubs. We would love to work with them again!

This is the most communicative, responsive and organized landscaping company we've ever worked with over the 30 years of home ownership with ongoing outdoor improvement projects. Most important, they take tremendous pride in the work they do. They will be our first call when future projects arise.
Jurgen of Urrutia's Landscaping is our go-to person for all outdoor projects. He's freshened up our retaining wall area when it gets overrun with weeds and leaves, planted arborvitae in a custom-built planter box when we wanted more privacy, installed a gate, swapped out a plant that was a hassle to maintain for a beautiful red Japanese maple — the list goes on and on. For my arborvitae privacy project, I'd started a spreadsheet and contacted nearly 10 companies for quotes, but inevitably, I came right back to Jurgen who created something tailored to our needs for the most fair price around. After years of trying other services around town, we got tired of other companies' high bids and flakiness. We will continue to use Jurgen and his company for all of our outdoor projects, and can't recommend them highly enough.

Very happy to have worked with Urrutia's Landscaping to improve the front yard of my business! From start to finish, Jurgen was very responsive and listened to all of my concerns. The price estimate was detailed and reasonable. I initially had dirt, lava rock, and large hedges along the walkway. I wanted to replace with something more modern, esthetic, and low maintenance. Urrutia's Landscaping certainly delivered with their design of river rock and hardy plants that do not require watering or maintenance. The photos are of the landscaping 1 year later. I'm very happy with the result and would highly recommend!
We had Urrutia's Landscaping do a total rehab on our backyard as it was new construction and the builder did not do a good job. Jurgen and his brother Jose came out several times as the job evolved and they ended up helping us design landscaping throughout including new top soil, sod, rock landscaping, some trees and plants, a fire pit area, and a walkway to the fire pit. They exceeded our expectation and we love it and now have our own backyard oasis. I have included some pictures but they do not do it justice as it does in person. I normally do not do online reviews but wanted to in this case as I wanted to share the wonderful experience throughout the entire process and even after the work was done they have been following up and stopped by to see how the sod is doing which we really appreciate. They are a small family owned local business and care about their work and it shows in the attention to detail. If you are looking to have any landscaping done give them a call you will not be disappointed. Also, we felt they were affordable as well. Hello there! I had Urrutias Landscaping do part of my backyard that needed removing weed and planting privacy trees. They came rapidly and did a fantastic job! Seeing our backyard completely transformed by Jurgen and his family was awesome. They did an excellent job! Our backyard is a corner lot so the area was a bit awkward to figure out how we wanted it to look but they gave us some recommendations which helped us with our final vision. Great work guys! Very honest, professional, and respectful. We highly recommend them.
Jurgen and his team provide professional, high quality work at reasonable price. Zero hassle from end to end. We changed our designs multiple times during scoping stage yet Jurgen was always patient with our questions. During work, his team were very polite and easy to communicate. Jurgen and his crew mowed, thatched, fertilized, and overseeded about 1/2 acre of lawn. It was a 2 day job due to the large amount of moss removed. I appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism from providing an estimate to completing the project. They did a very thorough job and even mowed again after thatching to clean up the remaining debris before sowing seed. With warmer weather forecasted soon we are looking forward to seeing the seed germinate and return to a healthier lawn. I highly recommend Urrutias Landscaping!
This company is local and TOP NOTCH. Work was thorough, professional and exactly as planned. Cost was competitive and work area was clean and neat from start to finish. If you use anyone else you are making a mistake. They are WONDERFUL! Both my husband and have developed mobility issues and my yard was a total disaster. It was embarrassing and depressing, I didn t even want to look at it. Everything is now weeded, cleaned up and spotless. They even got the weeds between the patio pavers! I have my outdoor space back! Thank you Jurgen . They also do fences so on to the next project! I give them 6 stars!!!
Working with the team at Urrutia Landscaping was a dream! They made our home finally feel like ours and it was such an incredible experience having this team work on our property. They walked us through every step, and helped us build our dream back yard. They were on time, stayed on schedule, and were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, we had so much work done ( new fence, gates, entire yard leveled and graded, new retaining wall, gravel pads, beautiful stone paver patio, even stump removal!) it was a little overwhelming but Jurgen and Jose made sure we were well informed and confident every step of the way. We could not be happier, we are recommending them to everyone we meet doing any landscaping projects! 12/10 this is the dream team folks! We will be 100% having them back again.

Jurgen and crew have done many jobs for my sister in Everett! I had them remove sod in three large areas and put down weed cloth and rock. They did an amazing Job!! Would use them again and again. They are worth the wait if they are busy.
We just love our beautiful new garden steps installed by Urrutia Landscaping and are really happy to have found this great local company. We had an unattractive tripping hazard stone stairway in front of our house that we wanted to have covered over with pavers. They were prompt to returned our call, came take a look at our project and got an estimate back to us the next day (two other companies we had out to get an estimate from didnt even bother replying). The guys are their crew are just great guys, pleasant, hard working and easy to work. Their knowledge, craftsmanship and the care they took on our project made for a really beautiful new set of steps and we could not be more pleased. Were already thinking up other projects we can have them do for us.

After a few quotes, we selected Urrutias Landscaping for the job - A multi-pass de-thatch, 5+yards of dirt for leveling the low spots, and overseeding. They arrived on-time with a four man crew of father, son, uncle and cousin(?) - (Tjergen, the son, was my contact). All very pleasant and hard-working. The completed job was top-notch and cleanup was immaculate. My wife and I are very pleased with the results and WILL used Urrutias in the future.
Urrutias Landscaping did a fantastic job of doing a full backyard makeover. Jurgen was extremely responsive and great at communicating the initial quote and scheduling all the work to be done. The team was very professional and expertly handled the addition of a large retaining wall, adding the fill dirt, seeding the lawn, hauling out old mulch and replacing it with cobble rock, along with planting 5 beautiful maple trees. They even worked through the scorching heat wave and completed the project faster than we thought possible considering how hot it was. Finally, they provided us with great suggestions on how to maintain the new yard. Overall, we felt they did a high quality job and we absolutely recommend them!
Can t recommend this company enough! We have hired them for two separate jobs. Tearing up our old lawn and reseeding it. And cutting, shaping our intense bushes/hedges in our yard. They are professional, affordable, hard working, kind and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely be using Urrutia s Landscaping again!

Something Great: My husband has been laid up recovering from surgery, I am just getting mobile again with my knee (barely) Our lawn/yard ... has suffered seriously... On recommendation we called, he would be here in an hour. I was Only expecting a quote. OH MY GOSH.... Right on time, quoted me a VERY reasonable rate for our tiny yard (half of what Home Advisor quoted). I agreed, thinking they would come back on Friday or Monday.. NOPE.... they unloaded and hit our yard like a tornado of LOVELINESS. I am SO Impressed. Even two of our neighbors were shocked at how quickly they worked and their attention to detail. Even cleaning up the road and gutter in the front. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Guys SO much.. we are very grateful.

We had Urrutias Landscaping come out to fill in a large pond that had damage to the lining and lay new sod. There were A LOT of rocks to move as well as quite a large one which was the feature. These guys were so professional and fast! They did the whole area in one day and the sod looks fantastic!. The finished product looks awesome and they fully cleaned up after, like they had never even been there. I highly recommend them for your landscaping needs. In fact Im getting them back out to replace a fence. Very happy customer!
