I didn t realize I had a missed call telling me they were coming today. I wish they would text. Regardless, he knocked on my door and let me know he was there , so I was able to unlock the gate. Glad he didn t leave and knocked!

Spring green technicians are extremely skilled and knowledgeable about how to treat the various weeds in my lawn. It is thanks Tony grass is as lush and green as ever.

This is the 2nd time this guy has been out. I honestly dont believe he does anything other than place the flags in the yard and the receipt on the front door. Couldnt have been here more than a few minutes (I have a dog and he lets me know if anyone is even in the vicinity of our home). I wish we could have the same tech (not Adam!) every time rather than random techs that we never get to know or speak with. Not sure we will continue with Spring Green next year. May need to find a smaller company with a more personalized approach.

He was a gentleman but he didnt have the information pouch that was to tell us what was sprayed and I dont think that he really sprayed that good my mom asked him to spray on the other side of one of our trees he forgot and had to ask him again

I was suppose to get my front and south side to the end of my house. My driveway splits my front yard. The south side looks good but the north side looks bad. I couldn t figure out why. My theory is that they never done anything on the north side of my front yard

I came home to an aerated lawn. I told Spring Green last year to never aerate my lawn because I have buried cables for my auto mower. Now my auto mower will not work because the cables have been pierced. There will be no way for me to even tell where that damage has been done and will cost me hundreds of dollars to repair and an entire day of my time and labor. I want to know what will be done about this. It is obvious I have an auto mower with a bunch of wires coming out of the back in the rear of my house. This is not new. This was supposed to be on file per my phone call last year to never aerate my lawn.

Id tried different companies for my lawn care and had many disappointing experiences. I seen the spring green truck around and decided to give them a chance and today 11/17 was my final application. Finally ready to give feedback. From the technicians who after doing the applications would comeback and look around for weeds to spray again if needed, to the office people in top of dates, I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone having severe problems with weeds.

Jorge did core aeration on our yard in the rain and not good weather conditions! Professional, courteous and careful; we appreciate the service.

However, he was able to provide me with useful information about my lawn and more of the care I should expect from Spring Green. I am a new customer who needs help with my lawn. Adam, our Spring Green tech courteous and professional. We asked if he would take a minute or two to walk the property with us because we thought an area or two might need more attention. He agreed and after about 5 minutes he agreed to make sure that on the next visit hed make note to cover those corners. Also SG made a second visit to treat a spot that seemed to be plagued with weeds this summer. Overall, everyone at SG has been friendly and professional.

For the entire season my lawn has looked terrible until Adam showed up. My lawn was dry, brown & covered in weeds. Adam spoke with me and identified each area and how it is to be treated. Since he s came we have seen such significant and impressive results. My lawn has become visibly much more green and weeds have simultaneously gone away by watering along with the treatment Adam has provided. I expect Adam to be our technician from now on or I would prefer no service at all. Thank you Adam and Spring Green!

Every since I hired Spring Green my grass is starting to bounce back. The Tehician Myric That serviced our home today was kind an patient. I had a question an concern regarding my tall grass that creates a perimeter in my backyard. He listened an then took care of my concerns. My neighbor stopped by to ask him a question also. We wish he could be our main Technician.

My grass was service today, im requesting a refund, because he only did the front of my yard, Why didnt he open gate and service my backyard, refund please

David is always nice and takes time to check what my concerns are with my current yard conditions. When I ask him to spray somewhere a 2nd time because of the existing weeds, he takes care of things and check up the next time he is here.
